We thoroughly enjoy our stay here and will definitely book this condo again. The location was great, everything in the condo was spot on and Ben was very easy to contact and got back to me as soon as I texted him. We loved the pool, it was always clean and access to the beach was very easy. Teh beds were extremely comfortable; the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The sofa is a little bit dated but that is my only complaint. Thanks Ben for a great stay.

We had a great week in this condo. The view was amazing! The condo was very well stocked, very clean. Just come put your bags down and start enjoying your vacation. We have stayed in many condo's at Grand Panama, but we will definitely be staying in this one again.

The room layout was overall spacious. It was well equipped with any appliances you may need. There are palm trees right outside the balcony, but honestly, we spent our time at the beach so that wasn’t a deal breaker. Ben, the owner, was super phenomenal and very responsive. I had a mild panic the first night at midnight or so, thinking the fridge wasn’t cooling. I sent Ben a message and he responded within ten to fifteen minutes. Suggested removing some items as it may be overly full and to let him know the morning. That was exactly the issue. I will say, there was no light on the balcony, so if you plan to read during the night, you may want a book light of some sort. The high top chairs and table on the balcony were nice. My husband and liked to eat breakfast and dinner out there. The property itself was nice, well kept, and had a Tiki Bar that was still open for the late season visitors. That was a plus. I would 10/10 stay here again. Thanks, Ben, for sharing your home with us!

I loved the third floor with the ease of using the steps. The only thing is that the palm trees really block the beautiful view of the beach and pool.

Great Stay

All was great, overlooked pool, the gulf and the sounds of the waves were so relaxing. The unit was all that we needed. Parking was a bit of a hassle But it is what it is. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved staying here the owner is so quick to answer when needing something! He really is the nicest! The only complaint I could have is the palm trees kinda block the view. But being on the third floor sure helps with having to wait for the elevators! We would def stay here again we love this resort second year staying at this resort.

Great condo in perfect location!

We had a family of 6 and loved the layout and how spacious the condo was. We usually prefer rooms on the higher floors at the beach for the view but so thankful we chose this 3rd floor unit. Stairs were close and made going up and down so convenient when elevators were busy (which is often). The view was still phenomenal on the 3rd floor and balcony was amazing. If we needed anything or had any questions, Ben (owner) would answer almost immediately and made sure we were taken care of. Thanks for sharing your beautiful vacation home with our family, we loved it!

Grandkids favorite place

This is the 3rd year in a row that we have stayed at the Grand Panama and with Ben the owner. I can’t say enough good about the owner. We have stayed at 2 different locations and both were excellent. If there is a downside to staying there it would be the elevators, you will spend some time waiting on them. However like I said this was the 3rd year in a row so it’s obviously worth the wait. We would definitely come back

The view was amazing

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect! Loved the view from the balcony. Beach chair service was included. Condo was exactly like the online pictures. The owner (Ben) was quick to respond to a refrigerator issue. Security was visible and their phone number should be posted in the condo The parking garage had narrow spaces and presented a problem for a pick-up truck. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo.

Unit had black mold and sheets had not been changed . Unable to use dishwasher due to mold .

Mild in showers , vents , ceilings , dishwasher , baseboards tiles and smelled strongly of mold. We had to wash our dishes by hand and launder our sheets , there was sand in the beds . When we got to the room , the door was standing open .

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We take each review very seriously. It was very unfortunate that we were not made aware of these issues until you had departed. Anytime a guest doesn’t feel the unit is clean we immediately contact the cleaning company and they will send someone to clean the unit so the guest is satisfied. If we would have been made aware of your issues would could have moved you to another unit in the same building. Once we were made aware of your concerns we immediately had maintenance inspect the unit. The mildew that was in the shower was easily removed with a deep clean. The soap dish tile in the shower was broken from what looks like an attempt to stand on it. This was allowing water to drain under the tub. We removed all the tile to make sure it wasn’t creating a mold problem. We had visited the unit two weeks prior, so it was caught very early. Maintenance said it appeared to be leaking for less then a week. Fortunately, there was no mold behind the tile. To assure there was no mold, we had a mold remediation company inspect the unit and confirm there was no issue. We are currently staying in the unit with our three children, which are all under the age of 5. You can be sure that we would never subject our guests or our own Family to any harmful situation. We wish you and your Family well during this trying time with your Mothers illness and hope you will accept our offer for your next visit. Randall (Owner)

Condo owner was excellent to communicate with me. I was aware the condo was not ready when we arrived. The cleaning crew did not knock it out so I notified the owner. He was quick to refund the cleaning fee. My family enjoyed an amazing holiday week on the beach. As we were packing to leave, my daughter realized her glasses were missing. I notified the owner and he was so great to help. The cleaning crew found the glasses and we were able to pick them up that same day. Overall, this condo was a wonderful place to stay.

Spring Tournament

Pros: The location was great and check in process was very easy. The owner gave prompt instructions and was only a call away.Cons: Cleanliness was subpar at best. The floors were begging to be mopped and left the bottom of my kids socks were black from walking on them. When we got there, the temp was set at 75 and the condo smelled very musty. We ended up going to walmart the first night to buy plug in air fresheners as we waited for the A/C to cool the place down. The comforters on the beds had sand, hair, and dirt on them as if the cleaning crew threw them on the dirty floors while the changed the sheets. The towels in the bathrooms were clean but stained and needed to either be bleached or changed out badly.The view out the back patio could have been amazing if it wasn't for the large amount of palm trees blocking the view. Overall, the trip was great and if the few easy things were fixed, I would stay again.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I have now addressed these issues with our cleaning company and expect improvements. Additionally, we worked out a plan with the cleaning company where we can keep the linens in our unit as opposed to being switched out from a common source. This will allow us to have higher quality linens going forward. Thanks again for the feedback so that we can continue to improve the experience for our guests. Good not great.

The condo itself is exactly as advertised. Very clean and neat. Very comfortable. When we arrived and made our way onto the patio we noticed several finger or toenail clippings around the outdoor dining table. GROSS! I spent 10-15 minutes trying to clean them all up. The only other con was that the master bed was the noisiest I've ever slept on. I toss and turn quite a bit and the noise was very annoying to my wife. As for the resort, everything was very well maintained and very clean. The staff were very friendly with the exception of the pool attendant who sort of harassed me the entire week. Overall we had a great time and thank the owners for opening their condo to us for the week.

We appreciate you taking the time to help make our vacation rental a better place. We have addressed the issue with the bed and found it had a couple of loose bolts. The patio cleaning issue was addressed as well. We reiterated to management that a friendly atmosphere from all staff was very important to us as owners and guests alike. Upon our arrival we found dirty towels under the sinks in the bathrooms and food on the silverware in the drawer. When we inspected the sheets before we went to bed they were dirty. Don’t think the cleaning people even changed them from the people before us. Contacted the owner and he said he uses the cleaning ppl from Grand Panama. She called and said she was going to bring us cleaning supplies but never showed up. She just kept making excuses that they are really busy and it is hard to find good help. You would think since there is a sign in the condo stating the condo had been sanitized really well because of the COVID it would have at least been cleaned.

Hello, We truly appreciate all feedback whether positive or negative. First, your room was not cleaned to our standards or the cleaning company’s. The couple that normally cleans our unit had a death in the Family at the last minute and a substitute team was used. Unfortunately, the guests that departed left the unit in a less than desirable state of cleanliness. We hoped that the refund of cleaning fees, an additional inconvenience refund, delivery of new chairs, offer to come back and clean the unit again and a complete refund and relocation to another unit would make things right.
