The location and layout of the home was great. And it was very clean. But there were multiple safety and maintenance issues. And I had to reach out for the access code on arrival date.

I will never rent from this rental company again. I’ve used VRBO for multiple rentals over the years and this was my worst experience. The house itself was clean, good location and had plenty of space. However, the furniture was awful. One part of the living room sectional had no legs-when sitting on it, you felt like you were sliding off. The tv in the living room was mounted so high on the wall it was uncomfortable to watch. The crazy part was the extension cord that was actually just sticking out of the post as an outlet. Pretty sure that’s not code. The air conditioner unit was not adequate size for the house and it was a struggle to keep the temperature down. The check in process was anything but smooth. I admit I missed the emails about the company requiring a signed rental agreement outside of what you agree to on VRBO-so I didn’t read the MULTIPLE spam like emails from the company. But once that was completed-getting our actual door code took at least two phone calls-the instructions given to operate the keypad were also inaccurate. The home instructions provided in the house also weren’t accurate. Garbage day was posted as Wednesday-however we found out it was actually Friday when we left the house that day and realized someone had been in the garage while we were asleep to take the can out. That was deeply disturbing. I was only allowed 1500 characters for thus review-I could have kept going. I wouldn’t recommend this rental company to anyone.

Overall this house is pretty good. We stayed for a few nights while we attended a wedding and explored the slc area. My problem was that the ac doesn’t work well, if at all and we were hot and uncomfortable. They sent maintenance but there was apparently nothing they could do during our stay. The beds were great. The pillows were terrible. Bring your own. I wish I could get a partial refund because the ac situation made it so uncomfortable. I wish I had known this before I booked the property.

Salt Lake stay

The house was clean, everything as advertised. Plenty of room for our group. Easy directions to get to. We had an issue with opening the door when we arrived. We were sent thw wrong code. I called and within a few min this was fixed and we were in. Quick reaponse. Otherwise everything was great.

Brothers Ski Trip

The property was nice and spacious. Like most rental properties it needed lots of TLC. Things like leaky, faucets, and broken doorstops and outdated appliances and waterlogged hot tub covers are what I have come to expect on most of VRBO‘s. However, I didn’t go for the house, I went for The memories and the time with my brothers. Skiing was fantastic. And a good time was had by all.

Family gathering

We chose this rental due to the close location to our other family members who live in the area. The condo was really nice and the beds super comfortable. The large family room and basement play areas worked out great for us and allowed us all a place that wasn't cramped to visit with everyone and enjoy meals together. We didn't use the jacuzzi due to all the activities we had scheduled, but it was working and hot the entire time we were there. Maybe next time we will be able to take advantage of it. We also loved the park and shared area outside the back door. All in all, we had a great time and highly recommend this rental. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Great relaxing home

We enjoyed staying in this home. It is roomy and the open concept is nice. Our group ended up cooking dinner at the house every night because of the space and nice dining room (and dishes). The master bedroom and bathroom is high quality and comfortable. There isn't much of a backyard but it was too cold out to use it so that didn't impact the two of us. The 2cd master bedroom has a very comfortable bed but it is high and difficult to get in. Once in it though, it was great. We would stay here again and recommend it.

The perfect sanctuary!

We drove all the way from Alberta, Canada for the Young Living Annual Convention and this home was absolutely ideal for us to come home to each night! So clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. And reasonably priced! A 10 out of 10!!!

Great house!

I was in SLC for work and stayed here with a colleague. Great house and the location is also very nice. Park nearby and close to hikes and restaurants. Hot tub was a plus as well!

Nice Home in Good Location

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The size and location were great. It was quite warm, but fortunately there were some fans we used in the bedrooms upstairs. Otherwise, we had a great time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Midvale is a perfect location when you intend to visit multiple ski resorts and when you have additional guests coming and going thru the airport. The unit was perfect for us and for all the guests we intended to host. It was a plus to have a private hot tub and grill. We were comfortable the entire time and would love to stay again.

Pleasant Surprise

We enjoyed our stay. It was a bit pricey for us. The overall price was listed as less than some others. If you don’t read the price details you don’t realize that you have an extra $150-$200 of fees that go towards the Utah Vacation Club. So that makes them more expensive. The space was great and if you have a larger group this would definitely accommodate your needs. The applicants are a bit dated too. The use of the TV was harder in this place than I had with other VRBOS’s that I have used multiple times. There was supposed to be a garage door opener and there wasn’t one. I reached out to management and they asked if we wanted one brought to us and we of course said yes but we never got one. Overall I may rent this place again now that I know there are extra costs to this facility.

Great rental for a ski trip

The house was clean and as pictured. Hot tub had a bit of a weird smell but we didn't end up reaching out to anyone about it. Overall was an ideal rental for my ski trip with 4 friends.

Great Location for Skiing!!

We had a great stay. The condo had what we needed. Plenty of room & comfy sofas. The location to Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons was perfect. Close to grocery stores & restaurants. We appreciated having a garage since we were there during a big snow storm. Very simple check in/check out process. Overall we had a great stay & hope to return in the future. Thanks

Nice property quite area. If you have a full size pickup truck parking is a little tough. The driveway is short and a pickup won't fit in the garage. Other than that we had a nice relaxing stay.
