Ver las puestas de sol sentado en la sala de estar o el patio frente al mar en nuestra recién decorado 2B / 2B frente a la playa en el nivel del suelo en un tranquilo complejo de 8 unidades. Salir de las puertas de cristal a las arenas blancas de Indian Rocks Beach. No se necesita coche. Hay 12 restaurantes con tanto informal y elegante comedor a corta distancia a pie. Disfrute del tranvía que le recogerá a 100 pies fuera de su puerta y le llevará de St Pete Beach a través de Clearwater Beach. Caminar hasta el parque acuático con toboganes. Este OASIS FRENTE DE PLAYA con una hermosa vista del Golfo está completamente amueblado con todo lo necesario para sus vacaciones. Muy limpio beachy casa lejos de casa.

Great place to stay on the beach

This was a great VRBO. It had everything we needed for the beach. The house was well stocked and clean. Perfect location. We would love to stay there again.

Indian Shores gem!

The property was fantastic! With the new renovations, it was even more impressive! Lisa was amazing with all her communications! The location is perfect...we could walk to sveral restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Best Stay

We had the very best week at this condo. The location was perfect. You cannot get any closer to the beach. Zero crowds. Great restaurants and ice cream within walking distance. It was the cleanest, best stocked VRBO rental we’ve ever been in. Beautifully decorated. No issues during our stay. We hope to come back next year!

Great location

This location is steps away from the ocean. It was recently renovated and very clean. The owner supplied many things for you, so you just show up and enjoy vacation. She was very good to responding to my question in a timely manner. There are lots of things to do as a family in the area. We had a great and time and will be back to thia loaction again!

Awesome spot!

Loved this place and plan on booking again in the future. The location to the beach, stores, and restaurants were a huge plus. Our host communication was prompt and exceptional, which made us feel very comfortable during the stay.

50th Anniversary

I booked this place for my parents 50th anniversary getaway. They loved it and had a great time. The location was fantastic. Lisa, the host, sent over balloons, chocolate, and a bottle of wine for them for their 50th anniversary. She is a great host and this is a great location.

Fantastic Location

Great location for a quick get-away from DC. We were steps from the beach and while the AC in the Master bedroom could have been a bit stronger (had to use a fan at night), it didn't impact our overall experience at all. Will definitely be looking to book this property again!

Perfect beach view

The condo is small but perfect for two people. Wonderful updates, all appliances and AC worked great. Loved the Keurig! The real gem was the covered beachfront patio which we spent most of our time on when not on the beach or lounging inside. Amazing views. Truly exceptional place to relax. Only negative is across the street from a busy bar but the music cuts off at 10pm so not a problem for sleeping. We would stay again!

Best trip ever

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo offered everything listed and more that we were not expecting such as umbrellas, extra toys things that may be other guest have left. Anything that we thought we might wanna add we also left for the next people to enjoy. Restaurants were close by traveling from place to place was easy, everyone had a blast.

On the beach…

We enjoyed the location of this listing. The short walk over the dune to watch the sunset every day was amazing. We did wish that the view from the patio was slightly better - landscape maintenance would have improved the view. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay.

Fantastic location

This was an amazing vacation. The location could not have been better, with many restaurants and shops all with in walking distance. The beach is right outside the patio door and it makes it easy to pack up all the beach gear to find a spot right in front of the condo. All the beach gear you needed they had for you to use. Lisa was an an amazing host and was very fast to respond when we had a question. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in coming to this part of Florida. Thank you Lisa for an great experience for us and our kids.

Perfect location

The location of the condo was perfect. The town was very walkable for restaurants, CVS, surf shops, Holiday Inn water park, and of course the beach. The beach was 100 steps from the patio to the beach chair provided by the host. The property was clean and included everything necessary for cooking and cleaning (plates, silverware, sheet pans, cutting boards, brooms, dish soap, etc.). The host also provided beach toys, beach chairs, and an umbrella. The living area was also stocked with DVDs and books. Everything in the pictures was exactly as pictured. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location

We had a great family vacation. The short path to the beach is unbeatable. My almost 2 year old walked it easily everyday. Kitchen is well stocked. There are beach accessories available for you to use also. One of my daughter’s favorite parts was being in walking distance to an ice cream place. I think the ventilation could be better to the master bedroom and bathroom. Maybe even adding a nice tower fan would be nice. Unit is clean, and we would definitely stay here again!

