July 4th Family Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. The balcony has a nice view where you can see the bridge from far. The fireworks were amazing from the highest floor. The only reason is that some of the couches were not as comfortable. The carpet was very dirty. Overall, it could of been more cleaner but, room was just decent. Moreover, the property was only convenient because it's near the beach front.

Breathtaking views, beautiful beach and great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Watch the amazing sunsets from the master or living room in this penthouse unit, quiet end of the floor privacy. The resort is steps from the white sand beach, beautiful pools, poolside snack bar/salad gift shop and bridge to good parking. Although dated and needing some improvements, this 2 -3 star resort remains a solid beach destination for families, and romantic for couples. The unit itself is quite dated and in much need of deep cleaning of drapes and carpet but comfortable and adequately appointed. Great location within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Staff are pleasant but hard to find (short hours in lobby and one poorly trained person managing each the snack bar and gift shop). Only snag was arriving before 5pm check-in and being told at front we could use the building until our room was ready, then being kicked out of pool by security because we didn’t have our Aqua guest bracelets.

Reviewer Comments: Have stayed at AQUA many times - the XX10 units have the most private deck - this unit was about par for the course but deck furniture was near its life end and overall the unit could do with a freshening up (paint) - as part of the 'Winter Guests' social committee we lost more than half our program when AQUA split off a major part of the common room.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at The Aqua several times and always enjoy our stay. Unit 2310 was as shown. My only complaint this time was the cleanliness of the room itself. On the rental agreement it stated how it took longer to clean the rooms and that they had retrained staff. The cleaning fee was like $200 and we also had to check out an hour earlier to allow more time to clean. However, our room had dust so thick on the tv stand in the living room that I literally wrote my name in the dust. Made we wonder what else they didn't clean properly. I certainly do not feel we got our moneys worth for the steep cleaning fee. I did call in and report this to guest services. Hopefully they will pass it along.

Our stay was wonderful but thatunfortunately the unit as not been updated in all that time! The walls need painting, the molding needs repair, the furniture is very uncomfortable. For these reasons, we will be. Staying in a different unit next year.

Close to all the major attractions – elevators were fast, parking on site, pool was great. It was very hot the week of our stay- the air conditioning was having a hard time keeping it at 75 degrees- found out if you crack the door open to the Hvac room- the unit keep it so much cooler- I never was hot- we will definitely stay again- check in/ out perfect- robin in management office was awesome!

2310 Too Hot!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice! The only problem we had was it was Hot!! We could not turn the air down to cool it off inside! We were hot the whole time even keeping the drapes closed! It was already hot outside then have to come in where it was still hot was miserable!! Could not sleep good! Thank God we brought our fan with us! We have stayed at the Aqua several times and all the rooms were amazing but this one!! Will not stay in that room again!!! I will recommend the Aqua but not room 2310!!!!!!
