Bienvenido a 28 Duck Hawk! Esta casa de cinco dormitorios, cinco y medio baños se encuentra frente al mar en Sea Pines. Puede acomodar fácilmente hasta diez invitados con mucho espacio de sobra.

Esta casa en particular tiene una gran piscina privada y una bañera de hidromasaje. Siempre que la temperatura no caiga por debajo de los 55 grados, todo está listo para disfrutar de la calefacción GRATUITA de la piscina y el spa, generalmente de marzo a mayo y de septiembre a noviembre (debe llamar a la oficina antes de su estancia para confirmar y programar). Hay una gran cantidad de sillas para absorber los rayos junto a la piscina e incluso un porche cubierto si buscas escapar del sol.

Tienes acceso directo a la playa desde 28 Duck Hawk. Aproximadamente a 100 yardas de la playa a través del sendero de la playa privada, te reciben con las hermosas playas de Hilton Head Island. Incluso hay una glorieta privada a mitad de camino de la playa con muchos asientos para relajarse y disfrutar de la brisa del mar.

Primer piso:

El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama king con un televisor de pantalla plana. Tiene acceso directo a un baño con ducha a ras de suelo. Justo afuera de la entrada a esta habitación hay una puerta que conduce al área de la terraza de la piscina.

El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y un televisor de pantalla plana. Esta habitación tiene un baño privado con ducha a ras de suelo.

También en el nivel principal es la sala de lavandería de tamaño completo. Tiene una lavadora y secadora, así como espacio en el mostrador. Esta casa está equipada con acceso inalámbrico a Internet.

Nivel medio:

El dormitorio principal se encuentra en el nivel medio. Tiene una cama king y un televisor de pantalla plana. Tiene acceso directo a uno de los muchos porches que ofrece esta casa. Hay pasos que van desde el porche privado hasta el área de la cubierta de la piscina. ¡El baño principal privado tiene más espacio del que necesitarías! Tiene un walk-in closet, bañera profunda y ducha separada.

Segunda planta:

La sala de estar principal está en esta planta y ofrece un gran sofá seccional, asientos adicionales y un televisor de pantalla plana. Justo al lado de la sala de estar hay un tocador. Hay acceso directo a otro porche que te llevará al área de la piscina también.

La cocina abierta y el comedor están justo al lado de la sala de estar. El comedor tiene asientos disponibles para hasta diez. Hay acceso al porche de esta sala donde se encuentra la parrilla de gas.

La cocina de concepto abierto cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de alta gama. También tiene una isla de cocina con un rango de gas y asientos en la barra superior.

Casa de huespedes:

A pocos pasos de la casa principal y ubicado fuera de la zona de la cubierta de la piscina, se encuentra la casa de huéspedes. Es un amplio dormitorio que tiene una cama king y un televisor de pantalla plana. Hay un baño privado en la casa de invitados con ducha a ras de suelo. Además, hay una cocina pequeña que cuenta con un fregadero, un microondas y una nevera grande.

Family vacation

Great property with beach access. Enjoyed our stay here with family. Lots of room to spread out. Communication with property manager was very efficient. Got back to us right away and took care of any issues promptly.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home

Our family, six adults and four children, recently spent a week in this beautiful home. The location and beach access were perfect. The pool was a big hit with everyone. The house was big enough to accommodate us comfortably, indoors and on the deck spaces. We did a lot of cooking but found the kitchen needed more utensils for food preparation. Overall, the home was a lovely place for our family to vacation.

Love the home and the location. Excellent for all our children ages 6-18. We had a wonderful time, even though we had a hurricane for part of it. Only dissatisfaction was with the property management company, who I sent three emails during the storm and prior with no response. It was an extremely active time during the storm and no answer from the Company was very disappointing and will make me think twice before I book with them again.

The location is great. I owned a property in Sea Pines and it was part of Sea Pines VIP rentals. The pictures in the listing hide the fact that this property has not been updated in a long time. It needs paint, carpet, furnture, kitchen amenities and a new or refurbished boardwalk to the beach. The property is being rented as a prime rental and it is not. The owner is trying to sell it and is not investing any money in its upkeep. It is just tired and old. It will prevent me from renting a property from coastal in the future. I go to Sea Pines at least once per year and want first class property. This one is not

Incredible location, Unbelievable pool - a vacation to remember!