Normally we would be outside most of the time but the weather was chilly. The unit needs updating, although beds were constable and kitchen was well stocked. Lisa has said she will be remodeling and that sounds great. The entrance to the unit is spooky to be honest. That was the part that really threw us off.

Nice little condo-perfect location

Check-in instructions were clear and property was easy to find. Unit was super clean and owner had pre-stocked the freezer with ice and the fridge with water so that was a pleasant surprise. Unit is small but it was perfect for us. Kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes, small appliances and such. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels, nice dvd collection if you’re in the mood for a movie night. You can walk right out the patio doors to the beach. Patio had lots of beach necessities like chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Close to restaurants-we walked to several-and easy driving distance to other favorites. My only suggestion would be to update the bathroom connected to the bedroom with the king bed. But all-in-all a great little getaway for us.

Outdated

Unit couldn't have been more convenient to the beach but was outdated and in need of a deep cleaning and re-fresh of worn out, rusty or moldy items. Beds were uncomfortable. Kitchen light didn't work. 6 other bulbs in unit burned out, replaced what we could. Our stay was short so we just made the best of it.

Perfect location

Location was perfect! The place had lots of lots of items stocked which was nice! Beach was quiet, area was close to restaurants! Not much to complain about at all! Only 2 things that could have been better for us was the back bedroom (the master) is very warm compared to the rest of the place and the WiFi rarely worked, it would constantly kick us off or not work. Otherwise the place was clean (if you want to be particular it could use a deep cleaning of baseboards and etc) but we would easily stay here again!

Perfect Beach Location

Overall our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We chose this particular property for the location and easy access to the beach. We loved that you could open your back patio sliding door and be steps away from the beautiful beach. We also loved that you could see the beach from the patio window. No steps to climb was an extreme plus especially with having smaller children. The beach and sunset were gorgeous. The property manager was kind, helpful and easy to connect with. We had an issue with the toilet, the handle broke and would not allow the toilet to flush. Within minutes of messaging the property owner, Lisa responded promptly and sent a plumber to fix the issue. Also we did let Lisa know that the couch needed replaced, it was just getting old and not really in any condition to use as a pull out sofa. Lisa came by to take measurements for a new sofa. The sofa should be there for the next guest I would assume. I recommend a futon replacement so it could still be converted and used into a bed if needed. The extra sleeping arrangement is always a nice option to have. And in my opinion those types setups (futon) are more comfortable than a pull out sofa. Anyways, I recommend that the condo be given a general good wipe down, there was alot of dust and not just from our stay but you could tell that that this type of cleaning hasn't been done in all areas thouroughly in a while. Also the condo could have been stocked with more towels, bed linens, laundry detergent, toilet paper, bathroom soap, dish soap, dish detergent. You know the basics. I don't know but we've stayed at other places before and all of these things were provided for at the property in excess. Also some of the beach chairs are rusted and falling apart, those need thrown out. I understand that all of this was not Lisa's fault since she just became the new property owner days before our stay and it would have been impossible to get all these issues addressed before our arrival. Howeover, I would have to say that other than those minor issues, our stay at this property was enjoyable, comfortable, and easy to access a beautiful, lovely overall quiet beach. Thank you for a wonderful beach vacation experience.

Great location

This is an excellent location, especially if you are traveling without a car. Many restaurants within walking distance and the Trolley is inexpensive and easy transportation up and down the coast.

Great location

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The location is amazing. Having the view and beach right outside your door is perfect. Dining options right across the street. Cvs store a quick walk away.

Indian Rocks beach is a small, quiet beach with free parking. No large hotels and is far from the "spring break" areas of Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach.

Make yourself at home in our Beachfront Oasis. This is not a hotel atmosphere. Beach cottage setting. Our renters love it here and return year after year.
