Le encantará nuestro lugar debido a la vista al mar, el ambiente, el espacio al aire libre, la ubicación, la luz, la piscina, el acceso a la playa, la gente, el magnífico amanecer y puestas de sol, la pintoresca ciudad pequeña, tiendas, servicios y más. Los mejores restaurantes de la ciudad, Si Señor, Tuna Blanca, The Blue Shrimp, El Anclote y más se encuentran a 2 minutos a pie. Excursiones de un día a las Islas Marietta, Sayulita y Puerto Vallarta son muy fáciles. La comunidad es cerrada y segura..

Beautiful Punta Mita

We had a wonderful peaceful time at Faro de Mita. The staff were lovely and even though they couldn’t speak English were able to communicate well. The pool and grounds extraordinary! Our host was available too which doesn’t always happen. The space was terrific and made room for personal space which is always nice when travelling!

Wonderful vacation spot for 4 people

This condo is a wonderful oasis in Punta de Mita. The property is well taken care of, the pool is spectacular, security is first class. It is very close to the beach and the main area for restaurants and activities. I highly recommend the location. While there is a 3rd "room" it is a laundry room with a futon. I would not recommend putting a guest in here as it had a very bad sewer smell consistently. The property management did address it by putting oil on top of the pipe, but once we did a load of laundry it returned. The rest of the property is wonderful and very useful as a place to simply chill and enjoy the warmth, and is comfortable to sleep and eat. I would return, but only with 4 guests.

Faro De Mita

We stayed for five weeks at Roy’s place. It was even better than the listing stated. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook many meals. The views from the two terraces were just amazing. The upper one we spent having a drink and watching the sunset. The beach access was convenient. The pool was perfect. Communication with the host was better than expected. Roy responded very quickly to all my questions. His property manager Moises was very helpful and friendly. Thank you Roy for sharing your place with us and we are looking forward to returning.

Great condo in a great location

We stay in Punta Mita on a regular basis and usually stay across the street at El Anclote. We thought we would give Faro de Mita a try - it's a little more money but after staying here we will most likely stay here in the future. It's a little smaller complex, the pool is nicer, and it's a bit quieter. And you have private access directly to the beach. The view will be dependent on the unit as not all units have an unobstructed view of the ocean and surf breaks but this one has a view of both Anclote from the main deck and El Faro from the rooftop deck off in the distance. There was a BBQ onsite and we grilled fish and steaks one night which was very convenient. The owner and onsite property manager were very responsive although our needs were pretty minor. The unit itself is very nice inside and the beds were very comfortable as advertised and not the normal hard mattresses you find in Mexico. The rest of the furniture was OK, which is pretty standard for a rental. The patio furniture on the main patio included 4 chairs and a table on the main deck, which is different than what the pictures show. We wondered how the 3rd bedroom would work since it is a futon in the laundry room and it worked out great for our son. I would highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a 3 bedroom condo in the area.

Lovely clean condo overlooking the pool and the ocean. Beautiful pool and grounds. Fun to watch surfers and paddle boarders. Very quiet complex near beach restaurants.

Nice condo , great location

We enjoyed our stay here during the New Year’s holiday. The condo was spacious and clean. Great location in town- easy to walk to shops, restaurants and beach. The pool was nice although a little chilly. The security staff and manager were great- very friendly and helpful. The owner was quick to respond to questions.The condo was stocked with some kitchen basics which was nice. Also had beach towels to use. They only drawback for us was the shower in the master bath. There was no way to take a shower without water leaking everywhere around the sides of the tub shower and onto the floor

A Great Location And Beautiful Property. Enjoyed the fabulous pool, the beach and sunsets everyday. It was so nice to be able to walk to the stores and restaurants so easily . Definitely will return!!!! 😊

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

When we first visited Punta Mita, it was a small fishing village with a few local restaurants, and we fell in love with the place, the people, the area in general. While it is more developed now, and there are many high end restaurants, it is still never crowded, there are still many local spots for authentic cuisine, and the people are just as friendly. Most people that visit Punta De Mita call it Paradise.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Faro De Mita is located in the town of Punta De Mita, and adjacent to the large gated community known as Punta Mita. While the gated community is exquisite, the town is far more authentic, proximity to all of the restaurants, excursions, and more are a 2 minute walk, and exposure to the local people, flavors, sights and sounds are just outside our gated community. So whether it's the sounds of the Roosters, the local fisherman selling their catch of the day, a local parade etc., this is all in the town and provides real authenticity.
Our community is warm, friendly, and there are many year round neighbors which are always happy to share the best kept local "secrets".
We also have the largest infinity edge pool, and likely largest pool period in the whole of Punta Mita, as well as direct access to the local surf break, one of the best in the area.
