Este primer piso, 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, condominio, está ubicado en el lado del Golfo de nuestra propiedad. Debido a su ubicación central en nuestra propiedad, está a un corto paseo de nuestra playa de arena blanca, las canchas de tenis, la piscina y las barbacoas de carbón. Para cumplir con el Código de Incendios del Condado de Sarasota, nuestras unidades de dos habitaciones tienen capacidad para un máximo de seis personas. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con dos camas tamaño queen con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 "y hay una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio de invitados con un televisor de pantalla plana de 21". El baño principal tiene una hermosa ducha a ras de suelo y el baño de visitas tiene una combinación conveniente de bañera / ducha. La sala de estar está equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana de 43 "para su disfrute. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los elementos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora y cafetera. El condominio está completamente embaldosado. También hay un patio exterior cómodamente amueblado, con mosquitero, para que pueda disfrutar de nuestras cálidas brisas tropicales con sus amigos y familiares.

This time we opted for a ground floor Club Interior apartment after last year staying on the 7th floor of the Tower. It was a good trade off. No view but access to the apartment was super easy, particularly with luggage and groceries. Short walk to the beach and the lovely warm waters of the Gulf! Staff very friendly and helpful and facilities were great. Looking forward to returning again next year.

We have been coming to Siesta for many years and our first time staying at the property-my family really liked it. We did have a few issues with the unit, bugs that didn’t want to leave the kitchen, some outdated items in the kitchen and minimal extra dishes for use, especially no pot holders for use with the oven. A little dangerous. Maintenance came without hesitation, they were very helpful and did their best but the bug issue needs to be addressed.

Great location, great place to stay!

Although we had some noisy neighbors past the 10 pm "quiet time" (they were yelling and stomping around well past midnight), the location of Palm Bay can't be beat. We were a short walk to the most amazing private beach where we had free access to nice beach chairs and could rent an umbrella for the day. We had a great time swimming in both pools and used the tennis courts and gym. All were well maintained and had plenty of space. It was a quick hop onto the free trolley (or one of the frog hop buses - only pay a tip) to go into Siesta Key village for shopping and food. We went up to Lido Key one day for a kayaking tour through the mangroves, which was awesome, but the beach there didn't even come close to the soft, white quartz sand of Siesta Key. The condo itself was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans. You're responsible for getting things like salt/pepper, napkins/paper towels, etc., which isn't a big deal if you're expecting it. In the guest bathroom we did have some rust on the metal in the tub and it had a slow drain, but nothing that would take away from the experience. We'll definitely be coming back to Palm Bay! I think the only thing we might change next time is staying on an upper floor rather than the ground level to avoid some of the noise from people walking around above us.

Reviewer Comments: The unit is located well, but the interior needs major updating, we have visited other units that were in much better shape. The stove top burners tilted when heated, the kitchen sink faucet was loose and shaky. The walk-in shower had mold in the grout. In one of the bedrooms the dresser drawers stuck when you tried to open them. The lanai was dark and dismal and not very inviting. We were schedule for a cleaning on 2/4 the cleaners never showed up and when we called the office they said the cleaners were gone for the day and we would have to wait until 2/6 for a cleaning because Saturday was too busy. And when they came they did a so-so job, no vacuuming.

Could not ask for a better experience. Beautiful property, spacious condo. Loved the quick access to the beach, and the heated pool is amazing! Plus maid service each week, and the towels are laundered as well! We have already booked for next year!

The definition of old and outdated

The only positives that I can share about this unit are that it was clean and the living room furniture was relatively new. Otherwise, it was VERY dark, no overhead lighting, bathrooms were very old and toilets hardly flushed, kitchen had barely anything in it to use for cooking and/or eating. Beds, linens, towels really need to be replaced. Bedroom furniture outdated and creaky.

There was mold in our unit

My wife and daughter are allergic to mold. There must be mold somewhere in the unit or ducts. Their allergies were flared up and we had to open the windows at night while we slept. We did not stay in the unit property during the day and avoided being inside unless we were sleeping. When we returned to our home, we went to the urgent care and my daughter had 50% lung capacity and my wife was at 80%. My son and I are fine and did not experience a reaction because we are not allergic to mold. We let the property management know but never had followup. They said they would look into it.
