NUEVA CONSTRUCCIÓN - CASA PISCINA FRENTE AL MAR DIRECTA - 6 DORMITORIOS PARA 14 PERSONAS

Esta fabulosa casa de construcción de marca se encuentra directamente en las arenas doradas de Indian Rocks Beach. Siguiendo nuestro plan de piso probado que nuestros huéspedes han amado, la casa consta de 6 habitaciones con 4. 5 baños distribuidos en 3 plantas.

El primer piso consta del amplio garaje. El garaje y el camino de entrada que pueden caber fácilmente de 2 a 3 autos.

El segundo piso tiene una cocina fantástica que cuenta con una placa de gas y estufa, horno eléctrico combinado / microondas, refrigerador y lavaplatos con capacidad para cuatro personas en la isla. También hay un bar con fregadero y un rincón de desayuno junto con un comedor formal y una gran sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana. Hay un enorme balcón que tiene vistas panorámicas de arriba a abajo de las millas de playas de arena blanca de Indian Rocks Beach. Hay una zona de bar al aire libre, parrilla Weber, así como espacio para cenar y relajarse.

En este nivel hay dos dormitorios, uno con una cama King, el otro con dos juegos de literas, que solo acomodarán a los niños, estos comparten un baño Jack'n'Jill. También hay un medio baño para que los huéspedes lo usen fuera de la sala de estar.

El tercer piso consta de 4 dormitorios más. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y un amplio vestidor. El baño principal cuenta con una bañera profunda y una cabina de ducha separada, así como un lavabo doble / tocador. Dormitorio 2 - El 'Segundo maestro' tiene una cama king y baño privado con combinación de bañera / ducha. Las otras dos habitaciones en este nivel comparten un baño Jack'n'Jill. Un dormitorio tiene una cama queen y el otro tiene una cama king. También hay una sala de lavandería en el tercer piso, así como otro gran balcón con increíbles vistas de la playa a vista de pájaro. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana.

La parte trasera de la propiedad tiene una piscina y una bañera de hidromasaje, con tumbonas y asientos para que usted y su grupo se relajen. También hay una ducha al aire libre para que te enjuagues después de un chapuzón en el cálido Golfo de México, que está a solo unos pasos. Hay muchas comodidades y juguetes para su uso. Hay una serie de fabulosos bares y restaurantes en esta ciudad frente a la playa que se encuentran a pocos pasos hacia el norte o el sur, o pueden tomar el siempre popular 'Beach Trolly'. La casa está ubicada en una ubicación ideal para un viaje rápido para visitar la casa de 'Winter the Doplhin' en Clearwater Marine Aquarium, o quizás las muchas atracciones que Tampa tiene para ofrecer. Somos solo una pequeña transferencia a Tampa International o Clearwater / St. Aeropuertos de Pete.

Great large family vacation in IRB

This beach house was the perfect setting for a big family vacation in Indian Rocks Beach! Our family has been coming to this area for over 15 years and has stayed in many different rentals over the years. This was by far the most comfortable and the nicest. Yes, it is expensive but was well worth the comfort and privacy you get. We hope to be able to come back next year!

We really enjoyed the property and all of its amenities! Plenty of beach and pool toys for the kids and its location on the beach was perfect! Make sure to get yourself some ice for your drinks and coolers!

Wonderful

We came with our 4 children, significant others and 3 grandchildren. There were 12 of us and the house had more than enough room. We loved the covered porches and sat out there a lot. The pool and hot tub were used several times a day. The beach was only a few steps away and absolutely beautiful. The response was quick when we had rain coming in a window.We walked to Cooky coconuts for ice cream & Grove for coffe and pastries. We ate at Guppy’s a couple times. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Fantastic vacation in IRB!

This property offers absolutely everything! Beautiful home & the views of the ocean were absolutely stunning. Our family enjoyed many hours in the pool, & hot tub, & the location to the beach could not have been better! After a fabulous week of vacation In IRB we didn’t want to leave!

Family vacation

Wonderful family vacation. Kids love being able to go to the beach or play in the pool. Great location. Walking distance for coffee in the morning and ice cream at night. House is beautiful and met all of our needs. Alex was very responsive when we had a couple maintenance issues. Would definitely recommend and I’m positive we will be back.

