Savoy Monumentalis V Apartment is a comfortable 3-bedroom property in a luxury complex, perfect for those seeking rest, comfort, and beautiful sea views. With capacity for up to 6 guests, it’s ideal for families or groups of friends on holiday.
The apartment features an open-plan living area with a lounge, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen, all with direct access to the main terrace. Each of the three bedrooms has a private bathroom. One is an en-suite with access to the main terrace, as is the twin bedroom. The third bedroom shares a second terrace with the kitchen, where you ’ll also find an outdoor dining area. There is also a guest WC and a laundry room.
Guests can enjoy access to a shared pool, gym, outdoor areas, and private parking for two cars.

The property is located in one of Funchal’s most prestigious areas, just minutes from the city centre, with easy access to the seafront promenade, the ocean, restaurants, shops, and various amenities. It offers the perfect balance of tranquillity, exclusivity, and convenience—ideal for a relaxing holiday with everything nearby.
Funchal is known for its natural beauty, lush gardens, and rugged coastline with breathtaking ocean views. Whether for seaside walks, local cuisine, or outdoor leisure, this is a destination that combines sophistication, culture, and well-being.

The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.

There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

- We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
