Primera vez en un programa de alquiler durante más de una década: esta casa está en perfecto estado. Segunda casa de la fila, pero con un lote vacío al otro lado de la calle esta casa tiene vista completa al mar. Pasillo privado a la playa, y esta parte de la playa se encuentra entre dos accesos públicos, por lo que está menos concurrida y es más privada. Dos salas de estar con televisores de pantalla grande y reproductores de DVD. Est��reo. Chimenea de leña. Cuatro dormitorios, tres baños más ducha exterior. La cocina tiene una nevera / congelador grande, horno, cocina de gas, horno de microondas / convección y lavavajillas. Lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo en el lavadero. Dos porches con mosquitero, uno con mecedoras con vista al mar, y el otro con un área para comer al aire libre. Hamaca en el porche delantero. Mesa de ping pong debajo de la casa. Parrilla de barbacoa. La rampa da acceso para discapacitados al primer piso. Espacio para hasta seis autos debajo de la casa: ¡no te mojarás cuando llueva! Almacenamiento bajo llave para palos de golf, etc.

Great location and a comfortable house for our extended family

There was plenty of room for our extended family to spread out while also allowing us to gather at the big dining table to enjoy family meals. The upstairs den and bedroom was perfect for the teens to enjoy some privacy and hang out together doing their own thing. The only problem we experienced was a broken dishwasher that didn’t get replaced until late in the week. We were disappointed that we found dirty dishes in the cabinet that the cleaning crew obviously put up which necessitated is having to wash all of the dishes and silverware prior to use. The owners were gracious enough to grant us a partial refund for the inconvenience however. Otherwise, a great house on a perfect location. We loved the porches and we enjoyed the ocean view with refreshing breezes and the screened porch was perfect for playing cards and enjoying the balmy evenings without being attacked by mosquitoes. Overall a very nice stay. The walk to the beach was quick and easy with the private walkway just steps from the house. Bathrooms were a little small and could use updating at some point but this house reminded us of s traditional beach house with many modern conveniences. The management was responsive and easy to reach. Would definitely rent again.

Pelican Crossing Getaway!

Answered all of my questions promptly, were extremely friendly and easy to work with. Received an additional “bonus“ of beach rental gear, which we used and appreciated very much. The house was clean and exactly as described, the photos in the listing were honest and accurate. The home was extremely well equipped, comfortable and had fantastic beach views. More than enough space to accommodate our group of 10... Even a dedicated space for our teenagers to hang out! It was paradise, and we could not have asked for more! The rental agency staff were excellent in providing resources on the local area, recommendations for restaurants and even a car repair shop! Checking out was simple and straightforward... All we had to do was leave the keys in the dropbox. We will definitely be booking next year‘s vacation with Tidelife again. Thank you for a wonderful and very relaxing vacation!

Best Beach House Yet!

No, there wasn’t an elevator but the outside ramp was great for hauling in luggage and groceries. The wrap around screen porches with a Pawleys hammock, rockers and fantastic view of the ocean were great places to relax. Under the house there was a large gas grill, table and chairs, outside shower, beach chairs, etc. The kitchen , dining , living room combo was nicely furnished and comfortable. The downstairs bedroom/bath configuration was perfect for our two couples and myself. The mattresses were very comfortable with an abundance of linens provided for each. A BIG bonus for my 3 grandchildren was the upstairs playroom , bedroom that can sleep four and their own bath. We want to return next year. Oh and how did I forget to mention the private walk to the beach, just a few minutes away.

With the vacant lot across the street, we had a great view of the ocean from our house. The private walkway to the beach was very convenient to carry all of our stuff to the beach. The house was very clean. The upstairs was great for the kids to play. We had a couple of storms, and watching them from the screened in porches was great. We were very close to Food Lion and all of the restaurants in the area. When we come back to Pawley’s, we will certainly look for this house to rent. One word of caution – – there are plenty of mosquitoes in the area especially in the parking area and on the cross walk over to the beach.
