¡309 Shorewood es una villa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en el tercer piso que ofrece espectaculares vistas directas al mar! Disfrute de relajarse en su balcón privado con vista al Océano Atlántico. La cocina está totalmente equipada con hermosas encimeras de granito y se abre al comedor con capacidad para seis personas. La sala de estar es luminosa y luminosa, está amueblada de forma cómoda y cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana grande y un sofá cama. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama king y acceso al balcón para ver el amanecer y disfrutar de su café de la mañana.

El Shorewood Complex se encuentra en la muy deseable área de Forest Beach y se encuentra a poca distancia de la popular Coligny Plaza, que ofrece más de 60 tiendas y restaurantes.

Perfect Location!

Location and amenities of the property were fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to many attractions which made things easy with our two kids. The only thing we'd note (must've missed this in the listing) was there were a few basics which we expected in a VRBO such as coffee filters and salt and pepper so be sure to bring those with you or plan to purchase them once you arrive.

Lovely condo with a great view

We enjoyed out stay . The view is fantastic and the temp was just right to keep the screens open to enjoy the breeze. King bed was a bit firm for us but still very nice. Clean, stocked kitchen. Easy parking. The pool is large and clean. Hot tub was nice and hot. Nice place . Elevator could use a refresh as it was dated and a bit musty.

Cleaniness

Condo was clean except for the main bathroom tub had a clump of hair in it. Gave me the willies. Other than that it was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, nice place, decent ice maker, well stocked in utensils, only cooking spices were salt & pepper, but we ate out for all our dinners, coffee maker takes pods or fill available pods with your own ground coffee. Never had a parking problem, pool was great for kids and adults, other than kids didn’t heed the hot tub rule about no one under 12 allowed. Vacation Company did a nice job supplying with clean & laundry supplies, beach towels and bathroom essentials!

Vacation Company is the best

We loved the unit. VC is full of great perks, constant communication and Upton date apps and keyless lock. We made the mistake of renting 308 next door by Sea Turtle Getaways, so dirty we came next door to eat. Moldy bathroom and refrigerator. Worse place I have stayed on HH in 20 years. We will only stay at Vacation Company for both units we need in the future. Lovely company.

First time in Hilton Head

Beautiful view and nice property. The pool area was very nice with lots of seating. There were hot tub issues our last few days, which made the hot tub unusable. We were able to ride our bikes everywhere we wanted to go. The kitchen was well appointed. The condo was very spacious for the two of us. We enjoyed the patio but it would be much more comfortable if there were chair cushions. We weren’t able to figure out how to get the living room television working, and we had 4 different adults trying to figure it out to no avail. Even with those few minor issues, we will be back next year.

Great unit in great location

We really enjoyed our stay. We've stayed in different units in this complex about 5-6 times and this was our favorite one. It was nice and clean, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, and the kitchen had all the utensils, pans, etc., that we needed--nicely organized too. The location is right on the beach, great pool area and hot tub, convenient to restaurants, etc. Great view of the ocean out the windows and on the balcony. Everything as advertised except that the heated pool wasn't as warm as in past years. We were told that it had been fixed recently and wasn't yet working fully. We realize that isn't under the property manager's control, but suggest checking in advance if that is an important feature for you. Also, when we arrived the thermostat was not working. I called the property manager who got an HVAC person there within 2 hours and they fixed the problem. Throughout the property manager stayed in touch and gave us updates. So, not an ideal situation, but those things happen and we appreciate how it was managed.

Started out badly

Apparently there was some unsupervised kids playing in the elevator and subsequently rendered it unusable. We therefore had to carry luggage up three floors. No fault to anyone other than parents of aforementioned children. Accommodations were excellent. Weather couldn’t have been better. Pool area wonderful. Good experience

Little piece of Paradise

Great condo right in the beach!! Clean and cute with everything you need!! Vacation Company will contact you and you can email or call them directly, don’t try to contact through VRBO app. Vacation Company is awesome to work with. We have been to Shorewood many times, but this was our favorite!

Great View ,Location, and Pool Area

The location is outstanding. Beach and view right out the living area windows. Close to everything yet quiet area. Can walk to everything you need. Bike paths directly across street. The pool area is close and great! The condo has a very nice updated kitchen with lots of cabinetry, granite tops, tile flooring. Appliances are very nice. The floor plan is good although we found it smaller than we had anticipated. The rest of the condo is somewhat "tired". The woodwork, bath vanities, doors, furniture show wear and are quite old. Decorative arrangements dated and dusty. One window in living room worked, other the crank would not stay on track. Patio set had not been cleaned in very, very long time. Could not even think of using until we took hot soapy water to it. There are two very old, worn cushions for four patio chairs. The entrance rug and other area rug really need to be replaced or cleaned. We could not get TV in 2nd bedroom to work. Living room TV and cable service for it very good. Only one side of toaster worked, other side only toasted one side of bread. A couple of electrical outlets would not work. Confirmed the entrance code to open gate a couple days before we left and when we got there code would not work. Another tenant was at gate and told us they had changed that code days before and gave us the new code. No problems after that and other codes they gave us to gain access to condo worked fine.
