La sala de estar frente al mar ofrece un balcón privado con impresionantes vistas hacia arriba y hacia abajo de la costa. Actualizado con piso de baldosas, bellas persianas de plantación en cada ventana, encimeras de cuarzo en la cocina totalmente equipada, alojará cómodamente a 8 personas. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve come to Arcadian for many years and this unit is the worst we’ve stayed in. The furniture is old and tattered, the kitchen poorly equipped (not a single usable skillet to make an egg - all peeling telflon) without even an oven mitt. The table on the balcony was missing the glass top and the teak furniture was awful. There were ants in the kitchen and the place was not well cleaned (dirt in sinks, dust and sand in corners) although it smelled strongly of cleaning products. We still love Arcadian, although the whole building is starting to feel a bit dated and run down. Having check-in at the same time as when the office closes does not make much sense. We may return to Arcadian but absolutely not to this unit.

End of summer Arcadian trip

We now take our grandchildren along with our whole family! Love the location, the beautiful ocean front view of the water, beach and coastline! It’s also a treat to go off season too!One word: FANTASTIC

Fantastic Building, Unit Very Good

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time staying here (2 parents and 3 adult children). Our second time in the Arcadian buildings - we LOVE these buildings and their location. While this unit was very good, I'll avoid it in the future for a couple specific reasons. We love sitting on the balcony at various times, looking at the beach and ocean. This unit has a "mesh" across the railings that seriously messed with the view. It decreased our enjoyment significantly. Similarly, all doorwalls and windows had sliding wood shutters which could only be moved aside to provide a half view. We could never get a full view from any window, which again decreased our enjoyment significantly. Some deeper cleaning and updating could also be done. We will definitely return to the Arcadian buildings, but will enjoy a different unit.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been staying at Arcadian for more than 30 years. This year we stayed in 16F. You cannot beat the location but the place just wasn’t clean. Many of the units in the building need upgrading. They also need to be deep cleaned. The comforters have stains and the pillows are old and dirty under the cases. It makes me sad that the building seems to be going downhill fast.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is wonderful. We've stayed in several condos at Arcadian. Some were excellent. Some were not (one w state at years ago had furniture that smelled mildewy). The condo we really love stopped renting and there aren't many 3 bedrooms that rent. Overall this one was fine, but should have been in better shape for the money. Tiled floors were nice. Here a list of the oddities...Cable TV wireless in living room, not in bedrooms. Only a factor at night though.I don't think coffee maker had been cleaned in a year or two. I bought a French press to use because the coffee from the maker TASTED dirty.There were a few water bugs crawling in the condo and 2 inches long. Extra comforters and blankets are file at sitting on the floor in one closet--which takes up floor space in the closet, plus not a good thing if bugs are running around.A chair on the balcony had a broken arm. Light bulbs burned out in the master bedroom. Master bedroom sink needed to be unclogged. There were orange stains in the toilet, so it must not have been cleaned often. Overall, the condo wasn't the cleanest, which shouldn't be the case since you're charge an additional $175 cleaning fee as part of your rental agreement. Furniture was old, but I don't blame them for not wanting to invest money in that--from what I've heard from owners there, some renters damage and steal things.Arcadian was a great rental experience about 10 years ago. It's still a nice place, but prices skyrocketed about 5 years ago.We had a nice vacation, but will look for another condo at Arcadian next time. Sorry, hate to say that.

Great location

We have been staying in the Arcadian for over 20 years, and we have never been disappointed. It's always nice, and clean, and the guards and groundskeepers are friendly, and this are of the beach is AWESOME. Look forward to our vacation every year.

We have been coming to MB for 8 yrs now. We love it. This condo was beautiful and comfortable with all the amenities of home. Until the roaches came out. I was very disappointed at this! I brought it to the mgmt office’s attention and they seemed to act as if this is normal everyday living. Not where I live. Like I said, the condo was beautiful, the beach was beautiful!

The floor was not clean and we found food trash under one of the beds when we arrived, but we were too tired from traveling to worry too much. By the end of the week, the members of our family with mold allergies were feeling ill. We were ok with no W/D in the unit but were surprised by the limited number of bath towels available. The washer on the floor didn't spin so we had to rerun loads on the floor below. We would consider a stay at the property in the future, but not in this unit.

The renting and checkin process were great. Unit needs some updates. The decor is very dated and there were some maintenance issues like a cracked toilet cover that needs to be addressed. The location is great and there was never an issue getting a good beach spot.

Spacious rental great location

Rooms were large with lots of storage. Decor is a bit dated but tasteful and good quality. The porch is good size with beautiful views. Bring your own toilet paper though-only 2 rolls of low quality provided.

Great Vacation Choice

This what our first family vacation ever and we absolutely loved it. The location of our stay was exactly what we were looking for and within minutes from other places to eat, shop, or just have fun. Will definitely want to come back again.

Great management here but the unit wasn't the best

The staff who work downstairs are kind, efficient, and accommodating. The unit has a great view but was not the best. Moldy throw pillows; torn seam of master bedskirt; closet doors in entry had a film of dirt that could not be wiped off; carpets smelled of mold; some of the bed spreads smelled moldy; ancient non working vacuum cleaner which they replaced during our stay with a working ancient vacuum cleaner; paint on the walls that looked so old with so many scuff marks; the oven is rusty on the outside; the water tank lid of the hall bath toilet is cracked/glued together; the bathrooms have not been updated so the counters are super low to the ground. The master mattress was comfortable. Great TV. No cable but does have Netflix. Good sofa. Appealing art work.

Amazing
