Ubicado en una de las áreas más deseables en Siesta Key y un favorito entre los lugareños. Este acogedor condominio está situado en una calle tranquila y familiar que tiene acceso a la mundialmente famosa Crescent Beach, Point of Rocks y Siesta Key Beach. Está a solo minutos del continente. Estacione su auto, quítese los zapatos y disfrute. Todo está a poca distancia. La playa está a solo 50 metros. Detente y disfruta de la piscina comunitaria de tu camino hacia y desde la playa. Hay maravillosos restaurantes y tiendas al otro lado de la calle. Tome un paseo en el tranvía que lo llevará arriba y abajo de la llave gratis. También puedes alquilar bicicletas. Disfruta de la playa de arena en polvo y las increíbles puestas de sol. Dé un paseo por la playa o Point of Rocks y busque conchas en las pozas de marea o practique snorkel en Point. Tome una toalla o silla, ponga los dedos de los pies en la arena y relájese.

Great location

We enjoyed the location and proximity to restaurants and the beach access. There were lots of helpful extras tucked away here and there. Plenty of beach chairs and a wagon. Was a great value for the location.

Great Vacation

Property was great, condo was clean and furnished wonderfully with beach theme. Very well stocked, probably the most stocked condo I have ever stayed at. The only thing missing was clothes! Seriously, we had a fabulous time.

Had a great stay!

Place was very clean & had so much extra to offer! She had a whole closet of beach toys & chairs and such, drying rack was very useful & towels were fully stocked! The only issue I had was having to rent a chair for the beach instead of it being provided. Would def stay again tho!

Great place!

We loved this spot and will rent again if back in Florida! Once you get where you're actually allowed to sit during the day on the beach it's easier but there was a little confusion on that part. You can sit anywhere in front of the guy that rents spot on the beach until 5 but before then you cant sit in his flagged area though that should have been more clear but we still found spots other than that no issues at all! Thank you very much!!!

Annual Girls Trip

My girlfriends and I vacation every summer on the west coast of Florida. We enjoy the quaint little beach towns. Communication with Kathy and her family was great. They were quick to respond and very accomodating. The TV didn't work properly upon our arrival and we had a new one the next day. Condo is in a great location with quick access to the beach, restaurants, shops and other amenities. Our only complaint would be the temperature inside the condo didn't seem accurate. We constantly had to utilize the fans in every room to keep it cool.

Condo itself was great and the beach is 100 percent perfect! Only issue was whoever cleans the condo did not clean very well, guest toliet bowl had not been cleaned at all because previous guest had an explosion in the toliet, not a pretty site when we arrived, also microwave a few few food pieces stuck inside, not cleaned well enough, last issue, they set the AC at 74 degrees so at night in master bedroom it would be hot until AC kicked on and then you are cool again, repeat all night long so didn't sleep well most of our nights there, both bedrooms need ceiling fans, can't believe they don't have them, I have never stayed at a rental that controlled the AC, 74 is to warm I think in Florida or any where to sleep in. Also can't rent the beach chairs on the beach, we had to carry chairs and unbrella to Beach, it's more than a few steps away, the beach chairs would have been more comfortable for us even if I had to pay to rent them, the people that did get to use them I think they might have been included in their condo stay, not sure

Well-Equipped Condo

Spent about two weeks a Siesta Key. This condo is in a perfect location, with easy access to the beach and an available pool. There are restaurants and stores across the street. The condo is very clean and comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a great beach vacation!

Great little condo close to the beach

My family and I had a great time at this condo. The beach was about a five minute walk down a paved path. The condo was decorated very nicely and had everything you could need for your trip. My advice is get to the condo and check before buying anything. Chances are it is probably already there.

we loved the condo, super clean and there is everything you need from the kitchen to the bathrooms and the rooms the bed super confortable the condo has access to many restaurants and the beach is a step away.. the owner christ i have no words to descrive her . Location Location Location

This condo was perfect. Kathy was an excellent host and was wonderful to work with. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. The check in and check out process was seamless. This condo has the perfect location to the private beach, stores, dining, drinks and the Trolley that takes you to the Village for free. There were nice added touches such as beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would definitely return to this location and rent from Kathy if we vacation again to Siesta Keys.

Memorial Weekend

We stayed at Sara Sea Circle with a few friends. We loved the condo, it was clean and well stocked. The grounds were beautiful. Loved all the bunnies running around. The only issue we had were the chairs that were put out every morning on the beach, We felt they took up all the space and very little for people who brought their own chairs. Over all we would recommend this place to our friends and family. Kathy was great to communicate with. Thank you Kathy for making our stay wonderful.

Wonderful Place to stay!

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed our stay. It is so close to the beach, our family loves the pool as well. Close to shops and restaurants. Kathy had everything you could need for the beach. Towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. We would stay here again!
