Este otoño se realizarán renovaciones en el exterior de la Gran Torre. Por favor llame a la oficina para más detalles. Este condominio de 1 habitación y 1 baño se encuentra en el piso 11 de nuestro edificio Tower. ¡La vista completa del hermoso Golfo de México y nuestra playa de arena blanca se puede ver desde esta unidad, que es perfecta para ver los atardeceres nocturnos! Para cumplir con el Código de Bomberos del Condado de Sarasota, nuestras unidades de un dormitorio tienen capacidad para un máximo de 4 personas. La habitación está amueblada con dos camas queen size con un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 "con servicio FiOS HD. El baño tiene una bañera con barra de apoyo. La sala de estar tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 "con servicio FiOS HD para su disfrute. La cocina está totalmente equipada con los artículos necesarios para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora, cafetera y cafetera Keurig. El condominio tiene un piso de baldosas con alfombras en el dormitorio. Está bellamente amueblado y tiene un balcón con mosquitero, lo que le permite disfrutar de la cálida brisa tropical del Golfo de México, lo que hará que su estadía sea inolvidable.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this property. The staff in the front office were lovely at check in and helpful when we had visitors for the day. The unit itself was clean, as pictured, and was perfect for our family of 3. Beds and furniture were comfortable and the view was stunning. We even started planning our next stay while we were still there enjoying our trip. We can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous stay in Siesta Key!

The first thing we said upon entering the condo was “WOW!” The view was even better than the photos. Clean, comfortable property, too. The Palm Bay office staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return someday!

Beautiful location and amenties

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there at the end of February and beginning of March. Great place. On the 11th floor, the view was superb. The only visible damage from the two hurricanes were a few boarded windows (not in our rental) and some missing palm fronds. The clean up work has been very effective. The beach sand was all there and as powdery as ever. The water was around 68o, a liitle chilly, but we could wade in it. The red tide map showed the area around Siesta Key as being clear the whole time we were there. The best part (among a number of great parts) was the swimming pool. Sherry and I are both lappers and the pool was exceptional. Big enough for long laps and heated to a comfortable level to make entry easy, but not too hot to swim for stretches of time. Check in and check out were quick and easy, and the counter staff always helped with a smile. Traffic on Siesta Key can be a crawl during the day. Evenings generally were not a problem, but the daytime demanded extra time in planning if driving was involved.

Great view

We enjoyed this condo. It's on the top floor of an 11 story building providing great views of Siesta Key Beach and the Gulf. Spacious and clean apartment. We hope to come back for another visit.

Perfect Condo with Awesome Ocean View.

If you enjoy the view of watching Dolphins playing in the ocean and watching sunsets this condo unit is for you! The view from the living room and patio is AMAZING! The beach is very clean and perfect for shelling. The unit was the perfect size for the three of us. The unit was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!!!

Loved the condo

The condo is a bit outdated compared to other condo units we’ve stayed in at the PBC, but we knew that when we rented. Our prime selling point was the view and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly as always. After Milton I was impressed by the cleanliness of the beach compared to other condos in the area. As always, we would love to come back.

Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk was helpful and friendly. The beach was clean and beautiful. The water was like bathwater and clear. We were able to get free rides on the breeze trolley, and Johnny’s. The village was fun, and we had a fabulous gulf tour with Captain Paul on Siesta Cruises. It was the perfect vacation getaway!

Great Location

Great location and private beach. Condo is clean and comfortable. A little outdated but worth every penny. Besides, you dont go to Siesta Key to sit in the room all day and stare at the walls.

What a view!

We had a great stay! The place was nice and everyone was very friendly. The weather and beach were absolutely perfect. You can’t beat the view from the condo and watching the sunsets every night.

Everything you need to sit back and relax on a beautiful beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Walking into our condo was the exact experience you want for a beachside vacation! There in front of you is sand and water and light, what a view. View is the same from the spacious bedroom. Comfortable furnishings and most importantly for me, great mattresses! Upon arrival we had an issue with the A/C which was resolved immediately by management. Technicians who came to fix it were professional and friendly. We were very impressed by this experience. Easy parking. Easy access to all amenities. Gym was very stuffy and small but we took advantage of it, glad to have it. Pool is delightfully warm and clean. For meals, it’s an easy ride left or right to access all kinds of eateries. Did I mention the big amenity, the beach. They keep it clean every morning is a fresh start. Cooper handles the chair and umbrella requests for guests with energy and good attitude. From the initial checkin at the office all the way to the beach, the attitudes of the employees go a long way to making this a very pleasant experience for us.

Can not beat location and view

We stayed with 2 adults and 2 teens for 3 nights and were very comfortable with the space. We did not eat any meals in the condo so I can’t speak to the kitchen, but the coffe machine was great. The complex feels very safe with lots of security. The check in and out process was very easy. The condo was clean; only complaint is 2 ants that I saw and the floor of the shower is quite uneven. Overall I would stay here again.

Beautiful Bay View

Beautiful location and very comfortable, cute condo. Only recommendation would be to replace pots, pans because coating is peeling therefore cannot be used Elevators went out for a short time. Management Co would not call me to inform when fixed. I would still reserve condo again as it was such a nice place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I just returned from a quick mother and daughter trip and it was amazing. This was our first time in Siesta Key. It is beautiful. The unit we stayed in was in a perfect location and the view was amazing! The kitchen is a little small but I didn’t go to cook so that didn’t bother me at all. The unit was had a box fan and a drying rack in the closet, both of which came in very handy. We had a stopped up sink in the bathroom one day but we called the front desk and they sent maintenance up immediately to fix it. There is a trolley stop a short walk from the property which was handy. Our stay was wonderful and we will definitely be back!

Great condo on the beach

The only problem was their was only one elevator working with the other one boarded up and construction tape. The one working elevator quit working our first evening but thankfully we had just brought all of our luggage and groceries up the elevator a hour or two earlier. We went out to dinner and came back to no elevator and had to climb 10 flights of stairs to the 11th floor. We would have been condo bound had they not gotten fixed during the night because no way we were going to be up to going up and down that many stairs several times per day! Thankfully, the security and office staff are great and we’re right on it!

A Great Stay

Reviewer Comments: The positives: an absolutely fantastic location right on the beach, very clean, lots of towels.Negatives: kitchen woefully under stocked with NO chef’s knife (only serrated bread knives), no turner for burgers, pancakes, and the frying pans were disgraceful with chipped/damaged surfaces (unhealthy). The bed linens need to be updated, as well; Very tired comforter. Staff were friendly and helpful and happily replaced the missing kitchen items.
