Ubicado en Amapas, las 'Beverly Hills' de Puerto Vallarta, Horizon Residences ofrece a los huéspedes paz y tranquilidad muy por encima del ajetreo y el bullicio de la zona romántica. El condominio en sí tiene más de 2400 pies cuadrados y ofrece 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con una gran sala de estar / comedor y cocina de concepto abierto. Toda la pared frontal del condominio consta de puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren completamente a la gran terraza que ofrece las vistas panorámicas más increíbles sobre el Océano Pacífico. El edificio está construido con un estándar muy alto, con acabados de lujo que incluyen pisos de mármol, encimeras de granito, una gran suite principal con bañera de hidromasaje y hermosos muebles en todas partes. Horizon cuenta con tres piscinas infinitas dentro de los terrenos; dos que se calientan todo el año y una enorme y magnífica piscina semicircular con vistas al casco antiguo / zona romántica. Hay numerosas tumbonas y tumbonas para que disfrute del sol y una amplia y espaciosa sala de estar con sofás y mesas alrededor de un jardín acuático cubierto.
El condominio está equipado con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones perfectas, incluyendo ropa de cama nueva, toallas de baño y playa y una cocina totalmente equipada.
La propiedad se encuentra en las afueras de la ciudad, junto a la exuberante jungla y, por lo tanto, es encantadora y tranquila por la noche, sin embargo, a solo 10 minutos a pie de las playas locales o a 5 minutos en taxi del centro del casco antiguo / Zona romántica donde encontrará amplios bares, restaurantes, tiendas y vida nocturna. This was better than advertised, just an absolutely gorgeous view and really high-end condo. The linens, furniture, decor, and tableware for all top notch. We stayed with another couple and we both truly enjoyed the space, especially the terrace. The pools were virtually never used by anyone else, so they felt private! We did end up usinga taxis or Ubers most of the time after walking once and deciding we didn't want to do that again. It's a very steep hill! But Ubers were crazy cheap so it made sense for the four of us to do that. Staff and security were super helpful and kind. Thank you for a fantastic stay! We hope to be back again someday.

You are right about the hill, it can be hard walking up after a day on the beach or after dinner but as you say, Ubers are super cheap and plentiful and the best bit about being up high of course is the view :) I am glad you found everyone so helpful and will pass that along to my property managers. Relaxing getaway

This property was a lovely, quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown. After a day of excursions, it was great to come back to uncrowded, peaceful pools and views. Would definitely recommend!

What a pleasure to have stayed here. The condo, the grounds and the management company are all outstanding. It is an easy and cheap Uber to any where you need to go and also a perfect place to unwind and relax.

Spacious and Spectacular

The view is spectacular and this beautiful condominium is close to the jungle we enjoyed the peaceful sounds as well as the passing parrots. I highly recommend Paul’s place!

A Fabulous Time at Horizon

This was our first time at Paul's condo, after visiting PV every year for the last eleven. We cannot wait to return! The condo is even more beautiful than the listing shows-from the views, to the decor, all of it fabulous. Paul and his property managers are wonderful and great communicators-You will love it here!

From the minute we entered the establishment we were wowed , Impressed to our wildest dreams . Rooms were huge and tastefully decorated . The killer view was 180 from jungle to the city . Pools were awesome , perfect for us ...one cool and 2 warm . Great location with restaurants close by and a couple of quaint stores at the bottom of the hill.. Staff were friendly and helpful . We felt like millionaires for the week stay .A vacay we will never forget .

Relaxation

From the time you open the doors to this condo you feel calm and relaxed. The pool being right below makes it feel like a private pool. Bring some runners to get your exercise walking into town but sit and relax in a cab for on the way back up😉 we have rented all over PV and this was one of the nicest rentals we have ever stayed in from start to finish!

Great place !

Condo was absolutely beautiful, the view when you walk in for the first time is amazing . Building is very nice as well, overall good location. Took us about 15 minutes to walk to the Malecón and I would recommend a taxi back up the hill. Condo was a 10 minute walk to playa Conchas Chinas which was gorgeous . Great for swimming , clear water , nice area. Definitely consider this place to stay, I would stay here again for sure . Only downside was jetted tub did not work but this was not a big deal at all.

Incredible views, beautiful condo!

The condo is located on the mountain side which provides incredible views of the bay and Puerto Vallarta. The condo is well appointed, clean and as represented in the pictures. Paul the host was very prompt in all communication during the booking process and on the day we checked in. Our family loves PV and especially the Amapas - Conchas Chinas area, and the location of this property was ideal for the combination of access to town and retreating to the quite of the condo and pools. Highly recommend.

Lovely spot

Beautiful condo. The condo is cool without using AC and relaxing. Staying away from the main city, we had a little breeze which made the heat more tolerable. We enjoyed our daily exercise going down and up the hill. If you want to take a taxi they are always available. It was only a 20 minute walk down to the main area of restaurants. Staying here is much quieter except for the unusual birds chatting in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Paradise

We were greeted by Lupita and Roger upon our arrival. They acquainted us with the condo and gave us some great tips for things to do. The condo is beautiful and so nicely decorated. The views from the balcony are amazing. Everything you could ever need is available at your fingertips. I loved that the condo had filtered water available so we didn't need to lug bottles of water. The master bed and furniture are comfortable and inviting. The heated pools were wonderful and the locals friendly. I highly recommend this property!

