Bright Sunny two bedroom home right in the heart of Ogunquit! Brand new. Less than a 1/4 of a mile from the lighthouse on Marginal Way! Walking distance to stores and restaurants! Two queen beds, two bathrooms, one bedroom and bathroom on first floor and the other on the 2nd floor with kitchen and living room. Fully equipped Kitchen with air conditioning - perfect for the Summer Evenings!! Close to all amenites including Perkins Cove! Back deck with BBQ grill. Parking for two cars. Beach chairs and beach cart will be provided for your convenience. No need to drive anywhere! This home is a guest to the main residence, but plenty of privacy. Amazing location for beach and shopping, nice place to relax. A great choice for two couples or parents with older children. This condo is walking distance from the Marginal Way, so you can walk to Perkins Cove shops or dining or Ogunquit Beach or restaurants from it. The two bedrooms are on different floors, each with its own bathroom, so you are not on top of one another.

Outstanding place in Ogunquit

Everything about this site is excellent. The property is beautifully maintained. It is comfortable and cozy and well appointed. The location and neighborhood are superb. The owner is wonderful to communicate with. Can’t say enough good about Deirdre! Highly recommend!

Perfect Spot to walk to OGT or Perkins

5 min walk to Marginal way, 10 to Perkins, 15 to downtown OGT. Highly recommend. 1 small issue and owner immediately resolved.

Perfect location, lovely home!

To begin with, communication with the owners was excellent! Responsive and friendly! The house is lovely, very clean, beautifully and comfortably furnished! Our 21 year old son enjoyed the privacy of the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs was perfect for the three of us to hang out, play a game and have meals. We really only had breakfast and cocktails in the house but, the kitchen had everything we could have needed to make meals. It’s a quick and pleasant walk to the Marginal Way and perfectly situated between downtown Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved the location and walkability to Perkins Cove, downtown Ogunquit and the beach. The unit was perfect for 2 couples---we had plenty of our own space. They have everything you need for a great few days in a lovely part of Maine. Highly recommend!

Beach weekend

Stayed here for a weekend with another couple and had a great time. Accommodations were excellent. clean and bright, close to Shore rd for shuttle access. The host was very prompt and attentive to any questions we had regarding our stay. will definitely stay here again

Great to be back in Ogunquit!

We loved our stay! This location was a short walk to the lighthouse along the Marginal Way, which made it an easy walk to either Perkins Cove or town. For us, this was just about the perfect location!The apartment was cute and cozy, with a nice sitting area and modern amenities. Perfect for our long weekend stay.Super clean too!Thanks so much for sharing your property with us!

This was a perfect location!

This home is located just a five minute walk to the lighthouse on Marginal Way. The rental was beautiful and new. The location to town and Perkins Cove was so convenient. The owners were very gracious during our stay, and responsive to any questions. We hope to rent with them again next year.

A fantastic summer getaway

Stayed here in a group of four, the property is the perfect size for friends or family, and Deidre was one of the best host’s I’ve had; she assisted us with an early check-in and list of personal recommendations for spots to explore during our stay in Ogunquit.The property was modern, clean, cozy and conveniently located between downtown, the Marginal Way footpath & beaches, and Perkins Cove, taking only minutes to walk to any destination. We even had a beach cart with chairs provided for us which made beach trips very easy. I highly recommend this property and Deidre as a host! Our group had an amazing 4th of July vacation.

Wonderful spot in a perfect location

Loved this VRBO. Great location, close to marginal way. A easy walk to Perkins Cove and downtown Ogunquit. Really nice finishes. Would definitely recommend!

Maine Trip

Been 25 years since we have been back to Maine. Way too long. Found this perfect VRBO in a perfect location. So simple to book and chat with owner. Unit was better than described. Immaculate, quiet, and comfortable within walking distance to restaurants and Perkins Cove. We will go back. I encourage others to consider this property!

Phenomenal spot

This is probably one of the best places I have booked. It is beautifully done, spotless and in an absolute prime location. I’ve been to Ogunquit many times and would stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Deirdre was absolutely lovely to communicate with. What an amazing trip. This place is perfection.

Quaint getaway with style

The property is located right near Perkins cove & the marginal way. Lovely new apartment with all the upgrades you’d ever need nestled right in the cutest little neighborhood. Property owners home is behind the apartment. Which I did not realize when booking but wasn’t an issue at all. Quick walk to the marginal way beaches. We had a wonderful time & would stay again!

Annual trip to Ogunquit

This was a beautiful property in a very nice neighborhood. It was quiet and peaceful, but close to the beach, shopping and dining. The host made the check in/out process easy. We would definitely stay there again.

Splendid place - perfect location - worth the cost

The property is new, stylishly decorated, spacious and quiet. Our hosts promptly provided extra equipment (not essential) we requested for the kitchen. Perfect location, close to Marginal Way, Playhouse, Museum of American Art and restaurants. Expensive but worth it.

Adorable and Cozy

The property looks like it was newly renovated. Perfect accommodations for family of 4 or 2 couples. Deirdre is an incredible host and answered all of a questions in a timely fashion. We highly recommend this location. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because it is a long walk to the beach.
