Bienvenido a nuestra casa de playa recientemente remodelada ubicada en el área de Time Square. Esta propiedad tiene muchas mejoras modernas, pero todavía tiene la sensación de playa tradicional de Florida. La playa / Golfo de México está a unos 5 minutos a pie. Al ingresar a la propiedad, es bienvenido por la excelente configuración de la sala. El área de la habitación familiar tiene nuevos sofás cómodos y un televisor de pantalla plana y un comedor con capacidad para hasta 6 personas. La cocina está equipada con todos los elementos esenciales del hogar. Nuestra casa de 3 habitaciones / 2 baños es espaciosa para una familia o una pareja que busca escaparse. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y baño privado. El dormitorio # 2 tiene una cama queen y el dormitorio # 3 tiene dos camas gemelas. Such a great house for our family of 5! The boys loved the pool and it was a great distance to drive the golf cart to the beach. Everything was new and clean and management was easy to get ahold of. We will be back!

The living area was spacious and all of the furniture was in great shape. We did find the TV a little difficult to use. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. All the appliances were brand new. The washing machine and dryer worked great as well. The beds were super fluffy and comfortable with lots of good pillows. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The pool area is really cute and the perfect size for a couple people. I did ask if the pool was heated before our trip and was told it was, but it was stillReally cold. There were about 10 pool towels which was really nice. Overall it was perfect and we would stay there again!

We were so impressed with our house. Ft Myers beach is really looking great with all of the improvements. Golf Cart rental is the way to go. The beds were Great! The pool is small but perfect. Loved the washer dryer access. We were there for a week and loved every minute!

Photos don't do it justice!

The property was bigger than the photos led me to believe. The bedrooms were so roomy, we had 2 teenager girls in each guest room, for our 10 day stay, and they had plenty of room for their stuff. The location is great, walking distance to most restaurants but you don't have to deal with the crowded beach closer to the square. Will definitely be back to this home.

Spectacular views, private beach that you walk right into Lovers Key Recreation Area trails. Kayaking, manatees, dolphins, and the Gulf. Lots to see and do. I'm morning you have the beautiful sun rise out the balcony and in the evening we went done to the lobby or just a few steps out to the beach to watch the sunset.

Tired and looking for an update

The location of this condo is the best thing it has going for it. It needs updating badly. Tile flooring was chipped and grout was nasty. Carpet was old and shampooed too many times. Furniture was too big and bulky. It made it difficult to move around the condo. Bathrooms were old and way too small. Water pressure was non existent in the kitchen and only enough hot water for one person to shower. Ice maker in the fridge doesn’t work. It just leaks water into the bin that catches the cubes. Beds were comfortable and the view from the the patio was awesome. Save your money book a different condo.
