Acerca de este alojamiento
Lavender Cottage - pet friendly, Bradford-on-Avon
Close to the heart of Bradford-on-Avon, Lavender Cottage is a beautifully renovated 18th-century stone cottage, offering timeless English charm with the comfort of modern living. Original wooden beams, stone feature fireplaces and characterful windows run throughout, while a light and neutral colour palette creates a calm and spacious feel from room to room. The cottage is arranged over three floors, making it well suited to families or groups of friends.
A true highlight of the cottage is the living and dining space. Created with togetherness in mind, this spacious and cosy room is furnished with comfortable seating, a dining table, stylish striped cushions, and a statement striped armchair that adds warmth and character. Large bi-fold doors flood the space with natural light and open onto the garden, creating an effortless flow between indoors and out, perfect for shared meals, relaxed evenings and lingering conversations. The kitchen is a welcoming place to prepare meals, enhanced by historic features like the original window above the Belfast sink and the classic stone open fireplace. The bedrooms, set across floors two and three are light, cosy and restful, offering privacy and a peaceful retreat for slow mornings, reading time and unwinding after a day exploring the surrounding areas. The master bedroom offers a private ensuite and a striking pentagon window, filling the room with light and character. Bedroom two is equally charming, with a cosy window seat set beneath the original window.
Outside, a sunny courtyard with small charcoal BBQ and raised garden offer a tranquil setting surrounded by trees and birdsong, providing a lovely backdrop for long summer days and evenings that stretch gently into the night.
