El espacioso condominio tiene 2 dormitorios cada uno con camas king, 2 baños, un gran salón, comedor, balcón cubierto, techo abovedado con vigas y cúpula de ladrillo único. Otras comodidades incluyen

Great condo, great beach! Pam and Humberto were easy to communicate with and responsive. Views were amazing from the 9th/top floor (sunsets, dolphins, and even a whale out front the last day!) Spent a lot of time on the balcony in the zero gravity chairs. A 5 star place, but a nice improvement would be to add enough light in the living room to read by (maybe a floor lamp?)

Relaxing getaway

We have stayed in this area before and it is one of my most favorites of Puerto Vallarta. The view is amazing and picturesque. The beach is quiet and not crowded. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing Christmas Vacation

The condo was a great place to stay! The location is right on the beach with amazing views. The condo comes with everything that you need (beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels). All you need is a bathing suit and sunscreen. You do need a car if staying here since it isn't close to a lot of restaurants. You won't be disappointed with this location and the condo is just like the pics.

Our month

Lots of room, Ive always loved south PV. Our mission was to find a property to purchase which we did in Bucerias. That said im going to miss our visits south. The green jungle and pink sandy beaches, clear water, great ocean views from just about everywhere. Its bitter sweet to buy so far north...

This is my Second time staying at the penthouse. There will a third time.

I love staying at this penthouse. The views is amazing, the penthouse is spacious. I just wish my bedsheets were white, I am from Puerto Rico and i was raised and though in the hot climate white is best. The front desk , there were wonderful with any questions I had and they are so helpful. They were truly a gentleman. Thank you again. I will try to booked in April with my oldest daughter and oldest grandson.

A lovely condo

We have stayed in many condos in this building over the years and this is one of the nicer ones we have rented. It is well appointed, everything works and the views are gorgeous. Rommel and Debbie handled all of our questions and were very attentive. Since we spend a lot of time on the deck our one disappointment was the deck furniture. The cafe table was nice but the wooden chairs got uncomfortable in a hurry. Overall it was a great time, hope to rent this again someday. Thanks for keeping the place up so well.

Beach getaway

My husband and I stayed at this condo for a week Condo is beautiful. Very spacious comfortable felt very homey. A private beach was wonderful ! Pool was great . Everything in the condo is in working order as stated, fully equipped with beach chairs, etc. whatever you may need to spend your day on the beach is there. Across the street there’s taxi stand to take you back-and-forth into central or wherever you may like. We also took the bus several times for 10 pesos each very convenient. There is a nice little restaurant down the road serves good food. The sunsets every evening are spectacular from the balcony. . For the cons only drawback I would say that the bedroom furniture and mattress in master bedroom as well as second bedroom need to be replaced as stated in other reviews Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay!

25th Anniversary Trip

Overall I think it is a decent condo. However, the building it is located in is in need of some repairs / upgrades. The condo could use some new bedroom furniture and new sheets and pillows. We stayed for 2 weeks so had to wash the sheets and pillowcases. Fortunately, there was a washer and dryer in the condo. The carpet in the LR needs cleaning. The view from the balcony overlooking Punta Negra beach was awesome. The balcony could use a couple of new chairs. The railing was pretty rusty and could use some attention. The condo's location is fabulous but the building needs some work and the condo could use some new furnishings.

Lovely settiing

We stayed Feb 2023 for a month. The setting on Punta Negra is phenomenal. We saw whales every day. Dolphins, rays, puffers were regular visitors. We took the bus to town and Ley grocery. It had all our needs. There is a restaurant Los Palmeres on the south side of beach. Excellent/fun service and good food. Milton is particularly entertaining. Also a little beach kitchen run by a local lady(Rita) on the north side. She speaks no english but makes it work. She has a limited menu -fish and shrimp- but delicious. The suite has everything you need. The master is due for new furniture and bed. The bed was a little hard for us. The other bedroom has a very comfy bed. Hopefully we will be back.

Clean condo with beautiful beach and view

We had a nice four week stay at this condo. The apartment was clean and the kitchen provisions were complete. The wide balcony has a nonstop view of the bay and PV, and a few times we saw whales. The pool was heated and a pleasure to swim in. We would have liked a pad on the pool lounges. It was never crowded. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher worked perfectly. The furniture is quite old and not in good condition, but were advised new has been ordered. We had a few issues with the property at first, some involved the condo and some the building, but in every case the issues were resolved to our satisfaction. The front desk, Delfino and Lucy, were always pleasant and responsive to our needs. There is a taxi stand right across the street. We won’t be back but only because we now prefer a more in-town location.

