Este renovado condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en el segundo piso, está ubicado en el lado de la bahía de nuestra propiedad. El lado de la bahía tiene una piscina, jacuzzi y parrillas de carbón. También es un paseo muy corto a la parte del lado del Golfo de nuestra propiedad que tiene otra piscina, dos canchas de tenis y nuestra playa de arena blanca. Esta unidad tiene alojamiento para seis personas. El dormitorio principal, cómodamente decorado, está amueblado con un nuevo colchón de espuma viscoelástica de lujo para la cama King (2019), y el dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas matrimoniales y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Tanto el baño principal como el de invitados tienen combinaciones de bañera / ducha. La espaciosa cocina tiene encimeras de granito y está totalmente equipada con todos los artículos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora y una cafetera, así como una máquina Keurig. El condominio es de baldosas con alfombras en las habitaciones. También hay un patio al aire libre cómodamente amueblado que puede ser utilizado por usted y su familia para disfrutar de nuestra cálida brisa tropical.

We really enjoyed the resort, loved sitting on the bayside watching the boats go by. Dolphins came right up to the barrier. My son fished there and caught many fish. The ocean side was gorgeous and loved having the beach chairs for free. The only bonus would be laundry in the unit. Overall we loved our stay

Girls weekend!

We stayed here for a girls weekend. Location couldn’t have been better, with access to the bay side pool and hot tub as well as a short walk to the private beach. The condo was well furnished and very clean. While we were a low maintenance group, the staff was extremely friendly and answered any questions we had.

After graduation vacation

We wanted an easy, relaxing vacation after our kids graduated from college and high school. We had a limited window of time with everyone’s schedules. We chose an easy, relaxing beach vacation in Florida. The walk to the beach was easy and quick, and the white beach was soft and cool and beautiful! Convenient chairs provided were easily available. The beach was not crowded- though I think this was not their high season. We played pickleball every day and easily reserved courts. The pools looked nice, though we didn’t actually use them. We walked to local restaurants- though the frog hop looked like an easy solution if we did not want to walk or drive. The condo was clean, cute decorations, plenty of light, nice furniture, very comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Great fridge with ice maker, great stove and dishwasher- higher end appliances than many rentals. Convenient layout with everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful, neatly landscaped, and well kept. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place to Stay!

We loved staying at Palm Beach! The location was perfect, and the views were incredible! The condo we stayed at was very clean and tidy and offered lots of commodities -- more than we expected, which was so kind! I can tell the owner cares for their guests and wants them to feel welcome- and we truly did!! The only complaint we had was the troublesome on-site laundry-- there was only one washer and dryer for the whole building (two buildings onsite) so you would have to make sure to go at a time when no one else was there, and it was difficult to have to use the app which often reported incorrect information. Future reference, we would probably go to a nearby laundry-mat.

Perfect condo

The condo was perfect for our mother/daughter trip. The condos were very clean and had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk and there were employees that brought the chairs down to you wherever you wanted to sit. We loved the free trolley ride to the villages and utilized that daily. This is definitely a place we would vacation again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have enjoyed Palm Bay for 17 years. We absolutely love it. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. The only thing I found this year was at first glance the condo looked great. After a few days I found that all the lamps were very dusty and cobweb was on the chandelier over the table. I did mention it to the office but it was too late for cleaning people to come back in.Otherwise our stay was great and we have made many friends over the years.

Very nice

Nice place. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful time at this property. The apartment is very clean, well kept and conveniently located. I will defiantly come here again.

Girlfriends Getaway

This is a wonderful condo that is located close to the bay (not the ocean). Perfect for our kid-free/Mom getaway. The condo is spacious with a decent balcony. The balcony looks directly toward other condos, but also has a view of the beautiful bayside pool. The beds were very soft. The kitchen is fully updated with microwave, stove and refrigerator with water and ice dispenser (we loved this feature). Beach towels provided. The check-in process was very easy. We arrived after office hours and were greeted promptly by staff and golf cart who took our baggage directly to our front door. We received wrist bands that are expected to be worn by all guests. The beach is a short walk (approx 1/4 mile). Beach chairs are provided with no charge. There is a beach service that stops at 11AM in which you can get luxury chairs with attached umbrella for a change, but we didn’t use those. The beach is absolutely beautiful. White sands and crystal clear water. We also really loved the fact that there are lots of options to get to the restaurants and shops. We did not rent a car. Took a Lyft to/from airport (25 min drive). Lots of options to get to the strip: Trolly, shuttle and also golf cart options. Those individuals work on tips only, so tipping is expected. There is an option for late check-out (12PM ) for a fee. We utilized this due to a late flight. The lobby held our baggage and we could enjoy the facilities the rest of the day. Cousins’ Trip

This condo was lovely! We were a group of 5 adults that stayed for a long “cousins’ weekend” at the beach. The condo was very clean and an easy walk to the beach. We had to check in late and the directions were very clear and the security staff were extremely helpful when we got there. We ended up signing up for the late checkout and the process was super easy. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Wonderful Vacation!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Location is wonderful, grounds are kept up nicely and the room is as great including everything we needed for our stay. Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for more. We love Siesta Key and will definitely be back!

A great weekend trip!

A great and easy experience! The condo is a short drive or 25 minute walk to the downtown area. Perfect for a quick weekend away! The staff helped us through check-in and told us the easiest ways to get around and best restaurants! The condo was clean and exactly as expected. We would absolutely come back!

Relaxing beach vacation

The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay in a very comfortable condo. We loved watching sunsets on the beach, sunrise over the bay, a night swim/hot tub by the bay and quiet mornings reading on the lovely balcony. It was a very peaceful and beautiful place to recharge.
