The condo was great! We had more space than we needed since it was just me, my husband and two teenage boys, but it was nice to be able to spread out. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The boys loved walking to Pier Park every day! We didn’t use our car once. (Unfortunately it was scratched/keyed while parked in the garage.) The beach service was a nice perk and the “Beach boys” do a great job of running things down there. The pools were clean and refreshing. The on-site café was convenient. We had a fantastic vacation!

The place was great, clean, well equipped the coffee machine has drip and K-cup capability. If anything to change will be better pillows. Overall we had a blast.

Room was clean, nicely decorated with good furniture and electronics. Great view. Weight room wasn't available and pool was not heated, but condo was great and overall a nice stay.

Wonderful place

Beautiful room, lots of space! The view is phenomenal! Decor was just right with the beachy vibes. Room had plenty of cookware, and other appliances that we was not expecting!

This place was amazing for the location, beaches, condo! We had the best vacation here and will definitely be back to this condo! Enjoyed walking to pier park and eating oysters right across the street. Elevators were super fast and the facility was not over crowded. Loved the remodeled condo too!

Excellent Condo For The Beach

A lovely place for a family vacation

It is very well stocked with dishes and anything you need for cooking. The beds are comfortable and plenty of space in the bedrooms. We had plenty of room for the seven of us and the views were breathtaking. We thank you for the memories we will cherish forever.We did lose air for 8 hours one day and water for a short time the next day. We closed all the curtains and it stayed cool in there all day. We stayed at the beach and pool during that time.

Friends Vacation Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach and condo were perfect and as expected. I suggest to bring dishwasher soap and trash bags. The free beach chairs were limited to 2 per condo but you can get more for an additional cost. We liked that Panama City Beach was less commercial than other beaches. The water was clear and beautiful. The seafood restaurants, especially oysters, were delicious and within walking distance. We suggest early dinners as they don't take reservations and we experienced wait times of 1+ hours.Overall, it was a very special vacation for us.

1st Time Stay at Aqua

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Aqua Sunday through Saturday for the first time last week. We were happy to receive a text letting us know we could check in a few hours earlier than the 5pm check in time. Upon our arrival, we were frustrated with the process of getting our luggage to our condo. It was hard to find a cart and several elevators were out of order. There were regular issues with the elevators during the entirety of our stay through our check out date. The 9 a.m. check out was rough especially when trying to find a cart and dealing with elevator issues. We were stuck in the heat and humidity waiting 30-40 minutes to get in the elevator so we could leave. We were on the 16th floor so stairs were not an option especially with two young kids. We really enjoyed our condo unit. It was very clean and thoughtfully and beautifully decorated. We had a beautiful view and could tell the owners invested in updates etc. The bedding was very thin. There weren't comforters and the top blanket on each be was as thin as a sheet. I found two spare blankets to help, but it left the 3rd room with just the thin top blanket. It was nice to have a washer and dryer available. We had an issue with the first couple loads of laundry in that black marks were left on several clothing items that likely are ruined. We didn't realize until folding. I did some wiping down and filled the washer and wiped down again and didn't have any issues after that so it may have been due to what people before us had washed. We really enjoyed the chairs that came with the condo. They were a nice touch. The beach was beautiful and we were able to walk a lot of places. We really loved the multiple pools and that the indoor pool was indoor/outdoor. The sandwich/ice cream shop boutique was a favorite. I purchased a nice cooler, cup and the kids had ice cream every day. The employees were all very kind and helpful from the check in call, ice cream shop and security.

When we arrived at property, we unloaded our luggage and made our way from garage to property. We were greeted by long lines at only two elevators that were operational. We waited approximately 50 minutes in 95 degree heat before we could take elevator to 16th floor where our unit was located. There were only two elevators operational our entire stay and needless to say it was nightmare the entire week. The unit that we stayed in was ok but not worth the price charged. One would expect much more at a premier property. Furnishings were some what outdated, ceiling fans looked like they hadn't been cleaned in quite some time and two of the bathrooms had mold in the corner of the tiles. In addition the unit did not have its own internet router and the only wifi available was through the complexes open system. My family and I visit PCB at least one week per year if not more. i can safely say this was our first and last time to stay at Aqua.

Thank you for your review! We are very sorry you encountered these problems during your stay, as the experience you described does not meet our usual standards. The closed elevators are for everyone’s safety while we wait for the repairs to be completed from previous storm damage. Like many other industries, the impacts of COVID put elevator repairs behind due to not being able to get parts. We at Aqua-Aronov Resort Management let our guests know to pack their patience ahead of their trips.
