Inside, you’ll find a bright and modern open-plan living space, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and two comfortable sofas arranged around the TV – perfect for relaxing after a day by the sea. There are two beautifully presented bedrooms, a spacious master double and a cosy twin, both thoughtfully decorated with calming tones and soft furnishings to create a restful environment. The sleek, contemporary shower room features a large rainforest shower.

Low Tide is ideal for guests travelling with dogs, offering pet-friendly accommodation just minutes from Filey’s beach – a five-mile stretch of sand where both ends welcome dogs all year round. The middle section is also dog-friendly outside the summer season. A lovely 10-minute walk to the beach takes you past St Oswald’s Church and through a small woodland, offering a peaceful start to your seaside day. If you follow the A1039 (the Scarborough Road) into Filey, when you reach the roundabout in Filey (next to the petrol station) take the exit next to the petrol Station onto Church Street. The property is just opposite the Pub. The building is on a corner and has a distinctive curved front.There is free on street parking on the roads around the apartment.
