Property Details:

There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a double sofa-bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen features an electric kettle, sink, toaster, dishwasher, mini-fridge, stove, drip coffee machine, and a microwave with oven function, plus much more. You’ll find full sets of dishes, cutlery, and glassware, along with pots, pans, and all the utensils you need to prepare meals at home. For added convenience, the apartment includes a combined washing and drying machine, as well as an iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom.



The bedroom, facing a quiet interior courtyard, offers a queen-size bed with a superior-quality mattress for restful nights. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows, and pillowcases are provided, along with fresh bath towels for each guest. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink, and comes stocked with a hair dryer, complimentary toiletries (toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap) to get you started.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Saint-Germain-des-Prés is one of Paris’s most desirable neighborhoods, often considered the best place to stay in the city. Located on the famous Left Bank (Rive Gauche), it has long been a favorite haunt of writers, artists, and philosophers. Right outside your door you’ll find an abundance of restaurants, cafés, bistros, ice-cream parlors, florists, artisan chocolatiers, and art galleries. Shop at the legendary Le Bon Marché or explore the charming covered Marché Saint-Germain. Within walking distance are the Luxembourg Gardens—perfect for a jog, picnic, or sunset stroll—the River Seine leading to the Louvre and Notre-Dame, and the lively Latin Quarter with La Sorbonne and the restored Panthéon. Le Marais is also close by for Sunday shopping and dining. Excellent transport connections, including the Odéon metro station, buses from Petit Pont / Saint-Michel – Saint-Germain and the RER station with direct access to Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports, make it easy to reach the Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre, Sacré-Cœur, and more.

Other Things to Note:

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
