Hermoso rancho de 3 dormitorios de 2165 pies cuadrados. Todos los muebles y utensilios de cocina son completamente nuevos. Empezó desde cero. Amplia sala de estar y sala familiar adicional para su disfrute. Patio cubierto con agradables muebles de patio para disfrutar del sol de Arizona. Garaje para 2 automóviles con abridor. Muy buena cocina y todos los utensilios nuevos.
Estamos alquilando por mes o por semana. Lo que funcione para ti. Buen barrio con campo de golf en esta comunidad. Muy buen campo de golf y 3 piscinas de tamaño olímpico y jacuzzis que puede utilizar para su disfrute. Parte del contrato de alquiler. A 30 minutos de Mesa ya unos 50 minutos de Scottsdale. Hermoso patio cubierto con muebles nuevos. 4 televisiones con Direct Tv y showtime gratis. 2 bicicletas de montaña para su disfrute.

This beautiful home was just what was stated -- clean, comfortable and close to my AZ family. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to prepare meals. The neighborhood was quiet, and we slept well. We would definitely book again the next time we are in AZ!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home with pools and parks, very quiet neighborhood. Home owner has everything you need with grocery stores close by. Wonderful place to stay if your wanting to be out of the cities.

There was nothing we did not like we were there to work and it was nice to get off work and not go to a motel. The owner is awesome and the house is clean and comfortable.

We’ve stayed at a different house in Arizona every year for the past 10 years. I would rate Steven place at the top of the list. Definitely would stay there again.

Excellent Stay

My wife and I spent 3 months at this property. Was an excellent experience. The host was very easy to talk to, very accessible, and responded quickly if we had a question. The property is as described, and is extremely comfortable and well stocked. We will, and plan on, returning next year.

Excellent home, great host!

This house was perfect for our family. 6 Adults. Plenty of space for all. We especially loved the covered outdoor patio and fire pit. Fully stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Plenty of laundry and cleaning supplies for our week there. Steve was a great host- he checked on us to make sure we got in ok and had everything we needed.

Nice house

It’s a nice house that was well stocked with the essentials. The owner let us check in 2 hours early, which we really appreciated. The only negative was that the house was not cleaned. It was very dusty and the master bathroom had not been cleaned at all. The backyard was peaceful.

Spending time with my grandson

The property was exactly what we were looking for, to spend time with our grandson. The house was very clean, quiet neighborhood, and located close to all our needs. The back yard gave us much joy to see our grandson playing. The owner contacted me prior, and provided all necessary information and advised he was available if I needed him. I must say, there was no need. Steve, you have definitely set the standards high and if I’m in the area again, I certainly hope your home is available. Again, thank you..

Plenty of amenities

We sold our house and needed a place to stay just over a week until we took possession of our new house. With 6 of us, one hotel room doesn’t cut it. When I was shopping prices of 3 room suites, VRBO listed Steve’s property at a more than reasonable rate. It was very spacious and well laid out. With our hectic schedule moving from one house to a temporary space, and then into our new house, the week passed in a blink of an eye. We didn’t have time to take advantage of the amenities we thought we would enjoy like the community pool, the BBQ, and fire pit we planned on using to make s’mores. Steve was a gracious host and made these readily available. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who needs to stay in San Tan Valley regardless if it’s one night or a month.

Great property manager

This house was wonderful for the weekend with my daughter and grandson from NC. Had alot of extras including huge kitchen and lots of items to cook. The back patio was shaded and great to teach my grandson how to cast his fishing pole. All in all 15 stars. Warning he is a Packers fan. GO VIKINGS. LOL Thanks for everything

This is the perfect home for couples or family.

We had a great time staying at this property. The owner even provided a decorated Christmas tree. The home was very comfortable. Would definitely consider staying here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Great spaces for family, well stocked kitchen, nice neighborhood!

We rented this home to stay with our adult children. It was clean, had a very well stocked kitchen and had plenty of space to spread out. We appreciated the large gas grill for preparing meals in the backyard. Steve left great notes and was quick to reply to any questions I had before or during the trip. No issues and we had a great stay! Thanks Steve.

Spacious home

We gathered family from across 3 states and met in AZ. We hadn't been together for over a year. It was a perfect space to be together and enjoy our time. The pool and amount of parks within walking distance was perfect to keep the younger family members entertained. We also made s'mores in the back yard fire pit. Was perfect, just like being at home. Steve was a great host.

Great Vacation

We stayed here for two weeks visiting family and friends in the area. The location was perfect and the house was wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped. You will not need to wish there was something there, as it will likely be there. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor fire pit was used several nights! We had to contact Steve about trivial things while we were there and he responded within minutes? We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and spacious home.

This house is exactly as pictured. It is beautiful, spacious, and very well stocked. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the convenience and comfort this home provided. The owner is very accommodating and a pleasure to get to know. Would definitely stay there again if we ever get back to that area.

Dream vacation

We stayed for about 10 days at the house. It was spacious, clean and quiet. The house had everything you might need or want. We purchased our dream home in Arizona. We live in Wisconsin and are looking to be in both places throughout the year. Would like to share this beautiful home with you. All furniture and bedrooms are like new, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the house has a gas grill and fire pit for those nice Arizona evenings for your enjoyment.
Large TV's with direct TV included. Huse is very spacious with a big living room and a great room off the kitchen.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Access to our private community pools and spas. You are also welcome to use the basketball and tennis courts. We also have 2 mountain bikes for your use while you stay in our beautiful house.
