Este tercer piso condominio de 1 habitación y 1/2 baño se encuentra en el lado del Golfo de nuestra propiedad. Para su comodidad, hay un amplio ascensor. Debido a su ubicación central, está a pocos pasos de nuestra playa de arena blanca, las canchas de tenis, la piscina y las barbacoas de carbón. Para cumplir con el Código de Incendios del Condado de Sarasota, nuestras unidades de un dormitorio tienen capacidad para un máximo de cuatro personas. El dormitorio está amueblado con una cama king size con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 ". La sala de estar tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 "y hay un sofá cama grande. El baño tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los elementos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora y cafetera. El condominio está completamente embaldosado. El patio cómodamente amueblado está protegido para que usted y su familia puedan disfrutar de nuestras encantadoras brisas tropicales.

Beach access was perfect. No need to walk down to Siesta Beach. We went in May, and there were plenty of chairs available. The beach was not crowded. Outside of complex is nice and classy. Our particular unit did not have a great view from the screened in patio space; but it was still nice. Unit did not include preferred body wash and hair stuff. I am used to having that in hotel room. Not a big deal if you know. A good water source would also be helpful. Otherwise, everything was nice. Having a place with DIRECT BEACH ACCESS is huge. You see bands of folks waking the side of the road with all kinds of stuff. Totally unnecessary if you have the beach access.

Perfect beach getaway

This condo was great! Perfect location and a beautiful property. We had a very short walk to the beach! The pools were very nice and the staff was very friendly. We would highly recommend.

Amazing location

Everything from checking in to checking out was very easy and convenient. The location was wonderful. Security and maintenance on staff were very helpful when office was closed. Property was clean and comforting.

Spring Break

We loved our stay in Unit 147! The condo unit was very clean, beds were comfortable and adequately furnished with everything we needed. A short walk to the beach and the pool! The grounds and beach were beautiful. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great property

Palm Bay is a nice property in a good location. Our only complaint is the BBQ grills are charcoal only and only a few of them. Gas would be much preferred for vacationers.

Wonderful place for a getaway

Beautiful grounds and on the beach. Had everything that we needed. However no ceiling fans/lights. We had to go out and purchase a large fan to move the air around, just our personal preferences. Overall a great place to stay. The beds were very comfortable.
