Family wedding

Great home for our family vacation. Extremely well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful grounds. Outside speakers were a welcome feature in the back yard! Nancy is a great host. Highly recommend.

Relaxing Oasis!

This property is even better than it’s pictures. My wife and I, and our teenage daughter, went for spring break to just get away from the cold and our Midwest cabin fever. It was so peaceful! We were outside by the pool/spa/firepit everyday reading, relaxing and just soaking up the sun! Nancy is a great host and really cares about her guests. Not to mention that the house is 10 minutes from Top Golf, the Diamondbacks spring training home, and great restaurants and shopping! Highly recommend this wonderful home!

One of the best rentals ever!

Nancy is an amazing host! Greeted us with lemon cake and quiche- and it was delish! Showed us how to properly run all the systems/pool hot tub. I mean...beyond customer service to the next level! The yard and pool/hot tub were out of this world! We have rented approx. 40 VRBO's in the past and this is in the top 2! The yard is huge and shaded- you will have to time out your pool schedule for optimum sun (if that's what you want) due to the shading from the trees. She has 2 new rafts that were wonderful to just float around in and relax! For me, the Koi pond was so relaxing and great to read a book by! The house is amazing! Well furnished and stocked- beds were super comfortable- bathrooms were very nice as well. The Sonos sound system was fantastic- and everything is controlled by the Ipad- love the tech! Location, location, location- close to restaurants, shopping, golf and hiking! This house is a 10 out a 10 and we are already trying to figure out when we can go back. Thanks Nancy!!

It was a wonderful resort vacation

This house is like a private resort! Nancy is a great host and made us feel so welcome. The beautiful landscaping has parts of the large pool in the shade which was so great! On the hottest days we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub while being out of the direct sun. There are several comfortable and relaxing outdoor seating areas. The house is lovely and has a fully functional office space. I was able to work a few days with no problems at all. The house and property are peaceful and had everything we needed for a much needed vacation. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing Backyard Paradise

Great location, great backyard, well stocked house with everything we could have possibly wanted. Nancy was an excellent host, from the fresh made appetizers upon arrival to very fast response on all questions. We will definitely be back on our next trip.

Perfect for our family

A fantastic house, and a wonderful host. The property was exactly as listed, and was perfect for our family of four (two of whom are young children). The house had everything we could need, is in a great location, and had tons of outside space for the kids to run off their energy--the big yard, pool, and hot tub kept them busy all day, every day. Nancy is an excellent host and communication was great. She made us feel very welcome in her home and was immediately available by text if we needed anything. We loved our trip and will definitely be back!

Relaxing in Paradise

Best VRBO we have ever stayed at!

We LOVED this place. Nancy is an amazing host, and the photos of the property are accurate - the place is just as beautiful as you expect it to be. Very convenient location yet very private. Our kids spent hours in the pool every day, made s'mores over the fire pit, played lawn games on the generous back yard. We appreciated the full stocked kitchen, laundry, climate control and VERY comfortable beds. The Songs system was a real bonus which my husband loved. Overall, fantastic vacation and well worth the price!

Private Resort Quality

We typically head to the Caribbean to thaw out in the Winter, but decided to stay stateside this year and head to Arizona instead. This property is like having a private resort with all the amenities. The property is every bit as lush as the photos display with trees, rose bushes, fruit trees and hummingbirds. The pool is much larger than typical private pools and was warm enough to enjoy even without heating. The owner provides several different options for outdoor seating complete with firepits. Nancy made checking in very easy and welcomed us with afternoon beverages and hors d'oeuvres, a lovely treat after a long flight from the East Coast. The house was lovely and fully stocked to ensure we had everything we need for a relaxing week. Sadly, the temperatures were a little cooler than we hoped for, but it's the only thing the owner couldn't control. This property easily compares to any 4 or 5 star resort we've been to!

Enjoyed our stay and Nancy was great to deal with!

Backyard was outstanding!....Pool and Hot Tub were amazing along with multiple BBQ's and a big grass area in the backyard to play in...Nancy was super responsive to any questions and met us when we arrived to set everything up.....She even bought a few board games for my 5 year old twins that were the hit of the trip!.....Would definitely stay again

Great house and even better backyard

Our family had a great time. The house was clean, had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The backyard was the best part of this property. The pool, hot tub, fire pit and plenty of seating made this one of the best backyards. Nancy met us at the property and went things quickly and thoroughly. You will not be disappointed if you book this property.

Beautiful Scottsdale House - Great Pool and Garden!

We had a wonderful visit. This is a perfect three bedroom house, close to restaurants and mountain hikes, easy access to bike trails. The pool and garden are delightful, also the firepit. We enjoyed the bikes and the ping pong - and hope to make it back for another stay before too long.

Golf Getaway!

This property was great! Clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the yard. The yard was a little oasis, a lot of mature trees and beautiful blooming plants everywhere. There was a small hickup with the heating of the pool but the property owner got it taken care of about half way through our stay so we were able to enjoy it for the rest of our time there.

Lovely Property, Great Location

This was an amazing property for our family! We had a blast in the pool and beautiful back yard. Nancy was an amazing host. She answered all our questions promptly, gave us a warm welcome, and helped in any way she could. I would highly recommend this property; it was a little slice of heaven in an otherwise difficult year.

Resort Living with all conveniences of home

Don't pass up the opportunity to stay here. The home is comfortable and cozy. Decorated tastefully. The location is perfect. The pool, spa, and fire pit were wonderful to use. Nancy was a pleasure to meet at check in. When we arrived it was like we were greeted at a 5 star hotel with drinks and appetizers. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. Resort living with all the conveniences of home.

I wish this was my house!

We have stayed at many rentals around the world, and a few of them are nice enough that we wish they were ours. This is one of them. The house is top notch, quality throughout. Fully stocked kitchen, Sonos, pool, spa, koi pond - all was excellent. The owner was out of the area when we arrived but had a colleague meet us on arrival and walk us thru everything. Even provided a special gift for my wife's birthday. Skip the frat-party rentals and stay here.

Our own resort!

Nancy's house was wonderful for our family of 4! We had a beautiful time enjoying the backyard pool, hot tub and lounge areas. The beds were very comfortable and Nancy was very welcoming and responsive.

Oasis from just about everything

The property is in a prime location in Scottsdale close to just about everything. The yard is amazing as there is ample shade so it does not feel like you are in a desert climate with unrelenting sun. The shade all around actually makes it cooler and prevents you from frying all day in the desert sun. The pool gets full sun up until the hottest part of the day when you actually want it shaded around 2pm. Then one part is sun and one part is shade. Float to where you want to be - tough life. If you want to lie in the sun, that is never an issue on the sundeck. There is basically a whole property Sonos system that is fantastic. The house has everything that you need to cook - cooktop, ovens, 2 grills and a smoker. If you don't want to cook or shop for groceries, DoorDash and Whole Foods can literally deliver everything. Will be coming back frequently.
