Perfect vacation spot

The house was very well kept, updated, and very comfortable. The outside dock, and all the amenities for areas to relax, swim, boat, etc. were accessible and enjoyable. Sitting on the dock or floating in the water was the perfect way to spend the day.

Worst house we've ever rented. Period.

Everything in there is ancient, including all the kitchen utensils, furniture, etc., cable was out the first two days and when it came back on there only about 12 stations to view, there were bugs and cobwebs in all the corners and bathroom, rust in the medicine chest, the shower is literally the worst we've ever seen, the closets are filled with junk, there is also a smell-likely mold throughout, water smells as well. We ended up leaving Saturday afternoon because of these conditions. Really terrible.

Amazing location!!!

This was a last-minute getaway The third week in June as we got a last-minute heatwave and was so happy that they had availability! I’ve stayed at many properties on this lake through VRBO, and this was One of the most responsive hosts I’ve ever dealt with! Catherine Was quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Dirty coffee maker, no problem! her maintenance person got us another one right away! We dealt with a very extreme thunderstorm on our fourth day there which did a lot of destruction dropping trees, Losing electricity and doing some pretty severe damage across the lake, the Maintenance person checked on us to make sure we were all set. There are three separate places at this location and we stayed in house number two, which has the boathouse under it. The sound of the water and waves clapping underneath at night was so nice. To be honest, we spent most of every day out on our boat and times spent in the house was primarily just preparing meals and sleeping. We have a boat slip in another area on the lake and wanted a place to stay for the week or we could have access to our boat 24/7 without having to go home in between, this was perfect! We were able to dock our pontoon right in front of the home. Somehow, of the three units on this property our family were the only ones there …it was like having an oasis all to ourselves.

Overall our stay was good. Having to share the common area with other renters was not what we had expected (things were closer together than we realized). Glad to have the futon in the main living area because my teen decided she did not want to share a room with her little brother. Wish the weather had been nicer but you never know what you’ll get when you book a vacation!

Great Lake Location

Had a great weekend. Quiet area, we had the property to ourselves all weekend. Great location on the lake, about 10 minutes from the marina.

30th birthday getaway with the new family

We had an amazing time with my new family at this lake house. It was perfectly situated right on top of the lake. It really felt like you were in a boat when In the house. We watched amazing sunsets and sunrises right from the top porch. The house was fully equipped with everything you would need to cook a meal. Our interactions with the host Cathy were delightful. She was very sweet and welcoming. We would definitely recommend staying here

The Perfect Getaway!

My stay here was such an amazing experience. I was right on the water and the view was breathtaking. Such a quaint, cozy cottage that includes all necessary amenities. Perfect for a family weekend with the kids! Overall thumbs up and HIGHLY recommend :)
