Clean, easy check-in, close to Wailea shops.

The place was clean and spacious. Check in was easy and just so others know it’s on the ground level but you have stairs to go down to get to the unit. Enjoyed our stay! Would stay again!

Great visit to Wailea

Our condo was lovely and everything we needed. Easy access to everything, a wonderful coffee shop within walking distance and great sunsets at night from the golf course. We found a wonderful public beach access with parking between the Four Seasons and Grand Wailea resorts. We were able to enjoy the beach and eat at the resorts for lunch during the day. You have to be gone by 8:00, so quick sunset in May. We would definitely stay here again!!

Grand Champions 36

This is a really nice condo to stay in. It is well tended and has everything needed for a vacation stay. The communication is great - emails with information, a text when we arrived. We had one problem with the air conditioner. When I texted the help number in the evening, I got a response within 3 minutes. Highly recommend.

Very nice unit and well stocked with supplies and would certainly recommend this unit. We had neighbors above us who were a bit loud towards the evening (not with voices but with loud floor noise). Nothing to do with the unit but we did find that twice someone parked in our stall (this was odd since there is amble guest parking at Grand Champions). We have stayed at Grand Champions many times in the past and never encountered someone in our parking stall.

The location is excellent. Our unit was everything it was advertised. We called for an early check in they said they would call us when place was ready. They never called. Were unable to get a later check out. It was difficult to regulate the AC but I would stay here again

Wailea stay

We have stayed at the grand champions several times in the last 5 years. Good place, close to beaches, nice views, comfortable, good pool, bbq etc. Two issues with this particular unit. 1. Tiny bugs in the kitchen 2. Although nobody was booked for the following days, the management company wanted us to pay for an extra day to get a late checkout… didn’t seem too neighborly.

Aloha Gary, Mahalo for your review. We do have a very aggressive pest control routine. However, the tropics are a challenge to maintain complete elimination. I would like to clear up that the late check out request was for 11pm. Which would have required the additional fee. We did extend a complimentary later check out just not for that desired time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfectly appointed for our party. We had the king suite and the adult kid couples stayed in the queen suite and hidabed. The setting was quiet and both pools were close by. Each pool had hot tubs. We were within a 10 min stroll to the shops at wailea and the beaches in front of the fancy hotels with a nice walking path. The beach gear came in very handy. We did not have an umbrella but that's ok.

The TV remount in one bedroom was replaced but not programmed to TV.

It would have been nice to have more cleaning supplies like a swifter mop, and vacuum to keep the place clean.

AMAZING STAY!!!

11/10 recommend!!! Our stay felt like we were on a resort, yet in a home away from home. We had everything we needed that you would find in our own homes and then extra amenities that made our trip even better like beach towels and chairs. The unit was perfect as we traveled with another couple and it felt like each couple had their own personal suite. The place was clean, spacious, and the check-in/check-out process is so smooth. AC units in each room made for a comfortable stay and we even found ourselves turning them off because the ceiling fans did the job. No bugs!!! Parking is right outside as well as the refuse center to ensure we were able to dump our garbage and keep the unit bug free. The area is beautiful with walkable distance to coffee shops and a mall. Would book again!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Given the time of year, this rental provided good value for dollar. The bathrooms were nice except the fan in the main bathroom was non-functioning. The kitchen was fairly well appointed but could use a few things like a proper salad bowl and salad tongs. The lanai was nice and big but opens up to the property smoking area which isn’t appealing when you’re trying to eat outside. It may be a problem for people with asthma or allergies to cigarette smoke. The beds were very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our time here.
