Este condominio de 2 dormitorios en High Pointe Beach Resort (# 122) ofrece todo lo que pueda desear en un alquiler de vacaciones.  Las grandes ventanas de vidrio ofrecen una vista deslumbrante de la piscina tipo cascada del resort de High Pointe Beach Resort.   Disfrute de su café de la mañana o del vino de la tarde en el patio frente a la piscina mientras ve a los niños jugar al aire libre.  Los televisores de pantalla plana, el estéreo y muchos asientos para la familia y los amigos significan que todos estarán entretenidos y cómodos.   



El complejo ofrece aparcamiento gratuito. Hay un tiki bar y parrilla informal. Entre los servicios adicionales se incluyen una piscina al aire libre y una bañera de hidromasaje, además de canchas de tejo, canchas de tenis, un parque infantil y una zona de barbacoa.

 

High Pointe Resort se encuentra en un complejo frente al golfo ubicado entre las playas de Rosemary y Alys en la playa de Seacrest en el lado sur de Scenic 30A. High Pointe Resort es la propiedad más conocida y pensada de Gulf Front Beach Resort en 30A.

Dos canchas de tenis compuesto, canchas de shuffle board, parrillas para barbacoa ubicadas en toda la propiedad y los niños disfrutarán del área de juegos hecha solo para ellos. High Pointe Resort está a 5 minutos a pie (2 cuadras) del pueblo, restaurantes y tiendas de Rosemary Beach. El carril bici 30A atraviesa el frente de la propiedad y serpentea a lo largo de las 18 millas de Scenic 30A.

Nuestro condominio del primer piso, unidad 15W, está ubicado directamente en el Golfo. El edificio oeste tiene 4 pisos con solo 24 unidades, 6 por piso.

Es un hermoso condominio con una hermosa vista. Esta es la verdadera vida frente al golfo. Disfrute de un patio privado cubierto con césped junto a la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. Nuestro condominio ha sido actualizado y redecorado. La cocina está equipada con un juego completo de ollas / sartenes, vasos, utensilios, licuadora, horno tostador y mucho más. El sistema de calefacción y aire acondicionado es completamente nuevo, lo que garantiza temperaturas frescas en verano y calor en invierno. Todas las puertas corredizas del patio han sido renovadas para que sean fáciles de abrir y cerrar. El patio tiene una mesa clásica de madera de teca y 4 sillas y 2 tumbonas ajustables.

Perfect location that is close to everything

We absolutely loved everything our stay at this condo. It was on the ground floor right next to the pool, which our kids loved. The private beach access is also just minutes away. The community is located across the street from all the shops and restaurants, including a Starbucks. The two bedroom, two bathrooms and spacious living room and kitchen were super clean and comfortable. We will be back and highly recommend.

This is our favorite place to stay on 30A! The condo was fabulous! It would be awesome if it offered a beach set up and bikes like some of the other condos in High Pointe offer- but the condo is self is amazing!

Great Stay!

The condo was wonderful - well decorated and VERY clean! Kitchen was well stocked, and the management company was very friendly and responded quickly when called. The only disappointment was that the condo didn't include chair rental. All of our other friends who were renting at High Point had 2 chairs and an umbrella included in their rental fee, and we had to incur that additional expense. Other than that, it was perfect!

Bring your own wine glasses and opener

This is a very nice unit. We love the High Pointe property. The only negative, is this unit only has one wine glass and no wine opener. Would have been nice to have that. It’s an easy fix for the owner.

Love the location

The condo and complex were exactly as shown and explained. We stayed with 7 other families in the complex however we were the only condo without bikes and beach chairs. That was an added expense. Bikes and chair are a must. The property and location are fantastic and we will be back just will find a condo that includes bikes and beach rentals because we all paid the same price.

Great location

Nice, location right next to Rosemary Beach. Close to restaurants, and shops. However, I don’t know if it’s because of Covid, but the garbage trucks came every morning very early and made LOTS of noise as they went from building to building. I’ve been there before many times, and never had that every day! Check out time was way too early at 9 AM, due to Covid, so I hope that changes in the future. The rental homes had just re opened, so it was nice to be there and the condo was very clean and had sanitizer spray available. Easy checkin and communication with property manager.

Condo was updated and absolutely perfect!

The condo is on the first floor which was a plus having a toddler with us. You could go out the sliding doors right into the pool area, which then led to the beach. I cannot say enough about the inside of the condo. Furnished perfectly! The air ran smoothly with no weird sounds, curtains were darken ones, ceiling fans ran smoothly with no weird sounds either, master bath had a giant tub/shower combo( which was perfect for us). Check in and out was effortless. Fantastic location for walking, running or strolling. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. Beach amenities were present for an extra fee, but was totally worth it. Don’t forget to eat Crabby Steve’s for lunch!! Will definitely be back to this unit!

Not a great experience

I don't know that I have ever left a bad review, but we showed up and the condo had barely been cleaned. There was standing water in the hallway bathroom with paper towels laying over it and a plunger in the middle of the room. Floors were filthy and shower was full of hair. We called the emergency hotline and they told us we would have to wait until the next morning to get with the property manager. After much time on the phone, we did end up leaving and were offered a refund for the nights we did not stay. We ended up moving to another condo, but the first 24 hours of our vacation were full of inconveniences. I post this review only hoping I can save someone else the trouble.

Perfect location

Overall, this was a great place to stay. It was a prime location and walkable to everything you could want to do. The condo was nice but definitely in need of a deep clean. When we arrived the floors we’re pretty dirty but I ran the vacuum and carried on with our vacation. The rooms were very spacious and I thought the beds were very comfortable. The booking agency was great to work with. We had a simple problem with one of the fans making a noise and they sent somebody out immediately to take care of it which I thought was excellent service. I loved being able to walk everywhere from our condo. This is a floor unit which was perfect for stepping right out to the pool which is right outside the door and a very easy walk to the beach. It’s also just a few minutes to walk across the street to lots of restaurants and shops and just a few minutes walk to Rosemary town Center. The only negative thing I would have to say about the rental was the beach set up and placement of umbrellas on the beach. There was no mention of HOA rules when booking and there are very specific regulations about placement of personal chairs and not being allowed to put up your own beach canopy or shade. If you want access to easily get to the water you essentially are forced to pay for chairs and umbrella at a rate of nearly $400 a week. The chairs and umbrellas were placed so close to one another that each umbrella was physically touching the one next to it. They were so close together that a small child had trouble squeezing between them and I had to physically duck underneath them to walk from behind my chair to the water. It would be one thing if they were all being used and they were trying to accommodate people renting them but half of the chairs were empty and it felt very crammed. Despite the overcrowding the chairs, the beach was very nice and the restaurant is delicious and I highly recommend checking it out.

Disappointed

Killed two roaches within the first 5 minutes of walking into the condo. Obvious there was very little cleaning done, dirt caked on the floors. Ran bedding through wash just in case, and washed all dishes before using. Saw/killed about 30 roaches within our 5 day stay. We try to get back to rosemary beach every year, and this was the more disappointing visit.

Great location!

Loved everything except the weather, but it is spring so the weather was bipolar and we really can't control mother nature. I wish we had more sunny days! The condo was not as clean as previous guests said it was. Sweeping, cleaning the floors much more thoroughly could have been done. Dusting more...we were very disappointed, we killed four yes 4 🕷🕷🕷🕷 I mean the location is great, everything was close. Everything in walking distance. Love Rosemary Beach!

Beautiful, well decorated, comfortable condo! We loved it and would absolutely stay again! They were also very helpful and accommodating when we thought we may have to stay an extra day or two due to a winter storm back home.