80th birthday family reunion

Had a great week. everything was properly outlined and expectations were met! Kitchen set up and you needed just the food to have a great meal. House could have used a shade in family/dining room, sun was intense in late afternoon. the short distance to the beach was great and having the private pool was a big hit with everyone. there is an elevator that we used only twice to bring suitcases up on check in and out at the end. However it was nice knowing it was available. The pay it forward idea was also a hit. overall we had a wonderful week!

Fabulous Beach House

This beach house was even better than the listing. Large, beautifully decorated bedrooms/bathrooms. Two dining tables and large island for eating or preparing meals. Two large ocean front balconies and perfect pool and hot tub for everyone to enjoy. Lots of beach toys and floats for kids. Questions for the host were answered quickly. It was so hard to leave and we hope to rent this house again.

Family Vacation

We have rented these properties a few other times so we knew this house would be perfect for my parents 50th anniversary trip. Everything was amazing and clean. The only thing we all would suggest is a second full size refrigerator for groups this size. It was hard storing food for a week long trip with so many of us. We will definitely be back again.

Perfect Vacation Spot

This was our first visit to Indian Rocks and everything was perfect 10/10. The home had every amenity you could want for our ten family members aged 15 months to 60 plus! Thanks to the owners for great communication and sharing their beautiful rental home.

Overall a good stay!

A few hiccups but overall we had a great stay. The bad parts: elevator was not working when we arrived- which was frustrating because it was a weekend and they couldn’t get it fixed until monday, so we had to carry all of our heavy luggage up multiple floors, and to further frustrate, the owner didnt even remember talking to me at first when I reached out on monday to ask when we could expect the elevator technician to come out. But fortunately it was fixed shortly after that, and we didn’t have issues with it the rest of our stay. Other annoyances with the property were a broken kitchen faucet handle, a toilet paper holder that wouldn’t stay on the wall and the front door wouldn’t stay closed unless locked. Part of the sectional couch felt like the base was broken, as you would sink lower than the rest of the couch. No mop there. Nothing bad enough to ruin the trip, just things we noticed. My grandmother had difficulty getting in/out of the pool & hot tub because there aren’t handrails. She actually fell getting into the pool 1 time, but fortunately she did not get hurt. The good: the property is easy to find, it’s an absolutely beautiful location, the beach was amazing, the sunsets were gorgeous, we saw dolphins out in the ocean one morning! The home’s decorating is lovely, tasteful and current. We had a 1.5y old toddler with us and it was super helpful to have a crib, baby gates, a high chair, toys, and a baby/toddler pool float available for use! Overall a great stay!

Wonderful place.

We had a wonderful time. The accommodations were wonderful. They had everything we needed. We did have trouble reaching the property managers when we needed something which was disappointing. We had trouble with the hot tub on Sunday & couldn’t reach anyone. We never got a call back & finally got it working ourselves. One suggestion is child locks on the kitchen cabinet below the sink where cleaning items were stored. The only other suggestion is that the towels & linens could be updated. They were a little worn.

Beautiful house

We have stayed here two years in a row and absolutely love this house. It works perfect for a large group. We had 16 (10 adults and 6 kids) and no one ever felt crowded. Amazing house and can't wait to stay for a 3rd time.

Week in Paradise

This property is phenomenal!! Beautiful, spacious home, lovely pool and steps from the beach. Our family - 12 people ages 4 to 70 - had a fantastic time! The decks are huge and covered for a break from the sun. We cooked most meals in the great kitchen and grill. Plenty of dining space. Lots of toys for the kids and the guys even caught fish off the beach! Perfect beach vacation!! Thank you!!

House is great. Well stocked wih anything u ccould need. Spices ,coffee, ect. All pay it foward from previous guests. Bev fridge and bar. Same, all pay it forward. Which we also did. Only slight issue. Elevator quit working on last day. Which is very helpful to have. Sinxe it is three stories. Will rent again. Rich

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and well-maintained. All communication was prompt. The view is amazing, and the beach is not overcrowded. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub - even with cooler temps, they were heated well. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Location

Beautiful Home, wonderful location, right on the beach, with a pool. The kitchen was very well equipped, lots of space for our group, large open areas to gather. Highly recommend.

The home has been uniquely designed from our tried and tested floor plan we have used over the past couple of years. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the layout when be build the first home of this design in 2016 so we have continued with the trend. Each home is appointed with the finest finishings and decorations. There is no doubt you, your family and friends will enjoy every moment of their vacation.
