Cuenta con alfombras y azulejos a través del condominio y una sala de estar / comedor que da directamente a su patio y a las playas de arena blanca. La cocina totalmente equipada, actualizada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable será una alegría para entretener en. Este condominio también tiene una lavadora / secadora para su comodidad. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y hay un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. Great Location

Location was the biggest factor for us. Right on the beach and as a first floor unit could not be easier. Within walking distance to several restaurants. The unit is older but overall was clean and comfortable. For the price and location we would consider staying again.

Very Nice Well Maintained Condo

Sometimes off peak, sometimes other condos, but the ground level same condo last 2 years in a row. We really love the location and overall condo, and Beach is the best. Only thing is the last couple years felt the price increased a bit too much, so we are skipping next year. Maybe that is happening everywhere but the price last 2 years to me has us looking for a house somewhere to split with other families for a better price.

Just fyi: we tend to cook while there and didn’t have a large skillet but we made do. We always give office a list of things we notice need fixed. Roach in cabinet was a surprise but it was dead! Bushes in front of patio along hot tub wall are too big and block the view somewhat. Otherwise, satisfied.

Location is in the middle and close to everything. Very nice Condo always updated and clean and we have come here maybe 7 times in 12 years.

Right on the beach which makes things very easy and convenient, especially if you have little kids. The property is clean. Staff has always been the best; very friendly and professional. Even when I call before I book a trip, they are great and helpful. Our units are always clean and comfortable. Stayed in unit 108 this time which we enjoyed due to the convenience of being on first floor. Our favorite vacation spot in Destin! Highly recommend.
