Ocean Views! This small yet cozy Avila Beach retreat is just 30 seconds walk away from the beach, dining and shops. 2 bed/2 bath with a 300 square foot outdoor patio area to enjoy sunsets and morning sunrises. Complimentary Wifi and laundry onsite. Room 1 enjoys a queen size bed while room 2 accommodates a full size bed. Please note this unit is part of a multi-plex establishment and noise sensitivity between the hours of 10PM and 7AM is requested. Come enjoy a few sunny days in beautiful Avila Beach and relax your worries away.

We had a wonderful stay at Tony’s place in Avila Beach. From the moment we booked, Tony was extremely communicative and helpful, which made arrival and check-in very easy.The home itself is quiet, comfortable, and great views—exactly what we were hoping for during our Thanksgiving week away. It’s also just a short walk to the shops and restaurants near Front Street, so we got the best of both worlds: peaceful and tucked away, but still close to everything.The place was very clean and well-kept, and parking was not a problem. If you have a larger vehicle, the private parking spot might be a tight fit, but there was plenty of convenient street parking right outside the property.We would absolutely stay here again, recommend it to family, and we have put this location on our “must return” list. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, ocean-view stay in Avila Beach.

place was clean and in a perfect location, close to town and beach and the view from the living room windows was fantastic. loved sitting out on the balcony for my morning coffee. The host tony was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back .

Great stay, great communication with host

We spent a couple nights here for a family reunion at Thanksgiving. Lot's of positives--great view from deck, one block from beach and storefront shops, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. Would rent again based on knowing the host is there to help!

Perfect spot in Avila

Stayed here with my family while attending Cal Poly SLO Graduation. Easy drive to SLO. Short walk to coffee, restaurants and the beach. Lovely deck with ocean view. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Looks can be deceiving

The second star is for the balcony and view. For what you're getting, this very small apartment is ridiculously overpriced. I was there for Memorial Day weekend, but that's still no excuse to gouge - especially in a place like Avila Beach. In this case, the pictures are much more attractive than the real deal. The bedrooms/bathrooms are the equivalent of a standard motel room, with sheets that had an overpowering and unpleasant flowery smell (the same can be said for the plug-in air freshener) and a slippery tub that didn't have a bathmat. The kitchen is dated and shabby, with a gas stove that needed a stick lighter to work...nothing was mentioned about that. When I tried to use it the next day, the gas wouldn't come on. Flooring is tacky, the wall heater takes forever to come on, and you'll need some muscle to get the deadbolt to work from the outside. It's 'stocked' with the bare minimum...everything about this place felt cheap. Very disappointed.

Great Location and views at Avila Beach

We loved the place. The location and views are great. Short walk to the beach snd restaurants. Tony was great in communicating with us. Blue Moon restaurant close by was great place for dinner. We will visit again.

Great Avilla Beach Getaway

Help! I am desperate to contact owner as I think I left my necklace at condo in bedroom that had the TV in it. It was a cross with stones in it. It was the last Christmas gift my husband gave me before he passed away. Very precious to me for sentimental reasons. Please ask owner to have his cleaning staff check on the dresser or chair by bed, or may have fallen on floor, or be in bathroom. I will greatly appreciate your help. my cell phone number is 805-469-7687. As you can imagine, as wonderful as stay was there, my memory will always be tainted by the loss of the token of love from my husband, on Valentine's Day weekend yet! Marcia Sheffield

Very clean and quite. Patio is the perfect place to have your morning coffee. Easy walking access to all you need in Avila Beach. Great views.

Great Stay Loved this Place

Property is just as shown in photos. Fabulous location and very cozy and comfy. Loved the outdoor patio overlooking the ocean. We slept with the windows open and heard the waves all night long making for restful sleep. Great place. Tony is wonderful. Check-in and check-out super easy.

Just 1 block to beach!

This little unit was absolutely perfect for our long weekend in Avila Beach! The outside upper deck with views of the ocean was a favorite spot! With windows open in both bedrooms, we could fall asleep to the ocean sounds. Totally happy staying here👍👍

Great Location and View

This place was exactly what I was seeking - to be a short walk from the beach while enjoying a beautiful view when not at the beach. The outdoor shower with warm water was also very useful to wash the kids off before coming back inside. The only thing that needs addressed is that the toaster is completely broken. Burns one side of the toast while leaving the other side untouched. I suggest spending $30 on a new toaster so that guests have all the essentials.

Cozy stay with great view near beach

It’s a very cute and cozy place. We had 4 guests for 2 nights and sleeping was fine but it would be challenging to stay for longer if you needed to work from there. The view of the ocean is spectacular and the convenience of being right within the town is unbeatable.

The Avila house

This a a nice house with an awesome view. The view makes everything. Parking was a challenge. There is nice greenery and an old avocado tree. The beach is just a few minutes away. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be returning.

Great locatation

Everything was just as advertised. I had a ton of questions for the owner and he responded to everything right away. I have a large truck that wouldn't fit in our assigned spot. The owner made arrangements for me to park in another spot that worked out perfectly. The condo was super clean when we arrive, propane tank for the bbq was full, couldn't ask for more. I would definitely recommend this place.

Deck with a View

Loved the view from the deck on so many levels...bougainvillea plants blooming, avocado tree and other lush plants and vines in the garden and neighborhood, a view of the pier, the beach, the ocean and the hillside, plus more than a dozen palm trees!!!
