CASA FANTÁSTICA y una UBICACIÓN IDEAL en el DISTRITO HISTÓRICO. Más allá de la puerta de atrás, puede caminar 60 sencillos pasos para ingresar a Carroll Creek y llegar a cualquiera de los excelentes restaurantes, pubs, tiendas de antigüedades, museos de historia, la biblioteca, el teatro, etc.

Ven a alojarte en esta GRAN casa adosada de 3 habitaciones y 2 habitaciones y disfruta de todo lo que el centro de Frederick tiene para ofrecer desde esta ubicación central. Aproveche uno de los grandes festivales o eventos en el condado de Frederick, o justo en el centro de Frederick on the Creek. ¡Ideal para el viajero de negocios, o para una escapada de fin de semana! Cable y WIFI. 2 plazas de aparcamiento directamente detrás de la casa.

Nuestra casa fue construida en 1860 y tiene pisos de madera originales, una sala de estar y comedor formal en el nivel principal y una cocina totalmente utilizable. La lavadora y la secadora están fuera de la cocina si es necesario. Hay un baño completo en el nivel principal y baño completo en el nivel superior. Arriba tiene 3 dormitorios de buen tamaño y una de las habitaciones tiene literas. La habitación de atrás tiene un balcón privado con vistas al patio, que es agradable (ver fotos).

Escuche cualquiera de los eventos de Alive at Five desde el balcón o en el patio trasero.

Una de mis características favoritas es el área del patio trasero, que está completamente cercada y tiene un gran patio. Esta es una excelente área para sentarse y relajarse y disfrutar de Downtown Living. El área del patio trasero se siente más como un enclave que retrocede hacia Carroll Creek y el centro de Frederick.

Desde esta ubicación, puede caminar 1 cuadra hacia el norte hasta "Serenity", que abrió recientemente, y es una tienda de comestibles / tienda de delicatessen del centro ... si necesita algo durante su estadía.

¡Esta también es una excelente área para llevar su bicicleta, o dar un largo paseo y explorar el centro de Frederick, Baker Park, Shab Row, etc.! Una cuadra al este de esta propiedad es el Centro de Visitas Frederick y tienen mucha literatura e información sobre todos los eventos que ocurren en todo el centro de Frederick durante todo el año o visitan su sitio

I read the previous reviews before booking and noticed several comments about the house being old. It is old—but that’s part of the charm of a house built in 1860, so I certainly wouldn’t consider that a negative. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was excellent. The location can’t be beat. I would definitely stay here again!

Place was nice and clean, but old and nothing had been remolded or changed in decades. I noticed that the photographer used a lot of lights during photography of the rooms, bathrooms in particular were very small so watch out. Upstairs shower tub was in reality unusable. I would look elsewhere first for something fresher first.

The house was centrally located for all that we wanted to do in the area. We enjoyed the easy access to all of the shops and restaurants downtown. The outside patio area was nice and we would have taken more advantage but it was way too hot in MD that week. The off street parking was nice as well. Be mindful the house is 165 years old, with narrow stairs and hallway but we had no complaints about our stay.

Fabulous location for a downtown girls (family) trip. Right off of the Carrol creek park and Thursday night in the park they have concerts (the host recommended) Great place and nice patio to hang out on and drink some wine. Also recommend by the host was the Bakehouse bakery (do not miss those place!!) The wine kitchen and Wye oak tavern are a must if you love good food

The location was excellent and within walking distance of everything downtown, which was the property’s biggest advantage. However, for the price, the accommodations fell short of expectations.The kitchen was poorly stocked, with an incomplete set of silverware and old, worn pots and pans. There were also not enough towels provided for either the kitchen or bathrooms, and only one garbage bag was supplied for the entire stay.Additionally, the host was unresponsive when I reported that the bathroom mirror had not been installed and was sitting outside the bathroom.While the property’s location helped offset some of these issues, the overall condition and lack of amenities made it difficult to justify the price.

Fantastic location and convenience of dedicated parking spots were very IPort at to us and this property did not disappoint. A very quiet neighborhood right of beautiful Carroll Creek put us right in the heart of everything. Beds were great and air conditioners worked perfectly to keep rooms cool. We loved the dining table for nightly board games and Pac Man sessions thanks to the authentic Pac Man arcade game! The bathrooms were very cramped and there wasn’t really anyplace to put things, but we managed just fine. The place needs some TLC and some updating, but we didn’t spend much time there, so it didn’t bother us. Everything was clean. We liked the historic photos and appreciated that the building was built in the 1800s! Plenty of room for two couples. Thanks again!

Would not stay here again.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this VRBO for several reasons.The mirror fell off the bathroom wall while I was just washing my hands. I was lucky to have caught before it hit my face. Told the owner and he never apologized. Just said to stick it in the hall.There are only 2 very small pedestal sinks in each bathroom and no shelving to put any toiletries. The power went out while using the hair dryer which also tripped the air conditioner and all electricity in the master bedroom.The kitchen is poorly stocked. Some of the furniture is very rickety.Most shockingly, I had left to go to the gym the morning we were set to check out. My wife was there when the front door opened at 9:30. Checkout is at 11:00.It was the owner. He didn't even knock! He said he didn't see a car in the driveway, so he thought we'd left. She was quite unnerved but fortunately quickly realized it was indeed the owner since she had seen his business card in the house. He did apologize so hopefully that won't happen to anyone else. He did go to the basement to flip the breaker back on after stating that that had happened to guests a couple of times the prior week. We have no bad feelings against the owner. He seemed very nice, but the stay was definitely not what we had anticipated

My sincere apologies for your experience and thanks for your comments. We did have guests coming and going that day and i did arrive about an hour earlier then your checkout time (as i work in Downtown Frederick also). When i drove by I saw no car and thought you all had left. Ill tend to throw laundry in to help the cleaners to get a jump on the laundry and turn-around. Which was the case here. Regarless, I should have checked with you before entering the property. I regret doing so. All the best to you all.

My granddad was born on East All Saints Street so I have a little bit more passion for this home and area.

Historic Downtown Frederick. Truly in the heart of a vibrant downtown location. Literally, just steps away to the creek and all the Carroll Creek Promenade and Downtown Frederick Partnership has to offer throughout the year. You will not be disappointed in this location! 1.5 block walk to Frederick Visitation Center. Within one block north of here you are at the square corner in Downtown Frederick and get to anywhere by foot.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

One of my favorite features is the backyard area which is fully fenced and has a large patio. This is a great area to sit and relax and enjoy Downtown Living. The backyard area feels more of like an enclave type setting which backs towards Carroll Creek and Downtown Frederick.
