¡Gracias por considerar nuestro condominio para su próximo viaje al Lago de los Ozarks! Nuestro espacioso condominio tiene todo lo que necesita para sentirse como en casa.

Estamos ubicados en el corazón de Osage Beach en el muy popular LEDGES Condo Complex. Hay dos piscinas para disfrutar. Uno que se puede ver desde el balcón y otro en el punto con una increíble vista de 10 millas del canal principal. También hay una playa de arena que está en una cala tranquila.

Si necesita espacio adicional, pregunte por nuestro condominio que está convenientemente ubicado justo al lado de este condominio. Es un condominio de 3 dormitorios + loft / 3 baños y también tenemos un baño de 2 habitaciones / 2 ubicado en el canal principal.

Disfruta las camas extras y el espacio que ofrece este condominio. Aunque el condominio tiene un número máximo de 12, las camas adicionales ofrecen una configuración que puede permitir que más personas duerman en su propia cama. Esto es útil para grupos de jugadores de golf o cualquier persona que disfrute de tener su propio espacio.

Hay dos dormitorios y dos baños completos en el nivel principal y un gran altillo en el piso de arriba. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen y baño completo privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas matrimoniales y baño completo adyacente. Subiendo un tramo de escaleras, el espacioso loft tiene una cama queen, dos camas matrimoniales y dos literas gemelas. En el desván, también hay un medio baño.

Si traes pequeños, puedes usar el corral, la trona y la baranda en el condominio. ¡También hay muchas películas, juguetes y juegos de mesa para la diversión familiar!

Puede usar la parrilla de gas que se encuentra en el balcón con vista a una de las dos piscinas de Ledges.

Si trae un bote, tenemos un bote cubierto de 10 'x 24' o 10 'x 30' disponible para alquilar por $ 15 / noche.

We stay here every year and the place or host never disappoints. Place is exactly how it’s described and the host Jenn is as nice as can be. Definitely be back.

Incredible Vacation!!!

I think the host undersold this in the listing:). There were 9 of us and everyone felt they had their own space. It was clean, stocked, and super comfortable. We could see the pool from the balcony, as well as the lake. Jennifer was quick to respond to the couple questions I had, reached out to me to let me know there was a water issue in the community so there was a boil order in effect and even offered to comp us a case of water if needed (we had plenty!). Quick access to everything we wanted to see on our trip, and 4 minutes from where we could rent a boat! 11/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! When we return we would love to stay here again ❤️

Great Location!

Our family enjoyed Lake of the Ozarks/Osage Beach for the 2nd year in a row! Jen was a wonderful host and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo has plenty of room with the loft area. We had 5 adults and 7 children and there was plenty of space without feeling crowded! The kitchen was well equipped for anything you may need. The beach access area was wonderful for the kids and the condo location was very close to everything! We loved our stay and highly recommend!

Family get away

Our family appreciated the amount of beds and bathrooms the property offered. We were able to make some meals in the unit, but we were also close enough to drive to many great restaurants.

Lots and lots of stairs

The condo was perfect, the whole family was comfortable. We were a group of 9 and never felt crowded. It wasn't as close to the lake we were hoping for. The condo is on the 3rd floor and not lakeside. Be prepaired for stairs. By the time you leave the condo and get to the lake it is about 7 stories. Going down was not a problem but going up was a true workout.

Amazing!!

We rented this for fathers day weekend. It fit us perfectly. 6 adults, 1 teenager, 1 child and an infant. Great location. 4th floor was a little hard for the older folks but the place itself was juat what we needed. Will stay again!!

I can’t say enough about Jen and Ken! This is our 2nd time here and the same treatment as the first experience. EXCELLENT!!!! The property is fantastic and plenty of room. Great condo!

Our wedding party had a great time staying at this condo. We had plenty of room for 11 adults. The condo was in great shape and the owners were very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Weekend Get-Together

We had a girls get-together at the lake for shopping, visiting, and just catching up with some members of a service organization. We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for accomodating us all in one location so we could stay up late playing games, catching the Mizzou game on TV, and just enjoying being together. There was plenty of room so we didn't feel cramped for space. We had three little boys with us and they had a ball playing with the toys that the owners had left in a closet for our use. The owners were very gracious in working with us in getting the rental set up and arranging the deposit on rather short notice with a couple of complications on our end. I would highly recommend renting from them and would do so again should we decide to come back to the Lake of the Ozarks for another get-together. The condo had a nice view of the lake, but was also very close to Osage Beach shopping, restaurants, etc.

This is a lovely and spacious condo with a great view of the lake. I have stayed at many condos at the lake and this is one of the nicest. Very neat and clean, plenty of room, comfortable beds. Well furnished. Quite too. Price is right. We had a great stay weekend of March 12, 2005.

This condo was used for an 8th Grade class trip. 8 students and 5 adults stayed here. Everything was just great, the kids would have been content to spend the entire week at the condo and not leave. The adults especially liked being able to see the kids at the pool from the outside deck. Everything was clean and very nice! Would definetely recommend this condo to others!

Beautiful Condo

We rented this condo for a weekend of shopping and dining out. There was PLENTY of space for all of us. The owners were easy to work with. We all enjoyed a wonderful stay, despite the 100+ degree temperatures. Thank you so much. We will definitely keep you in mind for next year's trip.

Birthday Weekend

I waited until the very last minute to find a place at the lake for my son's birthday at Big Surf. Then I found this site and Jennifer was so wonderful on letting me make the reservations on such short notice and helped me out so much. The place was great, lots of room and absolutely everything you need in case you have forgotten something, including some toys for kids. Thank goodness since that was one thing I forgot to bring. We liked the location because it was pretty close to Big Surf and to places like WalMart, grocery stores, etc. Our whole group will come back to this condo again. Thanks Jennifer!!!!

Lofts with a view

We rented both lofts for a week in June. For a family of 13 (7 adults and 6 grandkids ranging from 1-6), we had plenty of room to spread out and had a great week. Both units are nicely furnished and well supplied. Really appreciated having a pack 'n play and a high chair in each. Overlooking one of the pools was an advantage with the little ones. The small beach provided another opportunity to keep them occupied. We also fished with them off the dock, with the small bluegill cooperating nicely. We rented a pontoon boat for a morning at a nearby marina, played miniature golf, rode bumper cars, and had great fun racing the go-karts in Osage Beach. Even though it rained 2 of our days there, Osage Beach provides enough indoor activities so we were able "to get out of the house," so to speak (Miner Mike's and the indoor water park at Tan-Tar-A resort). We cooked in most nights (gas grills on the balconies) and ate out twice. I would recommend both these restaurants for a large group with children: Topsider and Dog Days. Both are on the lake with great views, have outdoor seating., and are family friendly. Our family is planning to come back next summer, and we definitely will stay at the Ledges and these loft condos again. Ken and Jen are great people, most gracious and helpful in every aspect of renting their loft condos and making a family vacation special.
