Hermosa casa ubicada en un callejón sin salida, barrio seguro. Cerca de supermercados, centros comerciales, restaurantes, lugares de entretenimiento, etc. Tiene un gran camino abierto que puede acomodar hasta 6 autos solo con un garaje que puede caber 2 autos. Nuevo mobiliario en toda la casa. Pronto se subirán nuevas fotos. El exterior tiene una gran piscina con muebles nuevos, barbacoa y pozo de fuego. ¡Te encantará!

Adam was easy to communicate with. The house was outstanding for our family reunion. Large bedrooms, modern kitchen. The pool area was used every day, games supplies kept the kids happy. Toiletries, shampoo, coffee supplies were well appreciated. Great neighbourhood with services near by. Highly recommend thanks again for a memorable visit John & Brigitte

Was in town for a wedding and it was a perfect location for our stay! We even got to enjoy the pool and spa.Special thanks for the basket of snacks provided by the host. Schedule was busy and with the time change of our travel, "snack attacks" happened randomly so it was lovely.Coffee helped too!Absolutely clean and comfortable.

Our family had an amazing two weeks in California with this spacious house as a base. The location was perfect - a quiet residential area close to numerous restaurants, around half way between Santa Barbara and LA. We particularly appreciated the pool / hot tub and the well equipped kitchen. We didn’t want to leave!

Loved the house, very comfortable and attractive. The pool and yard games were a huge hit with the kids. The neighborhood and area of Thousand Oaks is lovely and we’d love to come back and explore more!

Family get together

Was very clean. Had everything we needed with plenty of towels even for the pool and linens. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of dishware and good quality pots and pans and all things we needed for the kitchen. Contact person was very responsive with questions and the washer broke the first time we needed to use it and he had a repairman out the next day and it ended that a new machine was needed and had it the next day. We were there for 14 days with nine people so this was much appreciated. Everyone loved to pool which was cleaned twice a week. The one thing would to have the gardener come later he showed up by now later than 7:am with blowers running full speed waking up everyone. Overall we all had a great time and it worked perfect for the family.

Clean nice and pool with spa

Overall nice property. Wedding weekend and my grandchildren loved the pool. Host was nice and very responsive . Master Bed is really soft and children room bunk beds squeak is you roll over It’s a very nice house and we did enjoy our stay

Enjoyed a family reunion & this very clean house felt like a home. Located in a family-friendly neighborhood. 4 adults & 4 kids (ages 4, 6, 9, 12) with plenty of room for everyone to sleep & lounge. Games for all ages, a fun park/playground nearby a pool & hot tub. Home fully stocked didn't have to purchase any supplies, except food. Host replied quickly to all questions & The Guide explained everything we needed to know @ check-in/out & house rules. Would highly recommend!

Thousand Oaks

our stay was as expected. The property was well stocked with everything you could need for the stay. we were there for nearly a week and were in town for a relatives wedding. We had a few relatives over one night for a BBQ and hot tub and again we had everything we needed. Everything worked in the house and we had plenty of room. The property is dated and could definitely use some painting and interior decorations, but other than that it was exactly as described. Would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay again if we needed a place in Thousand Oaks. We were going to Disneyland after this and left some clothing in the house by mistake, we contacted the property manager and he shipped the clothing to us, much appreciated!

Very clean house. Excellent communication. Plenty of necessities to get you started in the kitchen. My family ages 3 to 60 thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay

Had all the amenities that you dont want to pack - coffee, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, towels, etc the description was accurate and the guidebook had everything in it to know how to operate the jacuzzi. The perfect stay for our family of 8. It a good neighborhood. Host was very helpful.

Comforting

It was just perfect & such a joy that we could share this home with some of our cousins & family after my Dad’s funeral & luncheon in Westlake Village. The house is beautiful and very comfortable if I could suggest perhaps having more outside lighting in the front I think it would enhance the appearance also help those who go out driving at night upon returning home for safety.

Home away from home

Great place for family - specially with toddler- you can walk to the park in 5 minutes, it has slides, swings and lots of other fun stuff. back yard is beautiful and well maintained. there is lemon tree and avacado tree in the back . there is also pool - that looks great- but we are not swimmers - will definitely come back and recommend to others , host is very responsive :)

Perfect VRBO for your stay

This house was perfect for our friends stay in Thousand Oaks. 4 bedrooms were a perk, but the pool and hot tub were the reason we picked this house. Everything was as shown, house in nice condition, safe neighborhood, close to great restaurants and a grocery store.

Surprisingly nice

Here to visit mother/grandmother/great grandmother nearby. Location of rental near major transportation routes and shopping / restaurants was great. ALso, the hot tub was a real hit for our grandchildren, ages 2-6. Very accommodating host with good communications. Documentation very good as well. Will use this rental again if need arises.

Great place

Great place with lots of room and amenities! We were surprised on how stocked the kitchen was. A huge help as we able to host our family after a celebration of life. Would stay again!
