Bienvenido a nuestro mundo en San Pedro. Venga a relajarse en nuestro paraíso tropical. Disfrute de la vista de exuberantes jardines desde su porche. O tomar un refrescante chapuzón en la piscina, a pocos pasos de distancia. Se deleitará con el sonido de las olas rompiendo o maravillarse con gorras blancas en el arrecife. El segundo gran barrera de coral en el mundo se encuentra a poca distancia de la orilla, y usted será capaz de hacer arreglos en nuestra tienda de buceo vecino para una aventura en la sea..or debajo de ella. Si eres marineros de agua dulce se puede disfrutar tomando el sol en nuestro muelle privado o nadar y hacer snorkel en nuestra área protegida. Si eres valiente, pruebe con un parapente o el windsurf. Amantes de la música se reúnen en enero y febrero para disfrutar de las siempre famosas Jerry Jeff Walker Conciertos en Fido justo en la playa de nosotros. Asegúrese de llevar su sombrero de vaquero!
Está a sólo 5 minutos a pie de comer en la playa, ir de compras en la ciudad, actividades turísticas y deportes acuáticos. Tenemos la mejor ubicación en la isla!
Nuestro apartamento está totalmente equipado y ofrecemos servicio de limpieza diario. La recogida de lavandería está disponible a un costo mínimo.

The condo location may be in paradise, but the unit itself needs a lot of work. Mold on bathroom walls and corners, and water was dripping through the ceiling from the unit above. The bed was comfortable, but the couch is beat and needs an upgrade. Also, for some reason housekeeping used locked storage space in the room to store things like towels, blankets, and cleaning supplies for multiple rooms, so they asked to enter almost daily.Because of the entrance layout for the room and the unit above, every bit of noise coming from upstairs echoes down to the stairway entrance, you can’t help but to hear your neighbors. The price is good, location excellent, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Honeymoon

We chose this place to be close to the beaches and city. Vary walkable. The seaweed is out of control around July. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. We enjoyed the pool. If you like a firm bed this VRBO is for you.

Thank you for being our guest. The seaweed (Sargassum) is at times an issue all the way up to Cancun. Sorry it was so bad during your stay. I'm glad you enjoyed the pool; it certainly is a peaceful area of the property, and having the wonderful restaurants within walking distance makes the hardest part about meals is which one to go to. Quiet location right in town and on the beach. Short walk to everything you need. Melissa was very accommodating.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Paradise Villas. It's right on the waterfront, close to many restaurants, stores, dive shops, etc. The property is very nice, the condo is nice although ours had a very leaky window, the property mgmt knew about it as there were towels already on the window sill when we arrived. The biggest issue we had was a no-show taxi on our last day to take us to the water ferry, at 5am. That left us in a really bad position to make our whole travel schedule that day. Annoying. I would stay here again, but I would not rely on property mgmt for anything.

Great location!

Nice condo in a great centralized location on the beach. Right in the center of town. Condo was clean, and well furnished. Krishan was very helpful… picked us up at the water taxi, answered all our texts quickly, and arranged for our trip to Tropic Air for our trip back to the airport. Pool was nice. Close to great restaurants. Rented a golf cart for the 10 days we were there and explored much of the island. Highly recommend this property.

Thank you for staying with us. Being in town is the best, walking distance to all the great food and entertainment. Exploring the Island is so much fun. Easy to navigate without getting lost. After a day you feel like a local knowing all the roads. Go north, go south, it's always fun to see all that the Island has to offer. Krishan is great. I'm glad he was able to be of service to you. The whole staff there is wonderful and friendly. Once again, thanks, I hope you will always have fond memories of your time in Belize.

Great stay in San Pedro

We love having a condo in places we go. This condo was a perfect location for us near the downtown area. Melissa was a great host taking very good care of us! We would definitely come back here.

Condo Paradise Villas

Overall the property served our purpose. The grounds are very nice, the pool was nice. The condo was sufficient, not fancy but clean. It is close to several restaurants and a grocery store close by. Great location. Bed was comfortable.

Mid-April

We enjoyed our time at Paradise Villas. Proximity to restaurants and beach bars is perfect and having the pool was great…our end of day location most days. A great place to socialize and meet other travellers. Unit is a bit older but overall fit our needs perfectly, right size for two adults and has all the amenities you need.

Perfect little house for vacation

The Villa is in an excellent location right on the water and within ready walking distance of everything you want. The house was clean and the kitchen has everything we needed. There was air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. The pool was warm and not too busy. Very quiet at night. They helped us arrange a golf cart for one day too.

Perfect location… beautiful pool

Excellent property. Kitchen had enough dishes. Overall great trip. I wish they had a smart tv. Wanted to watch Netflix. Love the Red Ginger restaurant!

Perfect

Paradise Villas is absolutely perfect! The location is 3-5 minute walk to town. there is a market a few minute walk from the property and the fun Palapa Bar and Grill located on the pier on the water is right out the door! The condo is very clean and the staff are super helpful! Melissa is a great host too!

Great condo in the heart of San Pedro

The condo was well appointed, clean and had everything we needed. Paradise villas even arranged for transfers to and from water taxis or airport. Melissa was great and even had cold beers waiting for us upon arrival. The villa was perfectly located for restaurants, bars, docks, grocery store and anything else we needed. We will definitely be back!

Lovely Condo, excellent location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Melissa's place. It's in a great location, only a short walk to the ferry port and center of town, and close to all amenities you would need. A great spot from which to explore the paradise of San pedro. Paradise Villas is a lovely, peaceful and well maintained community - the staff and residents are all friendly and welcoming. The unit itself is also very well maintained and stocked with all our family needed. We had a blast, and would definitely stay here again!

Cute Spot in San Pedro

My wife and I had a quick stay in San Pedro. The hostess was very responsive and arranged for us to be picked up from the water taxi. We were in Belize for our honeymoon, so she decorated the condo with a trail of flower petals and towel origami which was such a nice and thoughtful touch! The condo itself was cozy and perfect for our needs, with a convenient location. The staff helped us get a golf cart rental so we could drive to Secret Beach. We definitely recommend this place!

Excellent condo and love cation

We loved our stay! Great location for everything. Facilities were very well maintained by very friendly staff and very quiet even though the middle street it is located on is busy. Condo had everything you would need with daily housekeeping to assist you in anything you required. The owners Ken and Melissa were excellent showed us some of the local restaurants and bars out of the normal tourist areas. San Pedro is busy but very easy to get around. Will definitely return!