Great Location

Stayed in this building many time and the location is great. Good building security. The condo was clean, had everything you need in it without being cluttered. Beds are big and comfortable. Fridge etc was all in good running order. Building staff is amazing. Only reason it wasn’t a 5 star rating by us is because we had trouble getting the entry code which really was an error by VRBO. They stop communication access 24 hrs before we left Canada and because I did not have a phone plan I was unable to access WhatsApp to get the door code sent to me without wifi. The same issue happened to our friends in another unit. (different owners). Same manager. The building staff was great and called the property manager and got us in quickly without issue. Otherwise a 5 star.

Best Mexican Vacation Ever!

We had such a wonderful holiday staying at this amazing condo at Punta Negra. While this location is a ways out of downtown Puerta Vallarta, the beauty and tranquility of the location was just what we were looking for in a month long stay. The condo itself is well-appointed, comfortable, and spacious. The two bedrooms are huge and the living room has abundant seating. We particularly enjoyed our morning breakfast on the balcony watching the fishing boats heading out for their daily catch and the local residents heading out for their morning beach walk. This area seems to be mostly long-term residents so it is generally a very quiet area. We had a few nights where there were partyers in the adjacent building but they were usually gone in the next day or so. We had never been to PVR during the Day of the Dead celebrations and we highly recommend going into town to see it. We were also treated to nightly fireworks along the Bay for the 10 days the festival ran. It seemed to move to different locations every night. The best part of the trip was the nightly sunset. These were the most beautiful and colourful sunsets I had ever seen on our many trips to Mexico. No two were the same and we made sure to be in our prime balcony seats to watch it unfold each night. We will definitely be coming back to this location again and we can recommend it enough ❤️

Beautiful Condo on a Beautiful Beach - Amazing Stay!

The condo is newly renovated, gorgeous and completely perfect! All of the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels and linens, washer/dryer, comfortable and functional furniture. On a beautiful beach with calm waters and snorkeling right outside, with a view of the amazing Los Arcos Nacional Parque. Condo staff was friendly and helpful, pool was sparkling clean and refreshing. There is a hose and shower inside the gate coming from the beach ... super convenient. Owner is very responsive and helpful and any questions and issues we had were immediately addressed by the owner. Had an issue with the property manager, "Debbie", but a member of her staff, Jorge, was absolutely incredible and kind. Jorge is one of my favorite humans in Puerto Vallarta. :) I hope to return soon ! We loved our stay at this condo! I can't say enough.

LIVE LIKE THE 1%

This is our second trip staying here. The condo is beautiful, the view spectacular, the ocean just outside the back gate is good for swimming and the beach is clean and uncrowded. We drove, so transportation into PV was not an issue but the taxis stage just across the street and the bus line goes by the front door. The staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful and will be twice as nice to you as you are to them. If you're wanting to stay up late and do tequila shots until you puke on your shoes, stay in PV. If you want a peaceful, beautiful, effortless stay, this is the place. Note: #1 If you enjoy cooking while you're vacationing, bring your favorite knives and utensils as you would in any rental. #2. If reading is part of your relaxation time, bring your e-reader. None of the lighting is adequate for reading except if you sit at the dining table under the chandelier.

Would Love to Come Back

We were here from the last week of February to the end of March! This condo is on a beautiful, uncrowded, shallow very clean, quiet beach. Views are spectacular. The pool area is well kept and the pool is heated. It was clean and the beds are very comfortable. Lounge chairs on the balcony. Once we got accustomed to the living space we were extremely comfortable. The concierge/ security people were more than helpful even though we had a language barrier, we worked it out. We had two very minor problems which were looked after immediately. (Stuck drain plug and non functioning dishwasher) Debbie and her associate Laura were right on top of it with no inconvenience to us. I mean within a half hour. There was construction for a new elevator which was very noisy but will be finished soon , so should be no problem in the future. Everyone we met in the building during our stay were friendly and helpful. The condo id a bit out of town but there is a bus stop and taxi stand right across the road. The taxi ride into Romantic zone is about 10 minutes. Rates vary between 100 pesos to 150 pesos. Uber is a bit less expensive. Bus is 10 pesos exact cash. (Hint. Take a cell phone photo of the taxi number on the door in case you leave something in the taxi you know which driver picked you up) Two observations: I am short, (5’1”) the kitchen cabinets are very high, had to use a step stool to read the instructions on the washer and dryer which are full sized stacking. The bistro table on the balcony was useless to me. It would be nice to have a comfortable table and chairs on the balcony to enjoy a meal al fresco. Our 2 year old granddaughter diligently watered the plants. We loved being here. Will try to return next year.

We saved our entire lives to buy a condo in what we feel is the one of the most beautiful places/locations in the world. While we save up to retire, we hope to share our condo with many others who will enjoy it and take care of it the same way we do and come back year after year.

The view of the Jungle from the front condo is breathtaking as well. The staff at the condominiums are very nice, honest, friendly and helpful.
