Hermosos de 3 habitaciones, 2. 5 baños, 2,400 pies cuadrados que ofrecen mesas de juego, jacuzzi y entretenimiento para la familia. Ubicado a minutos de las áreas de esquí Big Cottonwood Canyon. Esta casa está situada en una comunidad privada a poca distancia a pie de una parada de autobús de esquí, un sinfín de restaurantes, centros de diversión y un parque de la ciudad. Esté cerca de Big Cottonwood Canyon, las áreas de esquí Little Cottonwood Canyon Solitude, Brighton, Alta y Snowbird.

Stayed during my niece’s wedding week. We had 5 families renting next to each other. The properties are spacious and perfect for spending time together with good separation of space. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and super close to shopping.

Home away from home

The location is perfect. Any and everything you need is right around the complex of homes we stayed at. If you wanted to venture further for more exotic things to do and shopping, they aren’t far away. The home was great. It housed my family comfortably. Our vacation/birthday celebration was totally enjoyable. Would totally return to this location. All family enjoyed the home and location.

Loved it

Great house and location! Loved that the property also had extra units so our very large group could walk back and forth. The 2 smaller bedrooms got very warm at night- leaving the doors open really helped. Some broken blinds but that’s no biggie and didn’t hinder our vacay at all!

Spring getaway

Location was very centrally located for our demands in Sandy, UT. Check in was very smooth and they had everything we needed to entertain several teenage boys!

Family ski week

We have rented properties in the Cottonwood Heights area for the past few years, and this was the best property yet. It was exactly as described in the listing, and proved to be perfect for our immediate family and a few of our kids' friends. The high-top dining table was perfect for working on a jigsaw puzzle, which is becoming a tradition for these ski week get-togethers. The house was well-equipped and met all of our needs. We hope to return!

Great Location amd Roomy house in Sandy

Everyth9ng for the most part was fine.None of the side lamps work anymore upstairs in the bedrooma so had to take them from the hallway. The small turn knobs are busted, and the front door access code stopped working after hours which was concerning until we were able to get in after a reset.Appreciate the stay, may e just a little TLC at the properry

I should have known there was going to be problems when I receive a second door code before we even arrived at the rental, just in case the first code didn’t work. We got in fine the first time but when we tried to reenter both codes would not work and all our luggage was in the house. It took them 30 to 45 min to respond. None of the phone numbers gave us a person. The house had water damage in the kitchen roof. Paint needs several touch up and the carpet is very old and worn. We will not stay here again!

Comfortable accommodation close to skiing

The property was outfitted as listed, had all necessary amenities, was conveniently located to ski resorts, and only a few minutes from grocery stores. Perfect for a small group or family. Hot tub was clean and hot. Washer/dryer in unit. Parking for up to 4 vehicles if needed (2 in garage and 2 on driveway). Having a grill was a nice bonus as well. Overall, great stay.

And we were grateful that when a minor maintenance issue came up, they had their team there there that same day!

Nice and comfy house for 8 ppl

We stayed here for our snowboarding trip. This house location is not as close to ski resort as we stayed before in Sandy but it not far either. House is very clean and comfy for 8 of us. We definitely will consider to stay again in next season

Not great

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The AC was broken when we showed up. We notified them immediately and it was still broken when we left. It was up to 90 degrees in the house and 105 outside. Miserable. The house itself was fine, but we found ourselves finding any excuse to stay out of the house because it was so hot.

Great place but check the AC

Our stay was good but our only problem was the AC no instructions and even with using Google to help we could not lower past 72. Our last night AC had issues because unit was at 77 making upstairs miserable for the family. Even with calling management for some assistance (after hours since we did not get back until 10:30) we could not get any help. I will say the women I contacted tried to help was very nice but basically she couldn’t get a hold of anyone. This made our last night not very pleasant. I did see another review with an AC issue also so just be sure to double check if your staying during summer months 😊

Convenient Ski Location, Very Structured Rental

Good: This house was ideal for my group of friends to stay at during our long ski weekend -- quiet neighborhood, about 30 minutes from the mountain. Plenty of space for us to relax and watch the beginning of the Olympics. They are very specific with how the house is stocked, labeling everything very neatly, with quantities, etc. Bad: The check-in process is a bit involved as this rental is managed by a specific company. They require you to sign additional paperwork, setup an account and download a separate app to receive the full check-in information. The only two complaints my group had about the house were the uncomfortable pillows and the black splotches on the ceiling of the bathrooms/showers.

House was very comfortable and well equipped. Only criticisms are that some of the amenities were not very good quality i.e. dishwasher did not get dishes clean (and had a minor leak), oven had missing control buttons and a non-functioning double burner, tumble dryer took ages to get the laundry dry, other minor defects and/or excessive wear with fixtures and fittings. But overall a nice place and would certainly consider renting it again.

Reviewer Comments: Let me start with the good aspects:- the house is spacious and its location is good -- quiet, close to shopping, close to little cottonwood canyon.- the hot tub is nice.Now, the not-so-good:- The door access code sent to me prior to my arrival was incorrect. Had to call and waited for about 20 minutes before the correct one was phoned over.- The dryer in the house did not work. Not because of the lint filter (btw it was dirty before our first use), but the vent seemed to be clogged.- Not enough detergent (dishwasher, washer) was provided. Emailed customer service and was told that the amount provided was "calculated". Sure, but how come we used the dishwasher once everyday and ended up with no detergent to use on the day we checked out, and the checkout instruction still required us to wash the dishes??

Comfortable stay.

The house was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen as well stocked. About a half mile from the UTA ski bus line. It was quite a long bus ride to the resorts however. It was great to be able to ski 4 different resorts in one week. We had children and were able to walk to the bus stop each day and home (in ski boots). The kids loved the basement, but it was a little too cold for them to play down there without any heater. Otherwise we were very happy with this rental. The fireplace would only stay lit for about five minutes and then shuts off. The rental management company was quick to respond and says they will have it fixed in the next few weeks. The hot tub was great in the evening.

Watch for the huge contract

Had problems with code to open the door and had to wait in the cold to hear back from someone. House was nice felt very Corporate with everything having a number attached to it. Very clean and nice area. Did not like that you had a huge contract to sign after you payed with times you can and can’t use hot tube. Fine if you smoke outside or near property , move furniture . I would have like everything up front before we spent the money. All in all was nice stay just wish we had all facts upfront before hand.

Fun sisters/mom wknd!

Overall very decent and clean property, only complaint is one bed had hairs in the sheets, still dirty from previous use. Also the key code we were given did not work so had to call and get a new one before getting into house.
