Unidad 318 - 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, condominio junto a la bahía

Este condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños del primer piso, recientemente renovado, se encuentra en el lado de la bahía de nuestra propiedad. El lado de la bahía tiene una piscina, jacuzzi y parrillas de carbón. También es un paseo muy corto a la parte del lado del Golfo de nuestra propiedad que tiene otra piscina, dos canchas de tenis y nuestra playa de arena blanca. Para cumplir con el Código de Incendios del Condado de Sarasota, nuestras unidades de dos habitaciones tienen capacidad para un máximo de seis personas. El dormitorio principal, con una decoración cómoda, está amueblado con una cama king size con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 "con servicio de alta definición, y el dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen size y dos literas (115 libras) con un televisor de pantalla plana de 22". Tanto el baño principal como el de invitados tienen combinaciones de bañera / ducha con barras de apoyo. La sala de estar está equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana de 39 "con servicio de TV de alta definición. La cocina moderna tiene encimeras de granito y está totalmente equipada con todos los elementos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora, cafetera y cafetera Keurig. El condominio está embaldosado en todas partes. También hay un patio exterior cómodamente amueblado que usted y su familia pueden usar para disfrutar de nuestras cálidas brisas tropicales.

Unfortunately this year the Unit I selected was not in good condition, airconditioning and toilet problems. However, the staff was helpful and professional and resolved the problems. Look well into the different units, stay away from 318.

Our unit was clean, spacious and ready for us when we checked in. We love the bayside units and the bay side pool!! We love being able to access the beach side as well for the days we spent at beach!! Most beautiful sand in the world!! Very happy, sad we had to leave!!

Recommend staying here

First 2 days there was construction going on we were not informed about couldn't park in front of the room had to unload from the other side of the building and i am disabled when asked if they could move a truck they said no. The next day they did give a parking space which my car ended up with debris all over the car. Then they changed the internet which we also weren't told about the only tv that worked was the living room the 2 bedroom had none so the kids had nothing to watch to calm down at bedtime or myself to relax.Just disappointed should of been informed so that i had the option to choose a different condo. At $2,000 you dont expect not to be family and i rent from Palm Bay Club ever year and have never had a issue before. If the owner of this condo knew all this was happening i should of been notified. I booked this back in January on 2023 so there was no reason no to communicate.

Bayside unit rental: Palm Bay Club

Other than absence of some cooking and serving items, and a problem with a very soft mattress (this was promptly corrected ) we had no issues. The security at PBC was very helpful.

Great Location

We love staying at the Palm Bay Club. They have everything you need to enjoy your vacation. This unit is a bit outdated but the beds are all incredibly comfortable. The sliding glass doors do not operate properly which was extremely frustrating and would be the very first issue I would fix. Also the chairs for the main dining table and the breakfast bar were mostly broken.

Great access to private beach

This property was everything we were hoping for. Plenty of room for the 3 kids since the front bedroom had a full size bed and bunk beds. Kitchen was well furnished, although some of the pans were pretty scratched up and one drawer was difficult to open. Regardless, the condo was great and an easy walk across the main drag to the beach! Definitely recommend!

Overall Good

We enjoyed our girls trip stay. It was very quiet and stress free. We loved the location, bayside able to see beautiful sunrises, at night walk to Gulf side and see beautiful sunsets. Only complaint is when you go to the beach there is no restroom unless you walk back to the main pool which is a distance as much as some need to utilize it. At the pool, a security guard was talking negatively about a guest with a group of residents loud enough for all to hear, which I did not feel was appropriate. The cleanliness of our unit and the supplies were good.

Bayside condo 318

Love Palm Bay club

Condo was ok, nothing special. Kitchen drawer fronts were loose and rug was old looking, couch wasn’t in best shape, very basic condo nothing extra or super nice compared to other units I have stayed in at Palm Bay. Location of condo was great, close to pool.

Clean and safe

The condo was clean and kid friendly. The king bed was comfortable and the second bedroom was great for a small family. It’s very close to the pool, dock, and laundry. Security staff were immediately available when we checked in after office hours and made frequent checks around the resort throughout our stay. We had a great time and would certainly come back!

Convenient by the Bay

Surprisingly, we found it very convenient and nice to be on the bay side. The unit itself is comfortable but bathrooms are relatively small. Definitely can use an upgrade on TVs - the living room TV is relatively small and very poor quality.

Great until we saw a Roach

I went to get into the shower and I almost stepped in a cockroach that was so big took up the side of the solo cup we finally got it in to get rid of it. When I told the office they laughed about it and said I should have named it. I’m sorry but if I’m paying a lot to stay in a condo, I expect a clean condo with no giant bug issues. I did not appreciate her lack of hospitality. One of our cable boxes also stopped working so I was annoying while waiting on a new one. The pool was was uncomfortably warm. It felt like they had a heater on. We couldn’t enjoy the patio because he were getting bit within minutes of sitting down. Yes, I know it’s Florida and you’re going to have bugs and warm water. But my family and I go to a Siesta Key every year and I’ve never experience any of these problems. I also used to live in FL and never ran into cockroaches in my bathroom. I highly recommend spraying more around and inside the unit. We will probably look elsewhere next year.

Beautiful...but

Beautiful room! Great location! Intercoastal side. Short walk to beach. The thing that ruined it was the inconsiderate college kids above us that were very loud, and partied daily. The constant bouncing of a basketball was a nice touch.
