Este otoño se realizarán renovaciones en el exterior de la Gran Torre. Por favor llame a la oficina para más detalles. Este condominio recientemente renovado de dos dormitorios y dos baños se encuentra en el noveno piso de nuestro edificio Grande Tower. ¡Las increíbles vistas del golfo desde esta unidad le permiten disfrutar de nuestras hermosas puestas de sol! Posiblemente avistando un manatí, o los delfines jugando en las olas. Debido a su ubicación, se encuentra a pocos pasos de nuestra playa de cuarzo blanco y las aguas azules del Golfo de México. Este condominio bellamente decorado es perfecto para unas vacaciones en Siesta Key. El espacioso dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 ", y el dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas queen size con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32". Para cumplir con el código de incendios del condado de Sarasota, el número máximo de invitados a los que se permite dormir en esta unidad es de seis. La gran sala de estar está equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 "con servicio de TV FIOS HD para su disfrute. El baño principal tiene una ducha a ras de suelo y el baño de visitas tiene una combinación de ducha / bañera. La cocina abierta tiene encimeras de granito y una gran cantidad de gabinetes. Está totalmente equipado con todos los artículos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora, cafetera y una cafetera Keurig. Beach view was obstructed by suspended scaffolding ropes and pretty big stickers on the windows. Loud construction started at 8am every day and continued throughout the day. Too loud to have a conversation in Unit. Unit listed having an in unit washer and dryer. It did not. Cost 5/load. Limited amount of towels to use or you could pay to have more. No towels at pool either. Unit not stocked well. No paper towels or stuff to cleanup. Would not stay again.

The property including the beach is very well maintained. The pool is large and up to 10 ft. deep. The condo has panoramic views of the Gulf which is quite beautiful. The only thing we needed to purchase upon arrival was paper towels :-)

Awesome views, very clean. Beach lounge chairs are provided by Palm Bay, but they don’t provide umbrellas, you can rent one at the beach, around 28. We got lucky and there was a beach umbrella in the closet along with beach toys and kid floats. There were only a couple of small issues that are not real issues, more of an inconveniences. No paper towels, no salt n pepper and no grill utensils. These were fixed with a quick Instacart order and we didn’t miss a beat. We will definitely stay here again even if we have to plan our vacation around when this unit available lol.

Beautiful view.

The beach at Siesta key is amazing! Palm Bay club quickly got chairs out in the morning and provided beach towels. Our condo provided a wraparound windows so we could see the beach when we were eating dinner or playing games. The condo was clean and well kept. It was a perfect location for girls trip. Siesta key provides a lot of free transportation so you can get to eating locations at night. Instacart groceries were timely and allow us to order food for breakfast and lunch.

Great condo with jaw dropping sunrise and sunset views. Very clean and as described. Right on the beach and within a short walk/ride to the Village and other shops.

Gorgeous View and Fabulous Location

The condo was a corner unit with views of the ocean on two sides. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well stocked. Highly recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a GREAT experience first 1 1/2 day stay. Our last day we awoke to an expected tropical storm (Debby) but found windows leaking. We spent over 14 hours trying to keep the owners place protected, drying towels, wring out towels to protect the floors. 13 cups on windowsills catching huge amounts of water. Electric outlets in floor were hot to touch and felt this was definitely a fire code violation. Received more towels after calls to office and security but could no longer maintain the wetness. The front office was aware of condo needing repairs but did not offer to move us. I know that acts of nature could not be helped, but maintenance to condo can be. Given $232 refund which I feel is not sufficient as on our last day, 5 of us spent working hard to protect your property. I have photos and video if needed and Sean from security witnessed this.

Dream Views of Gorgeous Siesta Key Beaches!

The views from this unit are absolutely breathtaking! We highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to surround themselves with gorgeous beach views. The unit was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved waking up to views out our bedroom windows of the ocean. It truly is an incredible location - you feel like you are in a dream when you walk in the door and look out all the windows....this is a very special place!

Incredible sunset and sunrise views

Sunrises and sunsets from this 9th floor corner unit are spectacular! We loved taking it all in from this location. The unit was clean and well appointed just as advertised.

Staff were were great at answering all our questions and concerns. Not a fan of the laundry card system and minimum amount required. Pools and property well maintained.