Excellent stay with no issues

Somewhat nervous never having used VRBO before, but we needn't have worried. The owner was very responsive to our questions before the stay, and the listing exceeded our expectations... beautiful layout, very nicely decorated, everything worked, very quiet building, beautiful view of the water, and a great location, only a relatively short walk to the beach or town. It's a steep walk from the main road up to the building, but if we weren't feeling up to it Uber and/or taxis were always available. So overall definitely a very positive experience!

Everything was perfect. From the initial booking to the stay in the condo. Everything. Comfortable beds. Plenty of linens and LR plush towels. Well stocked kitchen and pantry. Well documented rules and regs. Nice TV. And those views! Incredible. The only thing I wish could be different was how much time I had to spend there.

Perfect vacation rental

Spent 5 days in PV with our young kids (5yrs and 10 mos) and I could not have asked for a better experience. This rental is close enough to the action but far enough to be quiet. You could definitely walk down the hill to the beach or town, but we had a stroller and the cobblestone road made it tough. Driving or using cabs/Uber were both easy. The condo itself is spectacular. Well laid out and decorated. Very comfortable. Balcony so pleasant I even slept outside. I couldn't really ask for anything more.

Paradise in the PV hills

Paul’s property SO exceeded our expectations of our 2 week visit to beautiful Puerto Vallarta! The Horizon Residences are a little bit of heaven nestled in the hills. Keep the sliding doors open and waken to the sounds of birds, gaze out to the ocean and jungle, with the comfort of being in a completely safe and secure space. The unit is clean, beautiful, with everything you need to wine or dine in or take the lovely 15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Spend your days and nights enjoying the excitement of the city, then escape back up that hill and take in the serenity and vistas. Perfection. Thank you, Paul for sharing your PV home with us!

Excellent property that is as nice, if not nicer, than the pics.

A friend and I enjoyed a week here and had a great time. The condo is beautiful inside and out and we had great views from the balcony of the sunset. There are three pools - one right below the unit that we used frequently, but be sure to check out the larger pool which is impressive. Kitchen is well stocked with what you need and the brand-new fridge with filtered water system allowed us to avoid having to buy bottled water. Roger, the caretaker, was very responsive. We had one small leak in the bathroom sink and he came out and fixed it quickly. Overall no other issues. Excellent spot to stay at for the views, cooler seabreezes, and quieter location..

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and I am so pleased that you and your friend had such an enjoyable stay in our condo. Those sunsets never get boring! Apologies for the leak in the bathroom but good that my property manager was able to get it fixed quickly. These things do occasionally happen but having a great property management company look after the condo is extremely important and means that our guests can enjoy their vacation stress free :) I look forward to hosting you again in the future. A spectacular experience

What an incredible space to enjoy a winter getaway in Puerto Vallarta! Everything in Paul's condo is perfection. The condo complex is impeccable. It's in a high-end, very safe location with the most spectacular views of the Pacific. As wonderful as old Puerto Vallarta is, it was often difficult to leave the condo. In fact, that is what makes this rental so perfect. You can spend time in town, on the sea, on the beach or whatever; but what is so special is the opportunity to escape all the lovely bustle of those activities and luxuriate in the quiet and beauty of the condo. We will be back, and we know that you can't find a better property in PV! The Toms, who were so happy to flee the bitter cold of Minnesota for this piece of paradise.

Amazing View!

Thank you for the wonderful stay in your condo. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the sunset. We used the patio more than any other room. Even with all the patio doors left open, it was a very quiet place at night for sleeping. The condo was well stocked with great appliances. Grounds and pools were beautiful. We were the only two who used the unheated pool but loved it and the view over Puerto Vallarta was breathtaking. The walk into Puerto Vallarta was challenging crossing the highway at times. Great workout walking up the hill which burned off calories so we could eat more at the great restaurants in the area. Would recommend this beautiful condo to others. Roger and Keith are great property managers and very friendly and informative.

Thank you for your review and I am so happy that you enjoyed your stay :) Horizon boasts three swimming pools in total, two of which are heated year round and then the amazing main pool that as you say, has the most amazing views over Puerto Vallarta. Did you know that this is the largest pool in the whole of Puerto Vallarta?! Thanks again, Paul

We are a British couple who moved to and now live permanently in Dallas, USA. We previously owned and rented to guests a very successful apartment in Nerja, Spain but with us becoming permanent residents of USA, decided to sell in 2016 and purchase the condo in Puerto Vallarta - a dream come true!

We saw many properties during our search both new and old and also in and out of the Romantic Zone. We immediately fell in love with Horizon and in particular this unit as it is located within a short distance of town but sits alongside the jungle so we get the best of both worlds. plus the view from the terrace simply can not be beat :)
