Palm Bay Club - Bayfront Large 2/2 Condo - Precio razonable

Este gran condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños tiene vista a la Bahía de Sarasota y al Canal Intercostero. Solo hay 2 condominios de este tamaño que tienen ventanas orientadas al este y no tienen pilares de apoyo en la sala de estar. Es el condominio final en el tercer piso (superior) con una excelente vista de la Bahía, la piscina, la gran bañera de hidromasaje, el muelle de pesca y el muelle. El condominio está ubicado en la tranquila bahía y puede ver los barcos subir y bajar por el canal intercostero desde el condominio, la piscina, el jacuzzi o el muelle. Cuando desee la emoción de la fabulosa Crescent Beach, simplemente camine por el complejo y sus muebles de playa lo están esperando. Tomar el sol, nadar, hacer boogieboard, hacer snorkel, recoger conchas o simplemente ver pasar a la gente. Cuando caminas por la playa, tus pies no se calientan porque es una de las tres playas de cuarzo del mundo. Cuando haya terminado en la playa y esté listo para relajarse, usted y sus invitados podrán escapar a la tranquila comodidad de la bahía.

Hay un paquete Verizon FiOS Television Prime Bulk Package con un paquete HBO de 15 canales, un DVR con un HDTV en la sala de estar, un decodificador digital en el dormitorio principal con un HDTV y un decodificador estándar con un televisor digital en el segundo dormitorio . Cada televisor tiene un reproductor de DVD.

También puede detenerse en la casa club y hacer ejercicio, sentarse en una sauna, jugar al billar, jugar al ping pong, nadar en otra piscina o jugar al tenis en una de las canchas iluminadas.

The size of the condo is great! Large for families. And the location is perfect with the beach and the pools so close! And the trolley to go downtown is right outside the property at the Main Street. While the kitchen bathrooms and sheets were clean there was some food spills down the walls near the kitchen and some of the walls are scratched up and it makes it look not so clean because of that. Other than that it was a perfect place for my daughter and her family to stay.

Perfect Getaway!

We could not have been happier with our stay at Doug's unit at the Palm Bay Club. The unit was bright, spacious and clean. It had everything we needed and more. After sleeping in every day and having a quick bite to eat, we spent each day soaking in the sun at the beach. The security guards at the complex were nice and respectful while doing their job. Having the 2 bathrooms was great for the 3 of us to get ready quickly. The free Breeze shuttle stop is close and convenient to head either direction for dinner and fun. At night it was great to have the long kitchen table to play cards and games. Doug was very responsive with all of our questions. If I ever go back to Siesta Key, I would definitely book here again.

Short Stay, Great Environment

Great location to the beach and everything else. Quicker to walk to locations then deal with traffic. No issues with check-in, the property or neighbors. Great stay.

Amazing

This was our third year staying this property as our annual family vacation. The unit is perfect for a family, just the right size and has everything you need. The location is what brings us back. It is a very short walk down to the private beach and short drive to the Village. The owner, Doug is a great guy to rent from. Always easy to get ahold of him and gets things done if something needs fixed. We highly enjoy our stay every year.

Great location!

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay, however, there was construction going on all day, long right outside of our unit which forced us to not be able to use the swimming pool or our patio. Wish we would have known ahead of time that there was going to be construction. Also, the unit needs a really good cleaning. Another issue was our TV. They were in the middle of changing over to a different cable company and we couldn’t get any live TV. We had a broken showerhead in the one bathroom and the owner made arrangements to have it fixed very quickly, which was much appreciated.

Great Place!

We had a wonderful time at our place! Owner of the unit was super easy to get in contact with, security guards that drive around the property are all super nice and helpful. I would recommend staying on the bay side; pool and hot tub is beautiful and clean, grills are super clean. No complaints, would definitely come back!

Beautiful Bay!

We had simply the best time. The location is beautiful. The Bay side pool is just steps away. We enjoyed many a late night in the pool overlooking the Bay. The pool was open until 11pm and almost always empty. The beach is about a 10 min walk but we drove across the way and parked closer for our kids ease. They brought chairs to us every morning. It was wonderful. We all five slept soundly every night! No outdoor noise to complain about. The living room was big enough to spread out. Overall we would 100% come back again! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Paradise

The property and the location are perfect. You have the luxury of the bay, (sunrise) and the Gulf (sunset) right on site. The pools and the hot tub are glorious. The staff members are all extremely welcoming and helpful. All of the other guest were delightful. We did not rent a car. The SK trolley system stops at The Palm Bay Club and will transport you to numerous locations on the main drag of Siesta Key. This does require a little more time and walking than if you had your own vehicle, but was an easy way to get around SK. One suggestion I would make to the Club itself is offering some sort of shuttle from one end of the property to the other. Our stay was truly amazing and we will be back.

Good for big families

For a family that looks for space, this is a great condo for it. Lots of leg room to spread out. But if you are looking for luxury and comfort, this kinda lacked in that department. The leather couches were beat up. Sofa pillows all need a good deep Clean. The kitchen needs updating along with the hodge podge of kitchenware that was in it. Bedding had a bit of stains on them. Now since we spent most of our time outdoors, this didnt bother us. But if u r looking for a comfortable place to just chill and take it easy, this wouldnt be the place. Bring your own beach towels. There werent any in our unit.

Property is so perfectly situated for accessing all of the amenities of the property, as well as hopping on the trolley to Siesta Village. Look forward to another trip next december if works out!

This trip was to spend quality time with my family. The condo was absolutely perfect. We had everything we could have ever needed. Nice condo in a great location.

We have stayed at several Palm Bay Club condos annually over the last 10 years. This unit is one of the few ‘B Model’ condos at Palm Bay Club that has a more spacious and open living space. It has a great location that is close to the bayside pool, hot tub, and dock. It has a well laid out floor plan with a larger master shower and walk in closet than most of the other Palm Bay Club condos. It has an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining, and living room all open to each other. There were a few maintenance items that were shared with the owner, so I trust they will be addressed shortly - most notably the condition of the hide-a-bed sofa. We only had four people staying and had our two children share the guest bed, which was fine. The master and guest beds were both comfortable. The owner was friendly to communicate with and the electronic code lock was more convenient than the key locks that most units have (no hassle of losing keys and convenient with older kids). The most unique aspect of this condo is the fact that it has windows facing the bay so you get tons of morning sunlight and nice views of the bay.

Nice place, great area

We read a ton of reviews for this condor and many others before booking and we were happy with our choice. The condo is large, quiet and comfortable. The location is great - right by one of the pools and an easy walk to the other pool and beautiful beach with beach chairs. Plenty of dishes/cooking options - We did pickup paper towels and dish soap (empty bottle was on counter so assume normally provided - we didn’t reach out to owner - just grabbed some while at store). Not a complaint just a suggestion - I always appreciate having more than one bath towel to use for multiple days so would recommend having a couple more on hand. (There are washer/dryers in building but we didn’t have need for them otherwise). Would stay here/condo again.

Excellent Condo and Property

Condo was very clean and spacious. Complex was great location the bay view on balcony is beautiful. Fitness center was clean and equipment brand new. Beach was unbelievable. We enjoyed our stay at this condo would highly recommend anyone to stay here. We are looking forward to coming back again in the near future

Siesta Key is a family friendly place that has something for everyone. Sarasota has many cultural venues and the beach is unique in that it is made out of quartz. The Palm Bay Club has the most amenities of any property on the Key. My parents bought there because of all the golf nearby and because of the magic of the large beach.
