Esta espaciosa casa de playa de tres pisos con cinco habitaciones y cuatro baños completos ofrece más de 3,300 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, cuatro porches, nido de gallos y un conveniente garaje para un automóvil con carrito de golf eléctrico.

En la planta baja encontrará una amplia sala de estar con un gran ventilador de techo tropical, un comedor y una cocina completamente equipada con área de desayuno, refrigerador con máquina de hielo, máquina de hielo adicional, microondas, lavaplatos, área de lavado con lavadora y secadora grandes y baño completo para huéspedes . Justo al lado del salón y el comedor hay un gran porche trasero con muchos asientos al aire libre.

Además de las áreas de estar principales en la planta baja, se encuentran la gran suite principal y el generoso baño principal con una amplia bañera grande, ducha con mampara de vidrio separada, tocador doble y sala de descanso separada.

Arriba, descubrirá cuatro dormitorios de invitados y dos baños completos. Unos pocos pasos más conducen al nido del cuervo amueblado con vistas al hermoso Golfo de México. Wonderful week at Chateau de la Mer! Home is well appointed and has a designer touch. Spacious and welcoming and includes tons of beach toys/chairs…we didn’t need to bring our own! Easy check-in and great location near pool. Golf cart is a huge bonus! Would stay again!

We love the community and we love the house. Last year the house was beautifully updated. The kitchen is very well organized and equipped. The living area and dining room table are ideal for family gatherings, movies, games and meals. I overheard several family members say out loud, “I love this house!” We enjoyed the brand new golf cart this year. Check-in and check-out was very smooth and easy.

The house was spacious and beautiful. Plenty of space for two families, kids, big and little and grandma. The youngest granddaughter lives the “beach” in the front yard. But the beautiful interior was what the grown up kids loved. Every room was newly and tastefully decorated. Ftom the chef kitchen, the screened in porch, the bunk bed room, the crows nest, gorgeous master bath... it was so perfect. I want to go back. There were seven bikes, big and little in the garage. We used them every single day. And the six person golf cart made everyone happy. Pickleball court on site was so much fun! We played in the morning and in the evening. We loved everything’s in Martinique and the surrounding area. It was so much fun, too. I would love to go back and make more memories. Kudos to the owner for the beautiful renovation. Tight outbid a magazine. Thank you Chateau for a beautifully perfect week.

It had all the things in the kitchen that we needed. The golf cart was a very nice bonus, even though the home is located close enough that you could walk to beach and pools. We are pickleball lovers so we enjoyed the court with our family. We will definitely book and stay here again. The only thing that happened was the trash outside wasnt dumped upon our arrival. Trash goes out on Saturdays and Wednesdays. WIth the larger number of people we had in our party and the trash that wasnt dumped on Saturday we topped off the outside cans very fast. But all in all a fantastic vacation!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful on my calls prior to our stay. If you havent booked a stay, do its DELIGHTFUL!

There wasn't much we needed outside of our own groceries. The location to the beach was short, sometimes we just walked or rode the bikes instead of taking the golf cart. We also were very appreciative of the security guards always making sure any cars that came in were with parking tags . We felt more secure knowing this.

Visited the property after going to FL 30A area as a family (14 of us now) for last 10 years. Looking for something special to meet our needs - 1 yr old to 70. Found it at Martinique. No steps to house first floor or to beach. Easy access to beach via boardwalk. Used beach wheelchair from house to umbrella. Pools were super. Staff was superb. House was outstanding. Loved the laid-back area, yet attractions for all ages very nearby. Best beach vacation yet for our family and we've been doing it over 10 years. Only downside was driveway parking, but they had acceptable workaround

TN Family Vacation

Loved having the bikes though. Loved having the big boiling pot as we did a shrimp/crab leg boil one night for dinner since NOT eating out much. We love coming to Martinique as it a safe and enjoyable property. Ice maker was a big plus for us. Would love the crows nest to have beds rather than the couch as most of the springs were missing and not comfortable for sleeping. Will be back for sure!!

Lovely house and complex for a large group on a beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house; it was a perfect size for us. Close to the beach and pools, great complex for walking and tennis. We were pleased with the quantity of plates, cutlery and lots of towels. The mattresses were nice except for the sofa bed in the crow’s nest. It was impossible to use as a bed. The air mattress was in the closet but it did not work. The refrigerator was a large size and held all of our food for a week. The addition of the ice machine was a plus. Plenty of seating for 14 people.Our family group had college age boys and a six-year-old. They enjoyed the weight room until they were closed out due to sudden construction. The heated pool was great. We all enjoyed the morning fly-over by the Blue Angels. Our group included a wheelchair bound person. He and the wheelchair were able to access the full downstairs and the neighborhood to beach. Some negatives – the sheets were terrible. Cheap and uncomfortable. There were light, thin blankets on the beds but nothing for the cold nights. One of the single beds had a nasty mattress cover with a plastic backing that crinkled all night. The plumbing in the second floor, left side bathtub was in bad shape and really difficult to get a good shower. Floors were dirty and the extra cleaning charge seems high and not actually evidenced. What I wish I had known – There is filtered water through the fridge so no need to buy water. There is a rice cooker, beach toys a not so clean grill as well as a blender, golf cart, toaster and 12 cup drip coffee maker. Bring beach towels.

Great experience during extraordinary times

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the Chateau Del a Mer to be the perfect house for the 14 members of our family who made the trip. It was well appointed, comfy furniture and pretty much as described in the information. We loved the size of the community, it was easy to access and get around in the golf cart, quick walk to the beach when the golf cart was being used by other members of our party. The beach was very nice and not too crowded so that social distancing was never a problem. Only had one maintenance issue and it was quickly addressed and resolved.

TN Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great for our large family. A second golf cart for this size of house would have been nice but was manageable with one. Loved having the bikes though. Loved having the big boiling pot as we did a shrimp/crab leg boil one night for dinner since NOT eating out with the Corona. We love coming to Martinique as it a safe and enjoyable property. Ice maker was a big plus for us. Would love the crows nest to have beds rather than the couch as most of the springs were missing and not comfortable for sleeping. Will be back for sure!!

Liked having the ice machine. The Button on the kitchen faucet was broken and wouldn’t spray but was manageable. None of the mattresses had protective plastic covers on them —only mattresses pads and sheets which didn’t fit well—and we understand they should. A second or larger golf cart for this size house would be nice. Overall we had a great experience and enjoy the safe property. There are plenty of things to do to keep kids and adults as well entertained. Our grandchildren enjoyed the bikes and the beach toys.Will return.
