Esta espaciosa casa adosada de dos pisos ofrece 3 dormitorios, 3 1/2 baños y área de loft con 1900 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable de lujo. Se encuentra en una calle tranquila sin tráfico.

Esta casa de pueblo bien equipada cuenta con un dormitorio principal en el primer piso con cama king size, armario con espejo, tocador, TV de pantalla plana, ventilador de techo y baño principal privado con bañera de jardín y ducha separada. Las otras dos habitaciones se encuentran en el segundo piso. El primer dormitorio tiene dos camas queen, ventilador de techo, TV de pantalla plana, vestidor, tocador con mucho espacio en los cajones y baño completo. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen, tocador, TV de pantalla plana, ventilador de techo, amplio armario con baño completo en el pasillo. Hay varios armarios en toda la casa en ambos pisos. Si está buscando un momento de tranquilidad, el área del loft es un lugar relajante para trabajar en su computadora o sentarse y leer un libro.
La cocina está equipada con todo lo que necesita para preparar esas comidas caseras que puede disfrutar en el comedor o al aire libre en el porche con mosquitero. Feels like home

We have nothing bad to say about the unit itself. It is beautifully decorated and feels like home when you walk in. It was clean, ample towels, fully stocked kitchen for anything you would need to cook a meal and the unit is in a great location. We had two couples and a minor. There was plenty of room for everyone. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay. Just be aware that there is a doorbell camera so if it bothers you that you may be watched coming and going this may not be for you. Our only complaint was with the Management company. Rich assured me in a message golf carts were ok as long as they were put inside at night. The association rules that were hanging on the door on the inside. Also stated golf carts were OK as long as they were put in at night We weren’t even there 15 minutes and we received a phone call that the golf cart had to go because they were not allowed. Thankfully we had family up the road and we could keep our golf cart there and not lose $600. Aside from the management company we would stay in this unit again.

Barefoot Resort is a Great Location

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this property because it's located in a clean and quiet resort where pride of ownership is very evident. This unit did not show pride of ownership. The unit is in dire need of a thorough paint job as walls have scuff marks that are evident in most of the lower floor. There were cob webs in hard to reach areas of the high ceiling in MBR and LR,The supplied vacuum did not work properly as the intake was clogged with a eyeglass lens(cleaned and removed by me).The above items were discussed with the Property Management on my departure and I was informed that painters were scheduled to start shortly after my departure.

The resort will accommodate you from condos, townhomes and single family homes. My family and I was well over pleased with the property. I would highly recommend Egret or any other property on the resort. Barefoot resort is my home away from home each time I visit Myrtle Beach.

Nice place - but with disappointments

But the condition of the facility was disappointing. Cigerrette burn holes in beddings, short in one of the Bedroom light switches, pots and pans in unusable shape, sweeper that didnt work, rug on screened in back porch ripped and stained, back porch door handle broken. Overall townhouse condition when we arrived was not very clean. Efforts were mad to correct some of this - and that was appreciated. But would not rent this place again.

Just like Home!

My process began with a simple booking and immediately grew into a life long business relationship. We absolutely loved the place, the ease of communication, and the community. Very nice property. It was a motivational stay to say the least. Great People.

Lovely property in an excellent location

We enjoyed our visit to 313 Egret Run in Barefoot Landing. The townhome was very comfortable and very well equipped. The Barefoot community was perfect for bike rides and walks and access to two outdoor pools was great. Central location close to golf courses, great restaurants and a short 5 minute drive to the beach. Toni at Myrtle Palms Vacation Rentals was so helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great vacation!

Quiet relaxing family time

We stopped by the realtor's office on several occasions, and they were very helpful and we were on a first name basis.The house was equipped with everything we needed.Seeing is believing as the pictures did not do it justice. Loved that each bedroom has access to a bathroom to accommodate six adults and the view from the screened-in porch was fabulous. It basically rained everyday but we were able to find activities and good restaurants.

High quality furniture and appliances. the kitchen was supplies with everything you can possibly need including beach equipment. The house was very clean, AC worked well. Neighborhood was quiet and pools clean. 5 minute ride to beach and shuttle was available. Definitely will be coming back!

Complex pool was perfect especially at night when we had it all to ourselves. The community is quiet and beautifully landscaped. Close enough to main drag for shopping and dining.
