Rosemary is a happy retired agent and Gary is an active real estate agent. We like to think of ourselves as young-minded and fairly active. We love people, travelling, ballroom dancing, music, swimming, relaxing with our beloved cat, reading, balcony gardening and cooking, among other things. The house is located in an excellent location in the Oaklands area in Victoria. We instantly fell in love with this property in Victoria. The house is located very conveniently on good transportation routes near downtown, UVic and Comosun College, the Jubilee Hospital, Oaklands School, and Hillside Shopping Centre. It has good off street parking, Both the lower and upper suites both have lovely patios. We jumped at the opportunity to purchase this property as we knew it would provide a fantastic rental experience for longer stay travelers to Victoria.