One thing we didn't see in other reviews was that the beach during our week (Father's Day) was relatively quiet in front of the house! The public beach access was not very populated, and we were able to have uncrowded beach space every day (including the Juneteenth holiday!). The pool stayed cool the WHOLE week and was so refreshing, and the outdoor shower helped make sure we didn't drag sand through the pool area. As other guests stated, this home has a lot of stairs! We counted 7 "levels" in the main house, so maybe not the most friendly for the smallest children/older grandparents. The "casita" was a lovely hideout for grandparents, but was incredibly humid, and the shower had trouble draining. In the main house, the showers did not get very hot (really warm, but not hot), and the water pressure was adequate. We arrived on time (13 minutes early!), but the final inspection had not been completed (and did not start until after 4), so we had to ask for access to the house, which was quickly granted! The inspection was helpful, and issues were resolved immediately, however, we did have a few follow-up requests for service on the grill (the grease pan was overflowing, the propane tank was empty, but there was a backup, and the grill started multiple grease fires during the first use. There is also only 1 bathtub in the house (the primary bedroom on the most middle floor), so just to be mindful for children! A pack-and-play does fit easily in at least 2 closets and has easy access to outlets for white noise machines and monitors! There also was not a broom, and the vacuum did not work very efficiently, so cleaning up during and after meals was a bit less efficient than at a well-stocked home for children!

Fantastic Hilton Head Oceanside experience!

We stayed for one week in July with my 3 children (8, 10, 12 years), my brother and my parents (4 adults, 3 children). This was our first Hilton Head experience. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The property is as advertised. The home and property are very clean and well-managed. We found the pool and spa to be clean and in good working condition. In fact, everything was is such good shape we did not need to contact management for any issues during our stay. I did email the management company prior to our stay with a few questions and each email was addressed promptly and professionally. The spa was hot (103-104), which was important to our family. There are two dishwashers in a very large spacious kitchen. Nice range, grill, ample refrigerator space. Even has a wine fridge. One issue to be mindful about is the property and home have many levels and sets of stairs that may be challenging for some guests. This was not a problem for our family. Although, it could be an issue for elderly or guests with physical limitations. A few tips: Rent bicycles. The property rental came with a VayK credit which we used. If riding at night be mindful the island is dark. Bring flashlights or bicycle lights and a helmet. stores are busy. Consider using the grocery delivery service or mobile app. When shopping for groceries keep in mind disposable items such as coffee filters, paper towels, condiments, detergent, etc are not provided. Exceptional experience. 5/5. Would stay again!

Beautiful home/Great Location

This home is beautiful and served our family well. The multiple levels housing the 5 BR/BA allows for privacy of all parties. The location is nice and private and just steps away from the ocean. The pool is a great size and outdoor areas are awesome for dining and lounging. We enjoyed all areas of the outside and the new top level was great for evening family time. The kitchen is well equipped and made it nice for cooking meals to stay in when we chose to do so. The dishwashers are old and we could only use the one because the other was stuck on rinse mode. The ceiling also had spaghetti sauce or the like splattered so the cleaning crew needs to do a better job with things like that. The TV in the master gave us some issues but we managed to use it by manually turning it off and on. The outside shower coming from the ocean was really handy. All in all, would we rent this again…absolutely!

Family Getaway ~ Duck Hawk Sea Pines

Excellent in every way! Five bedrooms were great! The two dishwashers in the kitchen and then the full fridge/ microwave in the pool house were very helpful. We stocked the pool house fridge with drinks/ snacks so folks didn’t have to go up to the kitchen while at the pool.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and kids, stayed her with my parents, sister, and aunt and uncle for 14 glorious nights. It was amazing. The issues were small, and easily addressed. When issues arose with the home, the rental company was quick, responsive, and did everything they could to ensure our experience was great! When we arrived, we found the property had been updated recently and it wasn't reflected in the photos, and made it even better. TVs were smart tvs and totally easy to use. The kitchen was recently redone, and even with the backsplash only half done was gorgeous! Like I said, issues were small - the ice makers don't work, so we bought bags of ice. The trash wasn't picked up on schedule, so the rental company came and got it. When our propane ran out for the stovetop, the rental company did everything they could to get it filled that day, and when they couldn't, dropped off a cooktop so my mother could still meet her diet restrictions! I wish the light inside the pool worked, we would have loved more nighttime swimming - but these were minor inconveniences, that definitely did not hamper our stay!

Hilton Head island. A week in paradise.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a wonderful week. House was very nice. My only complaint, they needed a broom and dust pan to clean up kitchen crumbs and sand. I looked all over and only found a large heavy vacuum cleaner.

Great place

Would definitely return to this rental. Only “problem” , as we read before we went, tall people hit their head on the exhaust over stove (no stitches)

The Perfect spot for our Family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time at 28 Duck Hawk, which we love for the space it provides three generations in our family and its ideal location. The home is bright, spacious and very comfortable. The owners have made some very nice improvements this year which were appreciated by all.
