1/1, two level loft, open space.
One of a kind! Imagine a bungalow on a cliff with a wrap-around balcony. A view which invigorates the spirit! On a clear day, you can see the silhouette of the island St. Thomas. I have nicknamed this unit "el cucurucho" because of the upstairs outside balcony perched up above for a bird to take flight.

It is an open one bedroom loft with a private balcony on the second floor. This apartment has hosted several celebrities because of it reclusive location and casual ambiance! It is my favorite unit in the building.

Property with stairs, high and low (no children accepted, sorry). Close to Luquillo beach, tropical rainforest Yunque, Hotel Conquistador, water park, Kayaking to the fluorescent lagoon. Near The Virgin Islands.

This is a tropical island it is essential to store all open containers of food and drinks in the refrigerator to not attract insects!

Very relaxing place, just exactly what I wanted in the middle of my mourning I could meditate and rest with that lovely ocean view! The manager was really helpful and understandable, very clean and bug free place! Thank you so so much!

Panoramic views

We LOVED our stay here! Views are amazing and a perfect place to watch the sunset or sunrise. The photos in the listing truly don’t do it justice. Manager Kimberly was kind and great, showed us the quirks of the place and changed sheets/towels as needed. My *only* con was the unit does not get completely dark at night - I would absolutely stay again but bring an eye mask!! This did not bother my husband and probably wouldn’t bother many people!

It's all about that view

The view is why you will book this property and it's what you will remember! Other bonuses include a really well-stocked kitchen, plenty of outlets for charging, great water pressure and a property manager that is 100% responsive and a joy to work with. The mattress was harder than I preferred, but the hammock was a very comfortable alternative. When walking our dog late at night some of the neighborhood houses or stray dogs made us a little nervous, but we didn't have any issues. Be prepared to carry your dog up the spiral stairs or have treats ready for motivation!

Great communication!!!

Unfortunately, there was a regional water shortage that led to our making other accommodations on the other side of the island but we so appreciated the owner’s diligence to notify us well in advance that there was no water and offered us the option to cancel, refunded our deposit and provided us a contact to possibly find another place to stay. I cannot recommend and rate this property and management company high enough Bravo to you and Thank you for thinking about your customer more than yourself!!!

When I started sailing over 30 years ago I'd sail by a small blue house perched up on a mountain.; Each year I'd knock on the owners home and ask if she'd be willing to sell her home. One year she said YES! I purchased the tiny blue house and began designing my dream house. It took me five years with two workers to build this unique five apartment oasis.
