Esta segunda villa frente al mar piso ha sido recientemente renovado. La renovación incluyó nuevos gabinetes de cocina con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos nuevos, pisos nuevos en los dormitorios, muebles nuevos para el área de estar junto con muebles para dormitorios, iluminación nueva y pintura fresca. La unidad fue descrito como impresionante por un agente de bienes raíces.
Este 3 dormitorios, 3 baños villa tiene una cocina completa con una combinación sala de estar / comedor. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con balcón frente al mar y una ducha de azulejos. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales con baño. El tercer dormitorio tiene 2 camas dobles con baño.

Ocean One tiene una gran piscina con muchas tumbonas, mesas con sombrillas, sillas y parrillas a gas. La ubicación es genial y la vista es espectacular! La unidad está ubicada al lado del Holiday Inn, a poca distancia de la Plaza de Coligny. La unidad cuenta con 2 ascensores y carritos de equipaje están disponibles para hacer más fácil para nuestros clientes. Dos pases de estacionamiento están disponibles por unidad. Año La mayoría de nuestros huéspedes regresan año tras año. Hilton Head es un gran lugar para vacacionar en cualquier época del año.

Condo has everything you could want. There is easy beach access, beach gear in closet to use, great view. Communication with owner was easy . Highly recommend this place!

Amazing

Everything was as described, but better! The owners were very helpful and readily available. Loved every minute of our stay. It was our annual ladies trip and the property wàs just perfect.

Outstanding Host and Property – Five Stars All Around

We had the absolute best time staying at this condo over spring break! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The condo was stocked with everything we needed — from all the essential kitchen items to beach gear, which made heading to the shore a breeze.What really stood out were the little extras that you typically have to remember to pack yourself — things like trash bags, hand soap, and aluminum foil. It’s those thoughtful touches that really make a difference!The owner was truly a joy to work with. She provided incredibly detailed information before our arrival, which made check-in seamless, and she even checked in with us throughout the week to make sure everything was going smoothly. That level of care and communication was so appreciated.I was also very impressed by the property management and maintenance staff. The grounds were always clean, well-kept, and felt very safe. You can tell the team takes great pride in their work.We’re already talking about our next trip and definitely plan to book this condo again. Highly, highly recommend!

Wonderful Week

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was equipped with everything that we would need for a trip away from home. Owner is wonderful checking in during our stay and making sure that we had everything that we needed. Great ocean views from the condo. Our family and teenagers loved it and the layout was perfect for us. I would most definitely rent this unit again! Thank you for a wonderful week.

Wonderful stay!!

We had the most wonderful stay in Ocean One 221. Not only was the condo impeccably clean and well stocked, it also is very comfortable and the view is spectacular. We enjoyed being a little away from the pool area as it is a bit quieter but still convenient to the beach. Our little ones loved having beach toys and floats to use from the huge beach closet. Phyllis is a wonderful owner, checking in with us to make sure we had everything needed. The only negative is having to leave!

Spring Break vacation

This property was as advertised. The location was wonderful and very close to everything. I am very picky about where we stay and how clean rentals are. This unit was extremely clean!! It was also very well equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. I also got to meet the owners and they are wonderful people, who want you to enjoy your vacation. I would stay here again and tell everyone I know traveling to Hilton Head, to stay here!

Fantastic stay - we will be back

We had the best time in Hilton head and we can’t wait to go back. The weather was perfect, even in October. The condo was very conveniently located and walking distance to parks and restaurants. We barely had to use our car which was very nice. The condo was also right on the beach which made it easy to go up and make sandwiches for lunch. The condo was even better than we expected. The bed was comfortable in the king room and each room had its own bathroom which was very nice. The pool was great and convenient location. The kids loved having an afternoon dip in the pool. Phyl was absolutely fantastic. She was accommodating and responsive. After our stay in this condo, I absolutely understand why it receives multiple five star reviews. You will not be disappointed, and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you for everything!

Great condo, fabulous owners!

This was our first experience renting a condo. We could not have asked for more. The owners were very responsive and encouraged us to ask them any questions we had. They even mailed us brochures from the area to help us plan! The condo was clean and very well stocked. It had everything we could have wanted.

Perfect relaxing getaway

Our stay was absolutely terrific from the moment we secured the property to check out. The condo was clean and had everything we could want with kitchen appliances to beach chairs. We took our teen son who brought 3 friends and it was perfect. They enjoyed the beach and could walk or bike to Nearby restaurants and shops. Phyllis was fantastic and she helped with the ease of parking, checking in and checking out. We will definitely go back!

Lovely place

Great layout and location for this vacation place. It's a quick walk up to the second floor with an ocean view. It's close to Coligny Circle with food and shops an easy walk. Also, the unit is well equipped and laid out. Phyl is a very attentive owner with great communication-- I would definitely rent again!

Phyllis (unit manager) was an excellent host and the place was clean, in a great location, and had the amenities we needed. We had a great time staying there, and the ocean views were gorgeous.

Perfect location for family getaway to Hilton Head

This is the ideal unit if you are bringing your family to Hilton Head. Phyllis, the owner, will communicate with you to ensure a successful stay. Ocean-front location with a pool is terrific and only a 3 minute walk to Coligny Plaza (great if you are bringing teenagers). Unit is in great condition and having a bathroom in each bedroom is very nice. Pool was clean and it was no problem getting chairs anytime of day. If you're looking for convenience this is the ideal unit for your stay in HHI.

Spacious clean condo, excellent location

Spacious clean condo with everything in the kitchen you need (we ate all meals in condo). Prime location, right on the beach and close enough to Coligny Plaza to enjoy(shops, restaurants, grocery store), but a little bit off so beach wasn’t so crowded. We only used the car on the way in and they way out. We rented bicycles for the rest. Beds were very comfortable and great to have 3 bathrooms and a full size washer and dryer. Would definitely come back!

Awesome place and owner!

This condo was perfect! It was beautiful and very clean, the location was amazing (right on the beach and just a block away from Cologny Plaza), and the owner was very nice and responsive. The condo had everything we needed, including towels, linens, and beach items. And the way the rooms and bathrooms were set up was perfect for our family! Phyl (the owner) was also very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. She also gave us great recommendations of places to eat and things to do! We will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to others!

Beautiful ocean front condo

We loved our start at Ocean One. Phyllis was so kind to offer any recommendations ahead of time and very prompt to answer any questions. The condo is updated and fully stocked. We absolutely will be back!

Family Vacay

Great property & location to beach! Only downside is it is very close to a public beach access, so the beach gets very crowded in front of Ocean One.
