Usted tiene 840 pies cuadrados, donde podrá disfrutar de la 1 dormitorio, junto con un vestíbulo literas alcoba y 2 baños. Este hermoso condominio puede alojar hasta 6 personas. Cuenta con suelos de baldosas y una sala de estar / comedor mirando a la derecha a su balcón con vistas a la piscina, donde podrá relajarse y ver las olas. La cocina totalmente equipada, actualizada con encimeras de granito será una alegría para entretener en. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y hay un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. Entonces, relájate y disfruta de este condominio frente a la playa que también ofrece una piscina climatizada junto a la playa, un jacuzzi y una zona de parrillas a gas para tu uso.

Este es un condominio para no fumadores. Para reservar debe ser mayor de 25 años o tener un tutor legal que permanezca en la unidad durante toda la estadía.

First of all the location is perfect it's close to everything and easy in and out. It's a smaller complex so you never feel crowded and always have a spot on the beach. The unit itself was clean and well maintained but could use some better kitchen utensils, pans, accessories, etc. Unfortunately the unit above us had a leak and it started dripping down into the bunk beds. I rushed to the office to tell them and they rushed up to help. What could've been a major problem and inconvenience was taken care of quickly and was resolved by the time we got back from the beach. Thanks for be so responsive and caring!!!

Sleeping 6 in a room will be tight and crowded. 4 is fine for kids. The unit had some issues but was wondering if that is a management thing or owners issue. Microwave not functioning, pull out bed was broken and replacement air mattress did not hold air and had heavy wear marks from past playtime..

The room was top notch, clean and had everything we needed except a Keurig, but that isn’t a show stopper. I would recommend the room and this property to anyone if they wanted to enjoy the beach with their family in a really nice rental with quiet uncrowded beaches. We will stay here again.

Beach Club is our Favorite!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Location is perfect! You are just mere steps from your room to the beach. The beach area is not crowded and umbrellas and chairs are provided daily. The office staff is friendly and our unit was clean and well equipped. The AC was great and they even provided a fan for those people like us that love to sleep with a fan.The living room furniture was not as comfortable as we would have liked it to be but, we were not sitting around in the living room very much. Our unit had 2 full bathrooms and one had an awesome roomy tub. The balcony furniture was very comfortable. Our unit was right over the pool, so it was noisy in the evenings, but quiet in the mornings. We will definitely stay at the Beach Club again.

We will try to avoid 4th of July Week in the future. Beach and pool were very crowded. The staff do a good job keeping the common areas clean. We were however, disappointed ointed with our unit’s uncomfortable furniture (couch and chair) in the living space. But, the unit itself was well done (walls, flooring, bathrooms, kitchen). Also, we were told by the staff that you only receive 2 rolls of toilet paper for the week (so bring/buy extra). We will stay at DBC again.

We took our family of six for a long weekend and it was a perfect location- right in the middle of everything! The condo was true to the description and it was the perfect space for us to enjoy some time at the beach.

2018 Beach Fun

The beach was beautiful all week, weather great. Condo was clean and onsite staff were amazing. Condo will actually only sleep 4 or maybe 5. The couch is awful and unable to be slept on if made out to a bed. Not really comfortable to sit on. Couch needs to be replaced. Dissatisfied that could not be used as a bed. Pam/ Arkansas
