Great Spot

We loved staying here! The location was great for us (it's a bit quieter and away from the center of town). The only downside was the bed was not very comfortable, but everything else far outweighed an uncomfortable bed!

Wonderful place to stay!

Ana is a wonderful and responsive host! On our rainy dark arrival we had people waiting at the resort to take us to our villas. Quaint and not cookie cutter. Just lovely!

It really is this spectacular

2.5 miles south of San Pedro Town, this studio condo has everything you need. Step out the door, and you are on the beach. A very nice pool to take a dip, and they even have some kayaks if you want some time on the water. The room was great. We opened the windows during the day to let the breeze keep the room comfortable, but did use the AC at night to sleep. Some things to know (and this applies to any location on the east side of Ambergris Caye), the beach has a sea wall separating it from the water, because the seaweed accumulates. So you will not wade into the sea, but you can go down the dock and jump in for a swim. We would definitely come back.

Peaceful stay

Really like this condo, it’s located all the way south far from people and the craziness from downtown San Pedro, which is what we exactly want. You can enjoy the sea views from bed or the living room, enjoy the pool right next to the condo and have amazing night walks with long wide beach to enjoy. Really appreciate how Ana is always there to help and solve any issue, she is so nice. Thanks for the good attention.

Good value

It comes a advertised and the pictures reflect the property. It's right on the waterfront, which is quiet and great for R&R. However, there no beach, just a concrete boardwalk. If you want to swim, you'll have to drive to a swimmable beach. The bed was not comfortable and the sheets were not clean but the manager had them replaced after I made her aware. The towels are a bit old and worn as well. All in all, it is fairly priced.

Nice place

We have stayed at unit7 at Caribe a couple of times now and will so again. We like the trip into town and San Pedro can be busy. Being south of town is more quiet. Unit had all we needed to enjoy our stay.

Gorgeous Views!

This 1 bedroom condo has had the wall removed to the bedroom, making it an actual studio. The advantage? It makes it seem so much more spacious! The view of the ocean from the veranda is amazing. Only steps from the large pool and palapa. Loved the south location also.

Just Right!

The studio was a great fit for my husband and me. We enjoyed the amazing location, right on the beach, and morning sunrise over the beautiful Caribbean. Every day was a new adventure as we visited San Pedro, took a spear fishing and snorkeling excursion with Suya Tours, found Secret Beach, and spent a day on Caye Kaulker. It was a lovely week!

Just Right!

The studio was a great fit for my husband and me as we made our first visit to Belize. The location, on the beach, with gorgeous sunrise views, was perfect. A golf cart is a must-have for adventures in San Pedro and a trip to Secret Beach.

Caribe Island condos

Excellent location away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Very peaceful and only a short drive to town. Right on the beach. Rosemary, the property manager was extremely helpful with whatever we needed or to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend Caribe Island condos. The only real negative is the lounge chairs on the beach are horribly uncomfortable so no one ever uses them. They need to be replaced. Even cushions could not make them comfortable.

Great location, very peaceful and just a short golf cart drive to town. Room was clean and comfortable, grounds and pool area were well maintained. Rosemary, the property manager was extremely helpful with anything we needed. If we return to Ambergris Caye we would stay here again.

Quiet well maintained property

This was one of the cleanest properties we have ever seen. The grounds were kept immaculate and our condo was very nice. The location was so quiet and peaceful with the downtown area a short golf cart ride away. Property manager was responsive to all of our needs even after hours. We give this property our highest recommendation.

Beautiful location!

Our studio was great and the view unbelievable! Highly recommend staying there. Studio included hair dryer, iron and ironing board we weren't expecting. Perfect for a couple looking for a quite relaxing area. Tour with Suya Tours and Raoul the guide are a must. Snorkle with the sharks!

Perfect vacation spot!

Everything about our condo was exactly liked advertised even better! Could not get over our view of the ocean and how close we were. It's perfect if you're looking for a quiet getaway yet still close enough to town for evening outings.Highly recommend Elvi's for dinner { great atmosphere and food}, Elsi's By The Sea for breakfast and don't miss The Blue Lagoon out by Secret Beach. Oh yea...the condo includes a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, a couple of beach towels that aren't mentioned in the write up.Ask for Raoul with Suya Tours and he will be the best guide for snorkling at the reef! Loved him! The one thing they could use there are cushions for the chaise lounge chairs! Most uncomfortable chairs around the pool ever! Hope you enjoy you're stay there as much as my husband and I did!

Great Location steps from the beach

we loved the location of this condo. Perfect for a couple. The management arranged to have a golf cart dropped off and picked up for our use. The only negative would be the firmness of the bed's mattress, much too firm.

Good place on the beach, very quiet

Overall we enjoyed this place, beautiful beaches, very quiet and serene. The condo is beautiful, very nice design with the nicest views and sea breeze. There are a couple things to be worked on to make the stay more comfortable: the bed was the hardest I have ever slept on, plus the bed itself had a wood cover panel beneath mattress which was sliding upon moving causing a lot of noise and the danger to collapse the bed. The other concern is the bugs, a lot of water bugs and gnats in the room, even I kept the place clean and took the trash out all the time. A cleaning service should be included, at least once per stay. All the rest was fine, owners were very helpful, and we had a nice vacation. Thank you very much!

Lovely Home

Miss this place already, very quiet, beautiful beach, friendly people. The bed could be more comfortable, and bad road on the way to Ambergris Caye was the only problem. Felt like our little home, enjoyed it. Thank you!
