Bienvenido a este hermoso edificio de condominios de tres pisos ubicado directamente en el Golfo de México. Sal por tu puerta y camina hacia la hermosa playa. Tendrás tu propia playa privada que nunca está llena como los otros condominios de gran altura en el área. Y tendrá dos sillas de playa y una sombrilla esperando su uso personal del 1 de marzo al 31 de octubre para alquileres a corto plazo. Tome el ascensor hasta esta espaciosa unidad del segundo piso que cuenta con 1 habitación con cama king size y 1 baño. Tendrás tu propia lavadora y secadora en el condominio, una alcoba en el pasillo con literas, WIFI gratis y una cocina totalmente equipada que también incluye una cafetera Keurig para tu comodidad. La sala de estar / comedor ofrece un balcón privado con vista al brillante Golfo de México. Juegue en la piscina climatizada frente a la playa y el hidromasaje o salga a una de las playas más hermosas del mundo.


Este es un condominio para no fumadores. Para reservar debe ser mayor de 25 años o tener un tutor legal que permanezca en la unidad durante toda la estadía.

Wonderful beach vacation - so close to the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kitchen was well stocked with many dishes, bowls, and utensils. There was both a drip coffee maker and a keurig coffee maker. We had a minor problem with the refrigerator door handle but Harry fixed it right up! The bedroom had a comfortable mattress and plenty of storage for our clothes. The water pressure in the shower was great and we had plenty of hot water for our family of four. The only thing I would suggest is adding an ottoman so guests can put their feet up at night. There are no throw blankets either so we missed having a blanket to cozy up with in the evenings. The pool and hot tub were great when we didn’t feel like going to the beach. We really enjoyed having beach service. However, my husband was annoyed that we only were able to have two chairs even though there were four of us staying in the condominium. We really enjoyed our time here. It was a great trip! The front office is very friendly and willing to help us when we needed it. Lastly, there’s an ice cream/candy store within walking distance. Also a restaurant but we didn’t care much for the food at the restaurant.

Out the back door, down the steps and over the dune.. bam there you are right on the beach! Beautiful white powdery sand and crystal clear water.. The unit however could use some newer furnishings. The bed was so soft.. too soft for our liking. We sunk and it was hard to move around.. then there’s the sofa.. when you sit on it you feel the springs. Needs updating. Loved the tall chairs on the deck though! Overall it was a great place .. 😎

Condo just as listed. Very clean, updated, and property management is helpful, friendly, and readily available. This specific condo is right beside the beach access stairway, and we loved it! Perfect for my family of 4.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. Reviewer Comments: Upon entering 108, the newly updated decor makes you feel excited to be at the beach. The colors were soothing and pretty. When we started bringing in our things, we noticed coffee still in the coffee pot...the kitchen was not clean at all. There wAs long dark hair in the bedsheets. I spent the first three hours of our stay cleaning the unit. That night we noticed that although the living room was cool, there was no circulation of air in the bedroom. We called the office the following day and the maintenance man was rude and said it was hot outside and that is why it was hot inside. I told him my parents had a unit next door with the same layout and their bedroom was cool. After much back and forth, we were finally moved to a different unit. Rude rude people that you have to deal with.

We were told on the phone this was still the practice and we were told this at check in. However they were all reserved all week. There is a noise and no smoking ordinance and these were not enforced. Pot smoking and cigars. Moving furniture around late at night.

Seafarer #108

Nice building with only two floors of condo units. Great location close to an abundance of good restaurants. Unit #108 was picked by us because we loathe carper floors in vacation rentals and this unit is entirely tiled. Beds and furniture were comfortable and kitchen was fine for our needs. This unit is also far away from the waterside pool if quiet is important to you.
