Hermosa NUEVA construcción (2018) se encuentra en el corazón del centro de Ocean City NJ. Este es un condominio en el primer piso ubicado en el distrito histórico en Wesley Ave. entre las calles 8 y 9 Deje su (s) automóvil (s) en el garaje (y en el camino de entrada) porque no necesitará conducir a ningún lado. Esta conveniente ubicación se encuentra a poca distancia de la playa, el paseo marítimo, el mini golf, los toboganes de agua, las atracciones de Castaway Cove y Gillian's Wonderland Pier, restaurantes, Wawa, Starbucks, supermercados, el distrito comercial de Asbury Ave y mucho más. Tendrá mucho espacio para toda la familia con 6 dormitorios y 3 baños completos. Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con televisores de pantalla plana y la sala de estar principal cuenta con una pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas. Esta nueva casa está cargada con todas las comodidades que necesita para unas excelentes vacaciones: entrada sin llave, 8 etiquetas de playa y 8 sillas de playa, cafetera Keurig Y regular y ducha al aire libre cerrada. La cocina gourmet está muy bien equipada con todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. Wonderful house. My friends and I have stayed at this property for the past 3 years. The location is perfect close to the beach and shopping. We walked everywhere. The owners couldn’t be nicer. Loved it!

Clean, convenient, and spacious. Our family had a wonderful time, and the home was lovely. Communication with the property manager was easy, and her response time was very quick. I will definitely book again our next time in Ocean City.

Perfect place for an OCNJ vacation!

The standout feature of this home is the enormous covered front porch which is perfect for outdoor dining, games, or just relaxing anytime of the day. The location is within easy walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, downtown shopping, and numerous restaurants.

Great condo and great location. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very well maintained and clean. Very comfortable for our family and the location was ideal. Easy walk to 9th street beach, shops, & restaurants. Owners and property managers were very responsive to all of our questions and the impact was they made us feel very welcome. It was clear to us they wanted us to enjoy our stay and we did!

Great last minute special getaway!

This property is gorgeous! What a special find last minute for a special birthday celebration for family members. Owners were very accommodating allowing a stay for less than a week. Location is great - easy to get to everything. Definitely recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was wonderful, clean and had everything that we needed. It was an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk and the porch was the perfect place to spend our evenings! We hope to be back!

From the moment we arrived, the property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. All of the necessary information was provided in advance, making the check-in process smooth and straightforward. The location was excellent—just a five-minute drive to ACME and within easy walking distance of popular dining spots and the boardwalk. We stayed for a bachelorette weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was exactly what we were looking for: relaxing, spacious, and comfortable!!

This was a beautiful property that was able to accommodate a fun family get together. The outside porch space was where we gravitated because it is so cozy. Just a short walk to the beach/boardwalk. I would definitely rent again.

Amazing Family Getaway

In town for a basketball tournament, the property was perfect. Tons of space for the girls and separate bathroom in the big room made things even better. Area has lots of walkable fun for kids and teens. The hosts were excellent. Hope to return in the summer.

We stayed with another family. 4 adults and 6 children (7 years and younger). We had the BEST time. The house was immaculate. Plenty of beds. The older kids used the downstairs room with 2 bunk beds as their "play area". The front porch is amazing and welcoming. IDEAL location for families with little kids. It was only a few blocks from the beach/boardwalk. Very convenient and family-friendly location. Jay was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We definitely plan on making this a yearly tradition. Thank you, Jay!

Great time with 6 adults and 6 kids!

Plenty of space for all of us and a beautiful , spacious deck for everyone to hang out on in the evenings. Close to boardwalk and downtown.

Beautiful home & stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home! The house felt brand-new, was spotless and great location -- close to the beach and boardwalk. The front porch was an added bonus. The beach chairs and equipment were also in great shape. Tons of space for our large group. Highly recommend!

The wifi is weak towards the king/queen rooms in back. Maybe an extender would help?The grill was very dirty and smoked for a solid 25 minutes.There was no roku/sharp remote in the first twin bedroom(as you walk down the hall)We enjoyed the home and the location. Many beds gave us 7 adults and 5 kids ample room. We particularly loved the front porch area. Thank you for the no pressure check in and check out. Thank you for all the extra's of dish detergent/clothes detergent/trash bags. Very helpful!!

Better than advertised

Property was better than advertised. We just love the layout of the house. Plenty of space for everyone. The amenities were fantastic! There is no way to beat this location in Ocean City. Just booked this property ASAP. Don’t let this one get away.

Need larger frying pans, one 9” for 12 people takes a while to cook. Additional serving bowls would be helpful.

Spacious rental

Comfortable beds, ample sleeping accommodations. Great layout, lovely spacious porchfor eating outside and relaxing . Kitchen was well appointed, Close to shops and restaurants, and ice cream. Beaches were very crowded. We ended up driving south a few blocks to have more room at the beach. The tenants above had quite heavy feet, so be aware that the house is multi tenant and there may be others living above you.

Vacation

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home. Any concerns were handled quickly and efficiently. The only suggestion we have is to make sure the grill tank is filled. We would definitely recommend this house to everyone.

Ladies weekend

This house is absolutely stunning! There were 14 ladies (family and friends) spending a weekend together, and we had the most amazing time. We were all comfortable. The home is in the perfect location, just a short walk to the beach. The house was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. Our stay in this house was truly a treat! I would highly recommend this home, and would love to stay here again in the future.
