Bienvenido a este hermoso edificio de tres pisos ubicado directamente en el Golfo de México. Paso derecho a su puerta y caminar a la hermosa playa. Usted tendrá su propia playa privada que nunca está lleno como el otro condominio de alto aumento en la zona. Y usted tendrá dos sillas de playa y un paraguas esperando su uso personal cada mañana durante los meses de verano. Tome el ascensor hasta esta espaciosa unidad del segundo piso que cuenta con 1 dormitorio con cama king size y 1 baño. Tendrás tu propia lavadora y secadora en el condominio, WIFI gratuito y una cocina totalmente equipada. El salón / comedor ofrece un balcón privado con vistas al resplandeciente Golfo de México y su propio bar húmedo! Juegue en la piscina climatizada frente al mar y en el hidromasaje o salga a una de las playas más hermosas del mundo.


Este es un condominio para no fumadores. Para reservar debe ser mayor de 25 años o tener un tutor legal que permanezca en la unidad durante toda la estadía.

Appliances all worked well. Quiet relaxed atmosphere. A few coffee cups/dinnerware/glasses were limited or chipped need to be replaced. Bathroom could use new toilet seat too.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The positive about this place is that it is a smaller 2 story building so the beach area was not crowded at all. Plenty of space and not sitting on top of others on a crowded beach was awesome! This condo is clearly older with some remodeling. It smelled really musty all week. The sofas also smelled dirty and musty. We also had a leak on the 3rd day right above the toilet in the bathroom. It started late evening and got worse as the night progressed so we didn't get to call maintenance until the next morning. Office is supposed to open at 9 but no one answered until 9:30. The girl said someone would come check within the hour. 2 hours later still no one, so we went by the office. She said the maintenance guy had to leave property but would be back soon. I also asked if he could take a look at the dryer as it was making loud rattling noises when it was running. We left to do some shopping and came back around 4:00. Had not heard anything from the office so we went by there again. She said that they fixed it and discovered that the leak was coming from the toilet in the unit above us. Gross! They never fixed the dryer either. Honestly, I would not recommend this condo for rental. We paid almost $3000 for 7 nights, so I don't really think it was worth it for the condition of the condo. Again, the only positive was the non-crowded beach area. Would not stay here again.

Property personnel was very helpful during the entire stay. Condo was really nice and was ready for us to check in early the location was great and private beach was great the chairs and umbrellas were great. The only problem that I saw was the condo wasn’t as clean as I thought it would be or should have been 🤔

This property was perfect for my husband & I for our vacation. The chair service is great. The view is beautiful! The unit is just as cute in person. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed our time here.

Seafarer 107

We just came home from an awesome long weekend away staying at Seafarer 107. This condo is a hidden gem among a multitude of huge high rises in Destin. Are you looking for a smaller condo complex, easy access to beach, and convenient parking? Then Seafarer is for you! We were so impressed with this complex! We loved the convenience and walking distance to Destin’s most popular restaurants, too! The condo was cozy we loved the balcony and the bed was super cozy! It was perfect for an empty nest couple get away. Hubby said we will return!
