The space was so roomy, beautiful view of the ocean in the mornings!! Right next to the pool. Every amenity you could need. Thank you for sharing with us!! The only thing was that there were a hoard of what I think were ghost ants that were a pain, but thankfully they also had

We never met our hosts, but they greeted us with fresh fruit, Kona coffee, miscellaneous Hawaiian treats and a welcoming card. It was a great location for us and a place for some of our family staying in other areas to have a few meals together that we could prepare with some of the wonderful fish and fruits the island has to offer. The well equipped unit and supply of beach gear was great ... couldn't ask for more!

Very Nice Condo

Very nice condo.. It had everything you needed from washer/dryer which included detergent and dryer sheets which we used on a daily basis. The kitchen had included all of the basic items (i.e. pots, pans, utensils, spices, foil, dishwasher liquid, plastic bags, and ect) which reduced our stress when arriving from a long flight. There was a KTA market & strip mall less than 5 minutes away which made it easy to purchase groceries and other supplies. The condo did not have AC which was difficult for my family the weather was humid and hot in August, and since my family is accustom to AC since we live in Phoenix. They had many floor fans which helped out significantly. It appears many of the condos in HI does not have AC, so somewhat expected. The condo has WI-Fi, but was slow. They informed me they were transitioned to a new provider, so don't know if that was the reason. In any case, this was not a showstopper because we were out the majority of the time. Tara was very responsive when I made inquiries. The condo was clean and inviting compared to other condos that I stayed at and would stay there again if I visited Kona again.

Great Ocean Views!

This condo is so spacious and well equipped with everything you need excellent ocean views! Very clean and the grounds of tge complex are beautiful! Owners communicate well too will stay here in the future!

Great stay

This is I think our 4th time staying here. We love the location, the connivence to everything and the view from the balcony is beautiful from sunrise to sunset! The condo is clean, well equipped and feels like home in paradise! The Edwards are great hosts and are very responsive if needed. Thanks again for letting us share your special space in Hawaii!

Very nice

Clean, well-stocked, nice ocean view and resort pool & facilities. Fast communication with owner, overall great stay. Only problem is location: shopping and restaurants are right across the street, but if you are looking for sandy beaches, they are an hour north.

Amazing place in a beautiful complex

We had a great experience. The place is spacious and very comfortable. Everything you could imagine you might need is there. We enjoyed the pool and were gifted rainbows on the lanai two mornings during our breakfast. Wonderful stay.

Amazing panoramic ocean view retreat!

I've been coming to this home for many years and don't even look for other options. The home is super spacious and all rooms are generously sized. The floor plan is perfect with all public spaces overlooking panoramic ocean view. I love using lanai as my living and dining room - it's wonderful at any time of the day, even if it's raining! (maybe especially when it's raining). The home is well-stocked and has every possible item for your daily adventures. The hosts are most gracious people, very responsive, kind and helpful - I'm so appreciative. I can't wait to be back!

Wonderful stay- exceeded expectations

My husband, I and our 2 young children spent 2 nights at the condo and were so wonderfully pleased. We knew going into it, from the photos, that we would love it but the photos don't do it justice. Super spacious living/dining space, fully equipped kitchen and grill, large bathroom (and I appreciated the bench seat in shower for showering my children), comfy bed, and wow, the lanai was huge and the most fantastic view! We appreciated the detailed check-in info and communications prior to arrival and the house rules and check-out procedures were straightforward and reasonable. Our kids enjoyed the family friendly pool and us adults appreciated the poolside bar. :) The location across from the KTA also couldn't be beat. Definitely recommend.

Lovely 4-day visit Fall 2023

As frequent visitors to Hawaii, we were especially pleased with the cleanliness of the condominium and the care that the owners took to ensure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. Kitchen was nicely stocked with condiments and well equipped. Furnishings were in excellent condition. Sunset views from the lanai are striking. We would gladly return.

Kona Trip

Enjoyed our time in this location. Nice view off the balcony into the ocean. Kitchen had everything we needed including basic spices, foil, and generally the items you might need during a week long stay. Location was fine (about a 10 to 15 min drive to the main downtown "strip") and easy access to main roads to get around the island.

Great place to stay in Kailua-Kona area!

This condo was an ideal home base for our family trip to the Kailua-Kona area. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable, with a huge lanai and beautiful ocean views. The resort was great, with multiple pools and many sports activities for kids to enjoy. The location was also great, close to many restaurants and great beaches with tons of water activities, snorkeling, etc. Overall, it was an amazing place to stay. We were VERY sad to leave!

Do not stay here

The roaches in the bathroom and kitchen were one thing, but my bedroom unfortunately had a hornet infestation. I contacted the owners and noboby returned my message. Had to check out early and find a new place. Very unfortunate the owners couldn't take responsibility and do the right thing by giving me a refund. Also the place was noisy from the pool which was supposed to be the quiet pool.
